Great spot! They've got tasty drinks and their space is set up beautifully. I ordered the blitzen latte and the almond flavor came through wonderfully but was not overpowering. They've really taken time to curate a unique space where you can sit and chat with a friend, or work/ study for hours. Theres plenty of curiosities for sale as well including some plants and candles which makes the whole experience so fun! This spot stays busy but their workers are kind and efficient, so the long line moved quickly and our drinks came out promptly. The only downside is that parking can be a bit limited but otherwise fireproof checks all the boxes. I can't wait to go back! read more

Discovered this post as I was getting my windshield replaced across the road. What a gem! Very cool and has a school bus full of plants inside. Very cool science and technology crossed with coffee and plants. Proper vibes. Also very knowledgeable and friendly staff. read more

Hands down one of my favorite coffee places now! The quality of the coffee is great, strong brewed for sure. Andrew took our order and was so polite to us, he made sure every customer he served he asks their name (not just to call out) but to have an actual conversation with. The ambiance in the little cafe is super cute and relaxing lots of people with computers doing work and even just sitting and having conversations. Will definitely be returning! read more

The staff is very friendly. No matter how busy they are kind and will take the time to give you recommendations as this was my first time. We tried 4 different drinks including one matcha and none of them disappointed. They all had great flavor. read more

I wanted a matcha latte. I didn't get one due to sugar added in with matcha powder. I like real unsweetened matcha. Place was different. Lots of youngsters hanging out. The guy taking orders was very friendly. Liked the old decor- like an old tv- ya know with knobs and maybe an antenna. Missing a phone with cord or better dial up Or crank phone. Probably a good place. Just didn't have what I wanted. Has some interesting Decor to walk around and riminessese or be confused if you're younger. (If you like matcha the way I do- skip it and go to four corners coffee). They (Fireproof) had organic alternative milks so that's a bonus. Too much sugar in em for me. I prefer sugar free if possible. But glad they had them. read more

First off, their fireproof coffee is out of this world ! The espresso in the latte tasted just right! You definitely won't be getting any watered down drinks here. This is the perfect drink is you want the right balance of espresso and sweet. They have a very open atmosphere with plenty of seating. The decor was very much Space Lab meets coffee shop. Brian and Josh greeted me upon entering and made the whole experience very positive. Service and coffee were impeccable. Once you enter the parking structure, make sure you look for their suite number 203. They will be on the right side of the building structure. read more

Love the layout of this comfortable and quaint coffee shop, people here are really nice and welcoming too. Coffee is okay, I prefer less sugary coffees though with raw honey instead of syrups or real maple syrup. Matcha is pretty good, they do also have alternative milks...great place to study or hang out with some friends. read more

Fireproof Coffee - #8 - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Redlands, California

My new favorite local coffee shop! They spared no detail in the setup, decor, and coffee at this shop! There is something that will catch your eye in every corner that goes along with the retro space theme, and the coffee and tea are truly one-of-a-kind. I ordered the Moon Matcha and was pleasantly surprised with a delicious roasted matcha flavor unlike anything I have ever tasted before! My husband ordered the seasonal pumpkin spice latte and that was equally as delicious. The drinks had the perfect amount of flavor and sweetness without being overly sweet. We also ordered an ube cookie, which was so soft and yummy! The staff was very friendly and you could tell that they put their love and care into every drink and interaction with customers. They also have a really cool claw machine filled with unique disney stuffed animals, which I'm looking forward to trying at future visits! The coffee shop has plenty of seating to enjoying and/or study. The parking is shared with other business, but parking has never been an issue. Highly recommended giving this place a try if you're looking for fun, unique, and great tasting coffee! read more

Friendly staff Delicious drinks Fair prices Plenty of seating Bright and welcoming atmosphere I have to say, my most favorite part of this coffee shop was the staff. You will leave Fireproof feeling like you made a new friend. The coffee is delicious. I tried the Milky Way, which was right up my alley, with a yummy blend of vanilla and caramel flavors. This space has plenty of seating options, both for work and group hangouts. My sister and I both loved the mix of Retro and Space themed decor. Overall, we had a great experience and plan to come again. read more

I had an event in the area and NEEDED coffee after. I checked out this place cause some friends recommended it and I'm so glad I did! Such a cool unique coffee spot! The coffee shop is an open air concept and the aesthetic is unlike any other coffee shop I've been to before. I was going to get the dark matter, but I opted for the new lunar lavender instead. Reasonably priced, I think it was $6ish. Good amount of creaminess and sweetness. I definitely will be back and next time I'll try either the dark matter or the matcha! read more

