So I came back and ask if maybe they had touch something in the car that its making it run slow and they told me I have to pay $99 for diagnostics or some bull like that.. I had a tire slowly leaking for a few weeks and after filling it up with air literally every 3 days (because it kept looking low) I finally found the screw that was lodged between the treads. I headed over to Just Tires, but after receiving some attitude and a very unreasonable wait time for a simple tire patch, I went down the street to this spot. Larry and Vic helped me and were just awesome!! Very personable, professional, respectful. After they got my car up on the lift they found that another tire had a nail in it. I authorized 2 patches and an oil change, since I was almost due for one anyways and wanted to reward their awesome customer service. Larry gave me an hour and a half wait time estimate. Great guys. Took my car in to have my battery checked because I drained it the night before (it was my fault) and it turned out I needed a new one. They had me in and out in about 30 minutes, which was very nice, but my review involves more than that. On my way home, I discovered my automatic window function wasn't working. I took it back to them to see if there was anything they could do. When I pulled in, the guy who changed out my battery recognized every and stopped his work to ask me if anything was wrong. I explained the window issue and that it had started only after my battery died. He wasn't sure at first what it could be, then asked me to wait, that he would see if he could figure it out. We both agreed that checking YouTube might help. A couple minutes later he came back and fixed the issue. He said he found a YouTube video and we had a good laugh about that. I neglected to get his name, unfortunately, but I expect I will become more familiar with them in time as I plan to take my car there in the future. Excellent service, all around! read more

Took my car in for an oil change on a Saturday (maintenance service for my Benz lease). I dealt with Allen the manager. The place is very clean and professional. The only downside is that you will have to wait. It took 2 hours (as estimated) because they were busy. Manager Allan treats his customers like kings. I thought I can get an early start by dropping the car off at 6:30 in the morning. He had already open the shop before at 7 AM. Explained what the problems were and within five minutes I'm out of the store. He was able to find other problems that are covered thru my service warranty AND was able to save $140 off tire purchase with opening a credit card! Since I needed to go to work that day, Allan was generous enough to give me a 1 day car rental. This is how customer service should be modeled, in any business. read more

My Nissan Titan was having issues with the brake and reverse lights going in and out over the last month. Took it into this Firestone location in Glendale and was kindly greeted by Allen, who was very informative and helpful. He said he was going to take a look at it and give me a call. To my surprise I got a call in less than an hour from Allen telling me that he found the issue, completed the fix and I could come pick up my truck. I dropped my work vehicle off at 2 in the afternoon and was told it should be done before 7pm, which is their closing time. I received a phone call about 5 to get payment for the vehicle. Was told it should be done shortly, but that they would call me when it's done. I called at 6 pm to find out that it wouldn't be done till the next morning due to the fact that it needed DEF fluid and they wouldn't be able to get it until first thing in the morning. I show up at 930 the following morning to find out that it still needs the fuel filter replaced. To have my car for in the shop for 20 hours for basic service is completely unacceptable and to collect payment before the service was even completed makes it worse. read more

Came here for my oil change and they told me that I would have to wait 1 hour & 30 mins. Is not even that busy! The only reason why I waited was because I got a coupon to get oil change plus filter for $16.99. Normal price would cost me $34.99 which I think is a little pricey. I won't come back next time and sit around for more than an hour wait. read more

They fit me in, no appointment needed. I walked down the street and bought a t shirt and had a coffee. They made sure I got the best deal on my oil change and reminded me I needed a new battery. There wasn't any funny stuff. In addition to being honest they carry Interstate batteries which most car guys will tell you may be a bit pricey, but worth every penny. I will keep going here. They aren't the most delightful guys or great by kissing up to you. People in LA have a weird expectation that everyone suck up to them. No BS here. read more

These guys are awesome!!! I pulled in with fluid leaking from my right rear tire thinking it was a brake issue only to find it was a bad seal on my axel... a big job and one I couldn't afford to do. The manager there was very professional and considerate and worked with me to get it done!!. As it turned out not only the seal was bad but the whole axel which is what was causing the problem in the first place. He actually cared enough to get me a new axel and to make sure that the whole job got done right even at his own cost. I highly recommend this location!! Was I surprised when they checked the brakes and said - looks still ok and don't need to replace them.. and there was no charge for the inspection. Shocker! Went here for rear tires and wasn't sure if I would need front tires, as well, or an alignment, etc. The employee that helped me was very nice and honest with me about how much life was left on my tires. He honored a deal that was for 4 tires even though I was only buying 2. Even though it was the close to closing, he also checked my alignment (which was slightly off) and corrected it free of charge. I've lived in Glendale for almost 6 years but have often looked to my own preferred Toyota dealership to handle the maintenance and repairs on my vehicle, especially when it comes to anything major. This gem of a Firestone might change my mind on all of that. I think it's telling how a business treats its customers even when it comes down to the simplest of issues and fixes. My first experience with Firestone was for a brake light replacement a few days ago - simple job and Allen was kind enough to "pay it forward" and take care of me free of charge.
