Came in Sunday night and ordered a veggie bowl, while friend ordered steak burrito. Fajita mix was out so we waited for the 7 minute said cook, dude in back forgot so it was 10 minutes. When mix came out lady that decided against the wait shoved her bowl forward saying, "I want some of that!" Online orders came in and were filled with fajita mix, and when I held up a hand saying ours were first since our food was now cold from waiting, he looked me dead in the eye, and picked up another bowl. We left right then. I wanted to walk out due to gross cook/cleaner in back, but friend wanted to wait, then said lets go. Never will darken this place. Friend talked me out of calling next day to speak to a supervisor since Wasilla, though I do enjoy his place 20 minutes outside of Wasilla. Went back to Anchorage and got Popeyes instead, which was a much better experience. read more

My first time trying Qdoba and I would describe it similar to Chipotle where you can customize bowls and burritos. I like how they don't charge extra for queso or guacamole. The guacamole portion is pretty small though, a scoop. Got the grilled chicken in my bowl and it seemed a little bitter but the queso was really good. I also enjoyed the brown rice. Good choice for a fast meal. read more

Poor customer service. They did not know how to enter e-gift card, said it was invalid so I paid for the food. I looked up balance & showed them. Lead person would not speak with me, said I needed to speak to the original person. He told me to contact Corporate and gave me a wrong corp. email address, then gave me correct one that was misspelled. Left with no resolution. Suggested to Corporate to train their staff, but they didn't address my concerns in their response as it appeared to be AI answered. read more

Ive seen this restaurant in Vegas and never got around to trying them out. So. I stopped at this one on my way back to Fairbanks. The setup is similar to Cafe Rio. Only difference is. This food tastes a lil better. One thing I noticed right away was the dirty lobby. There were a couple of tables with crumbs and bits of trash on them. The employees were a bit straight faced. They did not smile at all. Or seem happy to be there. One guy came to lobby and cleaned A TABLE and left the rest dirty. And then the 3 of them stood behind the counter and continued to talk amongst each other. There was obviously work that needed to be done. And they did not have any customers for a good amount of time. Anyway. I wouldn't recommend this location. But I would suggest trying a different one sometime read more

I love the Wasilla location it's my favorite place to get food and lunch and I can go in and order for eight people in my office and they will get every order to the tea within 10 minutes it's amazing! Everybody there is just out of the box enough to be unique and fun and personal. It's a good experience and the food is just phenom! read more

You can't charge 13.00 dollars a plate but give someone a 5.00 dollar worth of food. Example, When I go to Carl's Jr. I know the burgers not gonna be as pretty as the photo, but when I get my burger, I know it's going to be worth what I pay for in size. This was Shameful. read more

This is the same experience and quality that received from the Muldoon location. The food was crisp, the servings were fair, and the taste was in point. I tried the brisket this time and I cannot say which one I like more: the brisket or the pork. Neither has too much salt and both are full of flavor. While the dressing for the salad was good, it overpowered the bowl at times. Next time I'll ask for the dressing on the side. Plenty of Chohula sauce available and the lemons for the tea and water were fresh and well portioned. Very clean, freshly wiped down tables made for a pleasant dining experience. read more

Been going here for years pre covid. First visit in a while. Ordered the burrito bowl For myself and kids bowl for my daughter. They ended up being about the same size. The bowl was less then half full. Had about five chunks of chicken. Not sure if this is new sizing or staff was lame but what a rip off. Not worth my money if this is what's to be expected. I won't be going here anymore. Plus... the staff was just plain grumpy. Not a smile or welcome. They looked miserable. I realize it's fast food but save your $$$$ and go someplace else. read more

Always enjoy eating here, but very much appreciated a nice gesture by the Qdoba team when my son ordered a small burrito bowl (when he "needed" a regular sized one): the manager gave him a little bit more to top him off! Girlfriend got really bad food poisoning from their food. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone or at least this specific store.

I called in a large order for my clinic on a Saturday. When I got there it wasn't ready, but that's ok, cause they were busy and I really didn't mind waiting. I got my order and when I got to my car decided to check it and found out some of the items were incorrect or just missing. I took it back in and they were so helpful in getting my order corrected! They got right on it, and Burke (hope I got his name right!) busted his tail to get the food made and me out the door! I didn't even ask to see the manager, but she came up to make sure I had great customer service and gave me the missed items for free, which really wasn't needed, I would have happily paid for the missed items. They were a great team and deserve a shout out! Thank you Qdoba Wasilla AK for feeding some hungry people and such amazing customer service! read more

The worst..... I ended up sick halfway home, I ordered a bowl that ALL of the ingredients were luke warm. The stream table had no steam and I wish I had a food thermometer with me. All the tables were dirty and the trash bins overflowing. The men's room foul. read more

This Qdoba is the perfect location in the middle of the valley and i always have a great experience here. Qdoba has great vegan and vegetarian options and they always make sure i get enough of everything! many times the employees remember me and my order which is awesome for a fast food restaurant. I highly suggest the burrito bowl with chips on the side, always perfect!! the pricing is reasonable for such a big portion and they're so quick!! thank you Qdoba for offering cheap, healthy options to the valley!! read more

Without any doubt my favorite restaurant in the valley. The food is so good, every time I've introduced someone to Qdoba it's become their favorite as well. I eat there at least once a week. Qdoba used to have excellent food and service when it first opened in Wasilla. As time has gone on the quality of the employee has declined which in turn degrades the quality of the food. At this point it is unlikely that we will return. read more

It's like a subway but for mexican food! How much better can life get. I do run into the occasionally cranky or not so enthused employee but why let that ruin the deliciousness of what they have to offer?! I would recommend this place to anyone! Everything on the menu is amazing! read more

Ordered this evening , and door dash delivered. Delivery was great and fast. We Ordered a kids taco and got a kids quesadilla with cheese when I put no cheese there's an allergy. Also ordered steak tacos and got three tacos with no steak on them just veggies. Was kinda disappointing. read more

Small portions compared to other Qdoba restaurants, unfriendly staff, overpriced for what you get.

Qdoba is a good place to go when you are in a hurry and don't want McDonald's or something similar. We like the Queso burritos. My only real complaint is they don't offer burritos for the kids meals. They offer a naked burrito and charge you extra for the tortilla. read more

You see, we had these coupons we got from a fundraiser. We ate so much Qdoba we haven't been back for a year. Having said that, it is pretty tasty and a good value for the amount of food you get. It's not like a restaurant so it can't be compared to that, but compared to other fast food places like Taco Bell, it's a 4 star place. read more