On the outside of the building it just says coffee in big blocky letters. But once you walk in you are transported back in time and surrounded by technology from years past. There is a retro vibe with a lot of seating and chill ambiance. I ordered an iced matcha latte with almond milk. I would give it a 10 out of 10. The young lady who took my order asked me how I heard about them and she was very friendly. Even though they were crowded my order was ready pretty quickly. read more

Saw a trending video of this place and wanted to come check it out with my boyfriend. We were not disappointed. The service was friendly and quick. We loved both of our drinks. We also enjoyed the cosmic brownie too. Will be back again. Such a lovely place. read more

I got the seasonal moon matcha (hojicha) hot and oh wow, it's by far the best hojicha latte I've ever had. I got it with regular whole milk, so no changes in the dairy. However, the drink was incredibly creamy and the perfect amount of sweetness. I would definitely get this drink again and again. The shop is spacey and mid-century themed which I thought was very cool and added a different ambiance to the store. They keep their garage door? Open fully which adds a nice breeze from the outside in. There were a couple of tables to study at and a couch and chairs to lounge. I saw a few people doing work or just catching up. The host was very friendly and answered all the questions my friend and I had about the menu. I hope this place gets the love it deserves! read more

My order was a hot vanilla latte with regular milk. My drink was great with a great coffee vanilla flavor you expect it to be. I usually go to Stell's because they are good too, and they are close to my house. But this one is definitely on my top two. The only thing is if you're looking for a cool place to study in the summer, the garage is open so it's not an air condition environment, at least in the two times I have been there. There's a lot of room inside, which is nice because a lot of people go into coffee shops to study and there's no place to sit and enjoy your drink. My other critique is if it's busy, you're not gonna get out fast. But I gave it a five star because the staff is amazing, friendly, and you don't feel like it's a new coffee shop. It feels like an experienced well seasoned environment. I hope the spot is here to stay! read more

Recently found this hidden spot while browsing TikTok! I was in the area and decided I would give this shop a try and I'm really happy I did. When you drive up, there isn't a big sign so the shop is a bit easy to miss but there is a small sign near the street signaling the entrance. When you walk in, you're greeted by vintage decorations that take you back in time to the golden age of space exploration creating a very unique but also warm and inviting vibe! As you make your way down the hall, you're transported to a much larger main area full of life and the smell of fresh coffee. I had a chance to speak with the owners, primarily Josh, and both of them were very hospitable and just great people to talk to. All in all, if you're in the area (or even if you're not!) definitely swing by and give this place a shot. Also...make sure to try the Thai tea Danish! read more

My first time coming was amazing the girl who took our order was so nice and sweet! She gave my daughter a sticker. I asked what matcha she recommended and we got the meta matcha 10/10!! The ambience of the café was very aesthetically pleasing. Everything is very intentionally, down to the menu. There is a plant shop and candle area as well!! I loved how open and great it was. They had super cute nic nacks throughout the cafe! I would definitely be coming back read more

A really cool environmen, loved the features and feel of being in the shop! when it came to what I ordered, I got a shot of espresso, the espresso was 3 ounces, and was criminally under extracted with 0 flavor at all and was very watery, curious as to the dial on the machine, baristas didn't seem super knowledgeable about coffee either, but all in all I would go back, hope to see quality in coffee go up, but their sweet drinks are good from the bits of drinks I tried from friends. if you are looking fora quality specialty coffee shop in Redlands prepare to be disappointed read more

We came for their one-year anniversary. Line was out the door since they opened at 8 am. We love that Josh remembered my husband and son's names because they come here so often. Josh told me that the passion fruit tea is a new item that they started for their anniversary. They bought the space next door so there's more seating available. Love the Satellite Plant Station inside a bus to buy plants. Loved that they had more variety of baked goods to purchase as well. We got the passion fruit iced tea, The Red Rover & Fireproof Latte for drinks. My family loved the drinks and usually get these drinks when they come here. I equally liked their iced tea. The brioche filled with matcha, and strawberry was absolutely delicious and nicely paired with the drinks. Plus, my son saw the matcha coffee cake as well. Of course, he couldn't say to no matcha! LOL Love the new set-up! The place feels very comfortable to relax and enjoy your coffee and pastries on a beautiful weekend morning. read more
