I went in for alignment with appointment since I have lifetime alignment with them. I asked for a specific technician and the cashier Mo is being super rude and giving me attitude lol. He said I'll have to go with the guy who's available first even though I said I can wait for him. They said they fixed my alignment and when I was driving the same night, my car started fishtailing on the freeway at 60mph. I went to a different alignment shop because it was very dangerous to drive the car, and they told me the technician didn't even tighten the bolts and alignment was not even corrected but way off. If you ever wanted excellent service from people who care about their clients and look to doing an excellent job with the proper attitude, then Firestone on Peachtree Industrial Blvd and State bridge road IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. YOU DESERVE BETTER. Might as well call it Firestone complete non-caring services. I called to purchase a new tire and have it installed on my vehicle, as the current tire had a slow leak. The person there said that they can do it today but not sure when. But when they get to it, it could be 45 min to an hour, and I would have to wait if I didn't have a ride. I needed to use my car and asked them if they could just put the spare on and take the tire and wheel, then they could take their time to get the job done. They can then call me and put the tire on after they finish at that time. The person agreed. He asked me how far I was and I told him 20 minutes. After I get to the store within that 20 minute time, 3 people are sitting around literally doing nothing but shooting the breeze and at least 3 bays without any cars being serviced. I wound up speaking with the person that I originally spoke with on the phone. He said "I told you it would be 45 minutes to an hour before the work is done." I told him that I understood that, but he also said that they can just put the spare on for me and take care of the tire on when they get to it. So he said "I don't have anyone to do that right now." Then someone sitting in a clients vehicle in one of the bays pears his head out the car door and says "I'm on break." Seeing the PISS-POOR attitude and everyone setting the "I don't give a $#i+" tone, I just said, "nevermind" and left to go elsewhere. IF FIRESTONE CARES AT ALL ABOUT THEIR REPUTATION AND WHAT THESE CLOWNS ARE EXEMPLIFYING TO PATRONS, WHO HAVE BEEN LOYAL CUSTOMERS FOR OVER OVER 25 YEARS, EVERYONE THERE SHOULD BE FIRED. I spoke with a nice representative from this business over the phone the day before I scheduled my appointment online. I received an email confirmation confirming my appointment. I showed up for my service appointment on the proper day and time. The counter attendant said he could find no record of the appointment. The person I originally spoke with over the phone was not at the service center that morning. I showed the attendant the email I received but the attendant said he could not local the address of the Firestone location on the email confirmation. This is quite bizarre because the correct address of the establishment is clearly printed on the email confirmation, underneath the big, bold letters that read, "STORE LOCATION". Because the service center had no record of my online appointment, they did not have the special instructions I listed on the reservation. Hence, my special request was not carried out. The only positive about my experience was the estimate of how much time it would take to complete an oil change. The employee told me an hour and a half and that's exactly the time it took before my car was ready. I never even received a, "Thank you" for my business. read more

