I believe there's 12 pumps in total. Air & Water to the side like most gas stations and directly behind it is their Car Wash, which I guess is a hit or a miss. Still confused by the situation, I once again explained exactly what had gone wrong. He asked how long I had been using this car wash. I said about two years. He replied that a lot has changed in two years -- the soap is different, the cycles are different.
