This is the chicken bacon ranch! Flavors are insane!!!

Their sandwiches are so delicious. Had the brisket cheddar and it was outstanding!! The bread is soft and chewy. I highly recommend checking it out!

Jerk Turkey, or some sandwich name to that effect. Perfect amount of sauce and the veggies were crunchy and delish. I love their bread too.

The service was friendly and the sandwiches are very tasty. I appreciate the variety and specials, I got the BBQ Cuban(not pictured), kids grilled cheese for my twins, and my mom got the Jerk Turkey(pictured). My sandwich was so tasty! The three sandwiches took maybe 20 min which I thought was fine, I guess I wasn't expecting "fast food" even though I know it's a chain. The ambiance was regular quick-foodish but a perfect cafeteria style to take rambunctious twins into for lunch.

We got the cheddar brisket and steak n cheese sandwiches. Like everywhere else, the actual sandwich looks nothing like the menu pic, it us rather skimpy. So that is, of course, disappointing. The taste, however, is pretty good, and it's nice that the bread is soft and not hard or chewy. I'll give it 4 stars cuz it really is rather tasty.

Not enough staff to handle timely customer throughput. If this was a fire crew, the whole country would've burned down.

Trivia: What's the AK in cAKe stand for?…read more Hodgepodge of merchandise. Aprons, journals, coasters, and paintings. Even fancy flasks for, you know Very clean and bright. The merchandise is well organized. The desserts are less organized and some, un-labeled. Maybe on purpose so the customer asks about them? "Oh, what is that?!" Which might be okay if the staff was a little more helpful. See below. I've found that the desserts, while very pretty, unique, and decorative, taste more bland than I expect them to. I guess I just expect more pop in flavor. I've picked up dessert, or eaten in three total times. The first time in was a chocolate cupcake that was rather bland. Then it was a bourbon tart that was sort of crunchy, sort of soft, and lacking any bourbon flavor. I found myself worried I'd chip a tooth because some bites were "caramel hardened" hard and others sort of soft. The third was a piece of coconut cake that was spot on, moist, and so tasty. Meanwhile, service was also just okay. Just sort of apathetic? Maybe attempting to not be overbearing? No suggestions. Limited descriptions of unmarked desserts when prompted about them. Also, it would be nice if they had decaf espresso. I've always stopped by in the evening and coffee sounds great with the desserts. But not at the expense of being stuck up late.

On my visit I decided on the oatmeal raisin cookies and the carrot cake, two of my favorites. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed! The cookies a perfect combination of oats, raisins and crunch. Another unique touch for an Alaskan restaurant: when you order multiple courses, they don't all arrive at the same time--BRAVO! The interior is much more unique than the exterior. It's a surprisingly eclectic coffee shop in Wasilla. There's hippie-inspired décor and there's also some Bible verses hanging on the wall. They offer espresso coffee (no drip at all, huge bummer) and grab-n-go, semi-made-fresh food. I got a veggie bagel sandwich and it was quite good. Service was friendly and relatively fast.

The exterior doesn't look as inviting, but inside has this cute modern rustic decor that's inviting. Ordered the turkey pesto artisan grilled cheese with tomato basil soup. The soup was very bland but the sandwich was really good. Dipping the sandwich into the soup made the soup forgivable I guess. Their cold drinks ( red-bull Italian sodas) was done well. I liked it. Service was ok..I think the cheesecake prices are kinda yowza high! I didn't feel in the mood for cheesecake, so I might stop in another time to give it a shot. Overall, my feelings on this place is so-so.

The interior design could use some work except the little fireplace nook they have is super cute. They had a Christmas tree that was only half lit and decorated which was weird. We got coffees; two sunrise sandwiches and the potato soup in a bread bowl. Both the sandwiches were very good! Definitely a great spot for them and with any of the bread choices, which there are MANY! I'll absolutely come back for them! The bread bowl is just white bread which was disappointing as I thought they'd have a sourdough option. The bread was super doughy inside as if the soup had been sitting in it for hours or it wasn't baked all the way through and it tasted like it was missing salt maybe. The soup was fine, nothing great but not bad. Similar to what you may buy canned at the grocery store. The coffee didn't come out until we were about ready to leave which I expected as it seemed they had barely 2-3 people working at one time. If they did more bread bowl options, experimented with the soup flavors more (or start making it homemade if they buy it commercially), and redecorated, I'd 100% give this place 5 stars. Regardless, great place for sandwiches and coffee and I'll totally be back!

We walk into a great view of a small but pleasant lake out side of a large dining area. They have a spacious bar that seats 12 and and coincidentally 12 wonderful beers on tap. Unfortunately the liquor selection is really thin but it looks poised to fill. I ordered a Elysian Space Dust IPA. It came fairly quickly considering the soft opening jitters. Thankfully the cold glass and great beer made the long wait for food relaxing. The owner introduced herself and did her best to acknowledge the 1st day bumps but brush off the stress. The cowboy burger finally arrived! 1/2 lb patty stuffed with brisket on a on a fresh hearty homemade bun, offered up with the traditional offerings. The 1/2 lb patty was really small and didn't come close to filling the bun, but it was thick and stuffed full of deliciousness. The plus side.... it was damn good.
