Even when I can go to the dealership to have something taken care of, I'd rather take it to Martin because it's faster, easier, and I know that I won't be upsold on things I don't need. He's also my go-to for nails in my tires!! He will repair when he can and be honest about when i need a tire. And again, it's always fast, impeccable service. I don't trust anyone else. I must agree with other fellow yelpers, finding Honest mechanic is not easy. Thanks God Martin and Vazrik ( the other mechanic) they still exist, the prices are reasonable and flexible, he did oil change for my X5 for $120 dollar that included syntactic oil and filter, if I took it to pacific BMW deal ship would of cost me at least 275.00. read more

Let's start with I generally despise auto repair shops. Maybe its because I have absolutely no understanding of how my car works and feel helpless dealing with those who fix them or because I had a bad experience in the past. When my car broke down a few weeks ago, I had to find a place to get it fixed as my mechanic had retired. A friend suggested I take it to these guys so he came along with me. I was introduced to one of the mechanics who asked what was wrong. After I explained the problem, he said he would take a look. All he asked for was a phone number and said he would call me once he finds the issue. Within a few hours, he called to notify me that the car was ready to be picked up. When I showed up they explained what they had done and a couple of other areas where I need to be mindful as the car is getting older. My car has been running great since then and the amount they charged was more than reasonable. These are good people and they do good work at a very fair price. I will definitely take my car back in the near future to remedy the other issues. read more

5 Stars!!! I have a 2003 Ford F250 with defective aluminum heads and Helicoils installed by the Ford dealer. I spoke with numerous mechanics in Los Angeles and Orange County and contacted the Ford dealer who non of them convinced me that they had the expertise to fix something the Ford dealer originally installed . I decided to search Yelp and called Martin who was able to speak intelligently about the proposed repair. As a result of our conversation, I decide to take leap of faith and have him do the repair. Martin exceeded expectations! He repaired the truck , under the quoted time and budget and updated me at every phase of the repair. The truck now runs perfect. I went in today initially for just an oil change, but left with a new air filter, a significant dent in my bumper popped out and no long waiting time. The bill was very fair and the customer service was quite satisfactory. I recommend Martin, good attitude and polite service calls. I've been to many auto shops in the area, and the one thing I can say about this one is that the owner is actually honest!!! I've been going to Martin for years and have never once felt like I was geting "the hose." Plus he's just a nice guy. The snack shop is clean and his guys are always helpful. The 5-star rating is because there have been a few times when I was in a real bind and Martin came through for me. One time I needed bearings pressed on to an axle (I was doing a home repair) and I took the part to Martin Saturday afternoon. He got his axle guy there right away to pick up my part and I had it back in 45 minutes ready-to-go. Unbelievable! Another time, I bought an old classic and had it shipped to his shop. It had been sitting for many years and Martin helped me get it started and did a safety inspection so I could drive it home with piece of mind. read more

Went there late saturday afternoon cause my check tire pressure light came on mechanic shop was closing i ask the the mechanic if he could check my tire pressure and he said he can't because he was close he told me ask the cashier i ask the cashier and he was kinda busy but he went out of his way to check all my tires tried paying him for the air and he said it is not needed plus i tried tipping him and he said its ok no need for the tip i work in glendale and been to many gas stations in glendale and no one has giving me this kinda of service i didn't even buy anything and he went out of his way to help me all i know is that when i need gas i will come here from now on. read more

Another slick talking mechanic that pulls a rabbit out of his hat!/!/!...I literally rolled in there with my car because it had a faulty alternator. Robert, the salesman, said its $200 for the alternator. He also said he could get a used one for a little less but was not worth the savings in quality....
