Been coming here for 5 or so years. I only drive 6,000 miles a year. Per the manual, no one explained to me that I needed an oil change every 3-6 months even if I don't hit 3,000 miles. No one told me I shouldn't get synthetic as I don't drive enough. I had an oil change and tire rotation a week ago . My tire pressure was low and I asked them to inflate. When I left, I read the notes. The notes state "engine oil leaks." Chris didn't tell me. I left a voicemail, but no one called me back. A week later, my tires deflated again. I went into the tire store. They showed me that someone mixed up the tires during a tire rotation. I'm unsure if it was Jiffy, but they didn't catch the tread difference or the nail. read more

So I went to jiffy lube in august and had an oil change. I was renting a house nearby so it seemed convenient and I though everything went well. After a few days , I noticed oil in the driveway. I thought maybe it was just spill over. But then as time went on I noticed puddles of oil everywhere I went. Now it's in the garage of my new rental. I went to the dealership yesterday to finally see what was going on and apparently they placed the screen back and it was loose. Cost me $200 repair and who knows how much the landlords will charge me to remove oil stains if that's at all possible. Very very expensive oil change. read more

They looked at my car for free, said all was ok, and my oil and filter were in excellent condition. They filled up the fluids and washed my windshield and turned the engine light off. I went into for a quick signature service oil change and they did a totally professional and complete inspection of all services.. .. The assistant manager/tech Michael was excellent .. He had great communication and professional/tech skills and I hope the corporate office sees this review gives him a nice bonus. I'm actually in the IT cyber world and I feel that their office needs to get upgraded with the latest laptop/printers and I am gonig to write corporate to suggest it for it will improve their productivity and performance. Went in with a Groupon for 50% off a conventional oil change, not knowing my car required an oil weight that required an synergetic blend or full synthetic. The guys here didn't even bat an eye, applying the full 50% discount to a synthetic blend service. Also brought my dog who was welcomed warmly in the waiting room. Walked right in at 6 pm and was told a wait time of fifteen minutes. Very personable and knowledge staff. Nice enough not to judge me on my lack of oil change in quite sometime. It's been well over the allotted time, and they were super nice about it. The whole visit was probably 40 minutes or so, not bad for the time of the day and everything they look at and the fact that there were two people in front of me. They did a wonderful job explaining what they looked at, what they did, and what is recommended as far as upkeep for my car. I think I have the same mentality as most, which is do what came to do plus one extra each time, this way one visit doesn't break the bank. Make sure you look for coupons for this location prior to going. I was able to print off a $15 off coupon which really helped with the price. This is my new local Jiffy! read more

** UPDATE: My brand new battery that i bought yesterday shut off while i was getting gas. the cables were not tightened on the battery box making my car die. I had to go to another jiffy lube where Ryan the general manager at the Belleview location helped me. They had to fix the work and add a larger terminal to make my battery work like it should. The battery terminal put on originally was too small and they said nothing to me about it. Original review on 6.15.19 This Jiffy lube was good. Beware the bait and switch pricing here. It's been a while since I used a Jiffy Lube, and it will most likely be a never again, based on their lack of pricing transparency. Even when you say no to all of the exorbitantly priced extras (the $8 cabin air filter prices at $44) , they get you for an "extra quart of oil" fee. Yeah, I'm sure it's explained, somewhere in the fine print, that my extremely exotic vehicle (the 2009 RAV4) requires more oil than their posted price includes. Now I remember why I just pay the regular mechanic to do it at his posted price, which is a little higher than JL's, but ends up being less by the time I'm done. Remind me that I said never again. I came here expecting to get an oil change yesterday (3/11/18). As I pull in, a man runs up to my car and greets me. Right off the bat, he makes inappropriate remarks about my appearance -- "I spoke to you on the phone and I knew you would be smoking hot!" -- I immediately feel very nervous and uncomfortable. Later, I find out he's actually the new manager of this location. They weren't able to do the oil change in the end which is fine, but the initial interaction definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm not sure if this is the norm for the the workers at this Jiffy Lube to borderline sexual harass their customers, but this is unacceptable for me. This location really needs some customer service training. I arrived at 9am and there were only TWO cars ahead of me. I was given a wait time of 45 minutes and I decided to take a walk to Starbucks and go home to do some errands. I return at 11am thinking it should be done, they probably just don't have time to make calls, and I arrived just to find out it is still in the bay and not ready. We were given terrible excuses that there is only 2 employees and they have a lot of cars. We sat there another 10 mins because we were told it would be out "shortly", and again no communication as to how long it will take. We left again to have brunch and I did not receive a call that it was ready until NOON, I did not know an oil change took 3 hours. Little advice, do not quote 45 minutes and take 3 hours; do not get cars in the bay that have arrive AFTER other customers. I see absolutely no reason why the oil change took 3 hours when there were only TWO cars ahead of me. Next time taking it to another place that has better service. read more

