I now have a beautiful 8.5" X 11" piece of paper that is supposed to pass as a temporary license until the real one arrives in the mail...we shall see. Anyway, next on my list is registering my vehicle from IL to the state of GA. Predictably, I needed to get an emissions test done besides the other items on the checklist. I showed up here on a Monday morning and there was no line here. They took me in, set up my car, and within ten minutes I was out the door! This car happens to be headed North later this summer when my nephew turns 16, so he can have something to learn how to drive on, and also be able to drive him and his sister around so my brother and his wife don't have to. The point is, I asked a million questions of the technicians about getting my car serviced with an oil change and a quote on a possible brake job before I do give the car away. I'm one of those idiots that used to take his car to the dealership to get all service done. It looks like that's going to change. A reasonable price quote, and fast, professional service. You can't expect to get anything better these days. That's what you want. No muss, no fuss. I'll be back in a month or two to get the work done. I suggest if you have the time this is the place that can help you get your needs taken care of quickly and professionally.

He patiently explained to me the cause of the noise from my car which was due to a timing belt glitches and he fixed it right away. I am so thankful that I have found a good company that I can trust for my car maintenance and repairs. I used to go to the Honda Dealer for my car repairs, but now I would call Tenku instead because they are trustworthy and very professional. That filter only needs to be changed every one or even every two years so just don't waste your money. They top off your fluids, which is good. Many places say that they do it, but here you're in the car so you see them do it. You don't know how many places I used (many dealerships) that say that they will top off your fluids and then you have to do it yourself the next day. Anyway, I like being in the car and seeing what these guys do. Recently, they started to also check your lights, which is great. They'll ask you to tap your breaks and turn on your turning signals so that they can make sure it's all working. Very smart and a nice touch. I wish they started to also check tire pressure. I always ask for it and when I do, they check it, but some of their guys assume that if I don't have warning lights for tire pressure then they can skip it, which I find ennoying - those things don't always work and do break. Not a big deal. Just ask them to check manually and you're good to go.

Brought my parent's car and mine. Service is consistently great. Everyone is friendly, prompt, and helpful. I also really appreciate the two gentlemen that prep the car before it goes into the car wash. I've been to other car wash places that do the prep but it's not done anywhere close to how well this place does it. The car wash options are great and they do a thorough car wash job. The machines they use are of good quality compared to some other places I've been to that do not brush well or even brush my car at all during the wash. It's also clean, organized, and has nice cloths and filled cleaners available to use on your car in the vacuum sections. I also love how they still have a combo deal when you get an oil change. A free car wash comes with it. I highly recommend Duluth Car Wash for the great customer service and care for oil changes and car washes. Support local. My electrical issue was a bit complicated to diagnose, but the technicians at CBA eventually duplicated the issue that I had. They quoted a price that made enough sense to me. My car was returned to me slightly over 24 hours later. This is very good timing without an appointment and with a complicated diagnostic issue. I have very little faith in mechanics at the moment, and I maintain a certain amount of skepticism. For now, without any evidence to the contrary, CBA did good work on my car for a reasonable enough price.
