Customer service representative was good, just don't understand why they take so long. Came here to get two new tires plus an alignment done on my vehicle. I had an appointment for 8am and showed up at 7:45am. My vehicle was not moved in till after 9am and wasn't finished till 11:45am. Don't understand why this took so long. Waiting room semi empty with only three of us waiting. Don't recommend this location and will probably decide taking my business to a different tire vendor. I made a 1:00 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation that was to be done while I waited. Upon arrival I was told that their technician had gone to lunch and what should have been a 40 minute job at most would take 2.5 hours. Despite having an 8:30am appointment, I was not given an estimate to replace the four tires (which they had in stock) until 1:30pm. I approved the work, and it was not completed until 4:30pm. Eight hours to replace four tires that they had in stock! And when I received the invoice, there were additional charges not communicated to me when I approved the work estimate. read more

These men and women are so professional, gracious and knowledgeable. I couldn't believe their generosity in pulling out the nail in my tire, patching it, and then sending us on our way and not even charging us. Long story short take your car anywhere else. Long story: This Firestone has spent more time with our car in the month of June than we have. We dropped it off for an oil change on June 2nd. It was in the shop for two weeks due to a crap job another Firestone had made. During this time not only did we have to call to get updates on our car but we had to fight the manager to get a rental for the full time it was in the shop they had only been willing to do a rental for two days or cover a "couple of Ubers." We are one car household. Eventually we got a rental for the full time... we also got a very generous $20 off our bill for our troubles. Oh also someone backed into our car while in their parking lot...My partner has talked to the manager multiple times at this point but they have no concern for their customers. Not to mention that the rental car place was chasing them for payment of the rental once we returned it. Upon getting our car back, two weeks later, there was a rattling noise. Apparently they had left "something loose," after the oil change. Back to Firestone we went. My partner dropped off the car at 7am and they said the tech would not be in till 10:00am so "maybe it would be available by early afternoon." After getting our car back, again, we drove an hour to visit family and as we pulled into their driveway all the coolant leaked from the car. We called Firestone again because one of the services we had paid for was for them to check for a leak in the radiator and they had claimed there was no leak. Can you guess what happened next? Our car is now back at Firestone for the third time. This time they're claiming the last time this hose was replaced it was done incorrectly and that it'll be an additional $200+ for them to do the work. Oh also maybe we will get it back tomorrow? Let's see if they even call us when the car is ready. If your car is literally falling apart and you're driving past Firestone KEEP DRIVING they're more likely to keep pulling out the pieces and charge you for it than they are to be helpful in any way. read more

I booked an appointment yesterday because they said I would get priority. If I made an appointment I dropped my car off at 9:45 AM this morning and came to pick it up at 1 PM and it still hadn't been touched and I was told it would be ready by 1 PM. I was also given a Chrome higher than on the phone yesterday before making my appointment and they hadn't even ordered the parts yet after giving them the OK to order parts two hours ago. The Firestone Automotive Care at 635 S. Colorado Blvd. team were incredibly helpful and kind when I showed up on their doorstep suddenly with a rapidly deflating tire. Despite it being late in the afternoon on a Monday, they were able to squeeze me in when they realized the valve stem was corroded and causing the air leak, which was a quick fix for them. The team had it done within about 7 minutes. I am so grateful to the team and their exceptional customer service. Rather than a long ordeal, they had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. Went there due to a near by tire blowout. They were responsive and got the car up and running a day earlier than scheduled. They even pointed out an issue caused by the towing company. They said they called me and left a message--which they just simply did not. I rescheduled for a week later. Showed up to my second appointment, and they said they had cancelled my appointment yet again, because they were too busy. They didn't even call to notify me. Although he did not carry my brand, which was a Goodyear assurance... instead of selling me a pair of tires in stock, he was able to find one tire that would match of this Goodyear, and have them delivered to his store.. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! We brought our 2015 Subaru here for an oil change and it has been a complete disaster! They forgot to put our oil cap back on! As a result, the entire engine is covered in oil and the car stinks/smokes when the the engine runs. (See pictures). When we called to bring this to their attention, the acted apologetic and, appearing to take responsibility, told us to bring the car back so they could redo the oil change and steam clean the engine. So we did. When my wife returned to pick up the car a second time, she opened the hood and saw that they had not cleaned the engine at all! Still completely covered in oil! As I write this, she is sitting there, waiting for them to do what they promised, and wondered by what the hell is going on. She says nobody will make eye contact with her and is having trouble getting a straight answer about what the hell is going on! read more