I've been searching for a reliable and trustworthy service station for oil changes and the like since moving to the glendale hood, and unfortunately this shop is not it. They changed my oil, had my 0w 20 in stock and didn't damage my car, so it wasn't a train wreck. my frustrations stem from not getting services that were part of the package I choose and having them marked that they were done, makes me wonder what other things they are overlooking. With the synthetic signature change they are supposed to wash exterior windows and vacuum the interior mats. Neither were done, even though I saw a tech do those things to another vehicle that was serviced. Infant they had things on my floor that were in my glove box and had viable debris on my rubber mats, not carpet and it got caught, but easy to vacuum winter mats. They also left the red marker odometer reading on my windshield. All of these things were marked as having been done and they were not. Will be taking my business elsewhere, hopefully my next stop is the last I'll need. read more

The wait was a little longer than I had hoped, but they were awesome about keeping me updated. I brought a coupon that was for the wrong location. While initially, I saw the line was far too long... I went and got a quick haircut and came back to find a shorter line... a delightful young woman named Sophia checked me in (after my car didn't want to scan into the system) and she manually entered all of my data... she explained all of my options, answered my questions, and responded very politely to my after-thought of requesting my need for new wipers. I spoke with two other staff members, who explained their recommendations and the situation with my vehicle. They were also very courteous. My initial concerns about the line were quickly assuaged and i was in and out in around 20 minutes, check in, service, and payment all included. The staff was professional, informative, and laid back. All-in-all, I had a very enjoyable and low-pressure experience. Which, I'm sure, has a straight out of his MBA's head exploding that it wasn't high-pressure enough and counting the coins of their imagination-land sale (completely skipping the concepts of customer trust and courtesy)... but because this staff was so friendly and relaxed, I will be back... just to be clear, when I get a hint of high-pressure or scams, I never return (take that Wharton alumnus... you do t have any REAL job experiences and your cold nature, treating everyone like they are idiots, actually drives people away from your business... be nice! I wish I could give this place 0 stars. When I pulled up, I was told the wait would be about an hour. No big deal. I went down the street and returned about an hour and 15 mins later. My car still wasn't even started on, but again, no big deal. I understand wait times are estimates. They said it would be about another 20-30 minutes. I returned over 2 hours after I had initially brought it in, and not only had they not started on it, they told me they didn't have the proper filter so they couldn't change my oil at all. I have a 2012 chevy Cruze by the way - not some foreign made car with a rare filter. When I asked to speak wth a manager, I explained the situation to him and that I was upset they just wasted my whole afternoon. He just said "yea". Didn't apologize. Just "yea". WOW awesome customer service. He finally apologized after I flipped out, but only because other customers could hear at that point and he was trying to save face. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They could have told me when I checked back in that my oil could not be changed, but instead had me wait another 45 minutes just to tell me they couldn't do anything. Now I'm stuck with a Groupon I can't use and a wasted afternoon. Don't waste your time asking to speak to a manager if you have a bad experience - he clearly does not give a shit about customers. Also, this is the first ever 1-star review I've given so it doesn't take much to earn my 5 stars. That should show you just how bad their service was! read more

And they were crazy busy and understaffed, which made me feel bad for them. I was quoted 90 minutes and was driving off by then. This gal was super sweet and had great customer service skills. After having a bad experience at a different location and getting what I though was a coupon I stoped by this location , after showing them the "coupon" they said it wasn't actually a coupon I had to pay for my service and then mail them the coupon with the copy of my receipt and then they'll mail me a check wtf so crazy. Service was probably worst than the first location , all these people need serious training , not professional with guest nor staff , I heard Christian slur multiply times to co works in front of us guest.