We have our car taken care of regularly at the one in Yaphank, NY, and whenever we've had problems on the road, we look for the closest Firestone. Well down here in Duluth we suddenly heard something that sounded like a belt breaking (partially). We pulled over and we were literally a block away from this Firestone. We got the van over there and Chris helped us out right away. Got the van in, the belt replaced and an overall inspection done in no more time than it took us to eat lunch at Taco Mac next door! I had my car towed here because it wouldn't turn on. I thought it was the battery, but it turned out to be a blown fuse. The mechanic who helped us was friendly. The only thing is we had to call to get updates on our car. The shop was responsive when we did, but it would have been great for them to be more proactive. As a 6th generation Firestoner, this location has restored my faith from the experiences that I had at prior Firestones. The manager on 10/25/24 at 8 am was kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Will the Tech was short of amazing. He explained the work that he did in layman's terms which I can understand. As a woman, I know a little about cars, but Will was very kind and accommodating. It's very rare anymore to receive great service from a business. I expect but rarely receive it. This happens to be my experience at this Firestone Complete Auto Care. This place should be closed down immediately. There are far too many problems here but let's start with the main 2. 1:) They will sabotage your car. I took my car in for battery service and when I received it, my air conditioning doesn't work. They acted dumbfounded and blamed it on someone else. It doesn't take a genius to see that my air conditioning in my car has worked fine until I took it into this dump. Of course, they won't admit it, but if you bring your car here, they will give you further problems. Beware. 2:) They talk to you like an idiot and treat you like an idiot. If you want to be talked to like a 3 year old, or actually worse than human, this is the place for you. The blatant disrespect here is astronomically absurd and uncalled for. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My husband has been going to Firestone for 12 years and has never had a problem until now. We made an appointment over the phone a week in advance for our Lexus to be serviced and purchase the lifetime warranty for alignment rotation and balance as well as our Camry that has been serviced there since 2012. The representative confirmed the warranty on the Camry and we were good to go. We go in to drop off the Lexus and my husband wanted to confirm they could service the Camry as well and the guy in the front said there was no record of the warranty being purchased and asked to see a copy of the invoice from 2012. 2012?! He talked to us like we were the idiots but tried putting some blame on the previous worker for making a mistake on our account but said it's not on them for making whatever mistake he was claiming. The guy even confirmed he is able to see all records from other locations nation wide and kept arguing he didn't see anything except for 3 services. He then said he would print all the invoices and they all say lifetime warranty for all the services but still argued there isn't a warranty purchased and we would have to pay for it. He kept blaming previous workers and saying they just did it for my husband but that's not happening today with him. He is rude and stupid. We said we have been coming here for 12 years and come 3-4 times every year even with previous cars so there should be more records of services and he said "no the car is 2012 so not 12 years." THAT IS NOT WHAT WE SAID! He obviously didn't know how to use the computer/system and we just asked for our Lexus key back because we no longer wanted to give them our business. We went to another location and they were able to see the warranty purchase and all services done across all Firestone locations and was able to service our cars. DO NOT USE these people!!! I took my car into Firestone Complete Auto Care at 3525 Peachtree Ind. Blvd to have one headlight replaced. Of course, they tried to upsell several things and called to tell my husband that the front 2 tires needed replaced as the tread was worn way down. Neither my husband or I noticed this problem. However, we were getting on the road during the holidays and did not want a blow out on the expressway, so he said go ahead. When I drove it away that afternoon the car was bouncing very hard and jerking over any small bump. My husband took it back and they refused to acknowledge any responsibility for the issue. My car has ALWAYS driven like a dream - very smooth ride, including up to the point where I left the car with them in the am. They looked at it and said the suspension was bad. their explanation was "sometimes that happens in older cars". Even one that drove perfectly when it was brought in that morning????? In investigating, several websites noted suspension problems after being put on a lift and taken off the ground WITHOUT switching off the suspension. My car was lifted to replace the tires. When we shared this information with the man at Firestone, he insisted it was not their fault and would not even discuss it with me, rudely walking away from the conversation! One would think a REPUTABLE company that deals with tires would be aware of this issue, or at least hire skilled technicians. When we took my car to the mechanic we trust, he confirmed the suspension was shot, bags ruptured and needed to be replaced. So, not only did we have to pay for subpar and damaging service at Firestone, we are now having to pay ~ $1300 to repair their mistake!!! Quite an expensive head light replacement!! read more

As many others have set on this thread, If I could leave zero... I had an appointment for 2 o'clock at this specific location. I showed up and they said that they had no record of me and that I had never called. Also that they did not have the proper tool to address my TPS issue. Although they could rotate my tires and check my battery. They went even further to send me to another location down the street saying it must be there. It was not. I drove all the way back for the promised appointment, and they said they could not see me for at least another hour and a half or two. I said no thank you. I wasted two hours of my life and got zero accomplished. I will never buy tires from this company again. My first experience was five star. This one was less than zero. Same location. Dropped my car off for rotate and balance. Manufacturer's tread wear indicator bars on all four tires were below the level of the tread; still recessed. This means my tires have available tread life remaining. Firestone told me they would not rotate or balance because the tread was too low. They would however be happy to sell me four new tires. What does moving tires from one axle to another have to do with the tread? Likewise, what does tread have to do with balancing a tire on a machine? read more

Me and my gf took her car here to get aligned because she has lifetime alignment. The employees were very nice and finished ahead of schedule. After the alignment, they did the car inspection and told us that the break fluids needs to be flushed and intake filter needs to be replaced. They said they can install the filter for free. Well I wonder if they knew it was a K&N filter than can be cleaned and reused. I don't know if they didn't know or if they wanted to take the filter for themselves. I would think a mechanic would know the difference between a paper filter and a K&N filter. I'm glad I went with my gf because if she had agreed to get this done, she would have lost a 50-60 dollar filter and it would have been replaced by a 10 dollar filter. read more

They quoted me over 800 in labor alone and said they stopped adding up the prices because I mentioned how much I could spend that day..but it was going to be well over 2k.. fast fwd a few weeks.. went to a mom and pop shop.. out the door with all the repairs I needed and some... I don't really care for the fact that they always, consistently recommend services for me when I take my car in to get aligned, but they don't really argue or insist when I turn them down. Service has always been fast and friendly. I have lifetime alignment here, so I will be a customer as long as I have my car. Which by the way, if you don't have lifetime alignment, you need to get it. I think it runs for $180 now, but at $90/alignment, it's well worth it. And you can always ask for a discount on the lifetime. read more

Be careful when getting an oil change here. My oil was black after 2 weeks of driving because they didn't change the oil filter. When I called to tell them they just told me they did and that it's dark because it's an older car which is not the case here. Took it to my dealer ship got an oil change and was told it wasn't changed. I will never come to this location again.