I have been to this fire stone several times in the last two years, each time with a different tire problem. Every time the staff is knowledgeable, they respond quickly, and they always seem to look for a way to save your money. Always honest about what you need, and don't try and do a lot of add-ons. The manager at this outlet must be pretty strong. Hope you don't have tire problems, but if you do, recommend you take them to the fire stone on Colorado. read more

By 4pm that day, I still hadn't heard a thing, so I gave them a call. Someone named AJ told me he would have a tech look at it soon. I never heard from anyone. Called them again the following morning and someone named John at least apologized for the obvious eff-up. Finally picked up my car 26 hours later and the guy at the front desk (Steven or Stephen) didn't apologize or mention anything about the mistake. I made 4 different appointments online at this location only to be told that they could not do the service. The online system to make a appointment is terrible. A female I'm assuming the manger called me to set me up with an appointment. She stated 7/29 at noon so I agreed. The appointment was made two weeks in advance. When I arrived at the location there was no parking spaces available. I parked in front of the dumpster next to the last bay that was not being used. I started walking towards the front door and the female yelled at me and stated "you just can't park anywhere". I asked where and she said over at Mattress Firm. How would I know that? When I got inside after waiting 10 minutes she told me that the person who was to perform the oil change is out to lunch and it would 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait. This is no way to treat a customer who pays her salary. I guest service is not a priority. I have three company trucks and my personal vehicle all serviced by this location. I called this location to ask if they could do a refrigerant evacuation on my car for the following Monday. I spoke to someone at 9am on Tuesday May 21, 2024. The guy I spoke told me to come in on Monday at 3pm so they could do that evacuation without a problem. I had called to make an appointment knowing it was Memorial Day and not many places would be open and I have a 2 week road trip coming up so it was the only day I could do this. Upon arriving I found out the guys I spoke to never actually made an appointment. The guy who was working (someone else) was just like sorry can't do it today. This is really a 0 star review. Came in to get a flat tire fixed and ended up needing to order a new tire. This is not where the issue lies. Rick who I dealt with in person and over the phone is extremely rude and insufferable. After ordering the new tire I never received a phone call to come in and pick it up even after calling many times to figure out any information I could. This location has no organization and absolutely no costumer service. I finally just had to show up at the location hoping they had my new tire, which they did they just never bothered to call me. Great experience with this shop on Colorado Blvd. I had some work done recently at another Firestone which just closed up so couldn't go back there again. My car was misfiring and running rough enough I had to have it towed to this location. They identified some faulty wires the first shop was responsible for and replaced these under warranty. They also identified an issue the first shop missed. Overall I am very pleased with my experience with this shop. They were very courteous and took the time to explain the issues. Biggest mistake was bringing my car back to this particular Firestone for the third time to fix now multiple mistakes they made. This time they were so kind as to make sure my car was unlocked for who knows how long and to come back after having my car for two weeks ransacked of almost everything that was in it, including sentimental cds and all of my boyfriends baseball equipment. Even with a bunch of my clothes and other various items laying outside of the car with the inside trashed no one cared enough to even question or inform us that something had happened. At 12:20 I called and was told it would be another 30 minutes. I walked back to the store, I live a mile away, only to find my vehicle was in the same spot I had parked it this morning. The Manager was of little help and just offered up excuses that mean nothing to me. I scheduled an appointment for a reason! There is no customer service here. The manager lied to me when he said it would another 30 minutes! I am writing this is because this is the third time, and the last they have done this to me. Not surprising to see the deservingly bad ratings for this poorly run operation. In saying poorly run may be too generous as I took my car in to check the brakes for new pads and they indicated in an email the cost to do the work would be around $1,800. I called the car manufacturer dealership and they (as well as few others I checked) indicated the cost to be around $1,000. When I came back to get the car after calling ahead, they made we wait an hour to get the car ready and then I was scolded by the manager that I should "take this car home and park it" as the brake ware was too risky. When I ultimately took the car to the dealership, they indicated there was plenty safe driving ware left. Then I contacted Firestone on their website and they did nothing other than send me a survey with no further response. Please, no one should ever go to Firestone. read more

My wife called back to confirm the price, they told her they cant because they need to measure the threads. Which they already did when they gave me the price.
