My husband and I eat here at least a couple of times a week. We love Firehouse Subs and we like how consistent they are with service and food. However, I cannot trust the staff to make my take out order how I ordered it, so I always have to go in and make the order. It is nothing major, just a bit inconvenient and annoying at times. Nice and hot sandwiches, what more could you ask for?! They're delicious with a good variety. Plus they have one of those new Coke fountain machines with 120+ flavors (though stay away from Raspberry Coke & Vanilla Sprite). Anyhow, they got a good selection of hot sauces to help add some heat to your sandwich if that's your thing. Though some of the hot sauces are possibly mislabeled as some 9s are actually hotter than the 10s. Otherwise if you're looking to try a different sub try Firehouse. read more

Nothing better than a hot sub and helping local first responders. They always greet you with a welcome th the firehouse. I know it is a small thing butt the small things matter. I enjoy the brisket sandwich the most. Nice mixture of sauce to compliment the brisket. read more

Since Firehouse subs is an up and coming franchise....I'll post the negative here.....the steak and cheese was a big let down. Very little cheese, Very little taste (maybe salt & pepper would do ya good.) The chips were good (Ms Vickies in a bag) and the bottled water. read more

Totally unacceptable customer service. The food is good, however, I called for an error within my order and the person I was handed to told me he didn't have time to handle it. If I could rate this place a -10 I completely would. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO NEVER EAT @ THIS PARTICULAR STORE .... Worst experience I've had with a food restaurant in about a year or so! I ordered through the DoorDash app tonight because my car is having trouble. So, I am DEATHLY allergic to onions so I requested for them to make sure they didn't put them on my sandwich at all. I get my food and what do you know, There is onions ALL OVER IT. & The funny thing is, @ The bottom of the receipt that came with my order it said the same thing, "NO ONIONS PLEASE I AM HIGHLY ALLERGIC!" So not only did they mess up my order, But when I called they had the audacity to tell me that my order didn't come from their store location. After hearing that I contacted my DoorDash driver to ask what location she got my order from. She then verified that it was the same location which just told me that it wasn't from their store. It didn't stop there though... I called that same store back and the guy who answered was like "Yes order for Madison I see it right here!" The manager whose name is David, He shouldn't be allowed to work here let alone be a manager. He didn't fix anything for me at all. Told me that it wasn't his fault and that there was nothing he could do for me. I'm sorry but I've worked a long time in the food industry and I know pretty well that the customer is always right. Not only that, For business purposes when something is wrong you FIX IT! Especially if you want to keep their business and not have them write a terrible review like I am at the moment. Quick overall view of Firehouse as a company/brand is a positive one. I like that you are able to see their story posted in most if not all locations telling about how they were started by firefighters and how they still contribute back to the departments to this day. This particular location seems to be run pretty well. The store is mostly clean when you walk in and unless its just a super busy time, tables and chairs are clean as well. The food is good and can't really think of a sandwich I have had from there that wasn't good............fresh. This is where they lose the star, be weary if you get your sandwich to go b/c of how they construct it your bread could be a soggy mess by the time you get home. I had to learn this lesson once the hard way but now I make sure to either get the wet stuff on the side or re-toast my bread once I get home. I just wish more sandwich places would ask you on a to go sandwich if you wanted the wet stuff on the side. There are not many things I dislike more than soggy bread. read more

Yeah. Firehouse was A-ok. There was only one vegetarian option - a veggie sub with sauteed veggies, and a three-cheese blend. I opted to avoid the veggie saute mix (just too oily sometimes) and I had all of their fresh veggies instead: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, olives, green peppers, banana peppers and jalepenos. Add some cheese, italian dressing, a lot of mustard and hot sauce to the mix and you've got a decent sub on your hands. Nothing fancy, nothing that I haven't had before, but the bread was fresh, the sandwich was toasted, and the people were friendly. Not too shabby! read more

I didn't go in or pay for these great sandwiches. They were take out and two of them fed four of us. They were awesome. The steak and cheese was to die for. I tried this on the way up to Greely for a concert and the subs are good with good ingredients. The one thing that I would have liked is a different tye of bread, don't get me wrong theirs are good. However just used to more of a crunchier outside and soft inside instead of soft all the way around. I would definitely go back here. THis shopping/strip mall has a few other good chains that if you are in the area are perfect for a quick stop in. read more

"Welcome to Firehouse Subs!" Greeted right when we walked through the door. :) The food is fresh and you can tell when you take that first bite. No joke. What do they put in the wheat bread? It doesn't taste grainy or gross. It's delicious!! The two times my hunny and I have gone, we've tried... the Firehouse Meatball, Club on a Sub, anddd I forgot the one my hunny tried last time but it had pastrami and maybe roast beef in it. All were really good! I don't think that there's anything that's NOT tasty on their menu. We also wondered where the hay they got all their hot sauces from!? I love hot sauce. Love it and I think this place had me three seconds after I walked in to find like 100 different ones! This place is ridiculous!! It's so good. I drive 20 minutes to eat here. I stumbled on it by accident one day. I was driving by and decided to try this place. I had never heard anything about it. I walked in the whole staff yelled "welcome to firehouse." It caught me by surprise. I ended up trying to smoked brisket and cheddar sandwich. The guy who worked there talking me into adding bacon. Good choice! It has a sweet honey bbq sauce it. When you get it, the cheese and meat are melted together and very juicy. They actually have steamer that they steam the meat to give it that extra moistness. Genius! Definitely a great place!!! read more

I had the Smokehouse Brisket (I think this is what they call it) and it was delicious! They don't slop the sauce on, which I can appreciate. Found this place on Yelp. My husband and I tried it out for lunch last weekend. One of the best subs I've ever had (I'm sure that's not saying much since I frequented Subway and Charleys)! I got the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket.... amazing! The brisket just melted in my mouth. My husband ordered the New York Steamer. He liked it but preferred mine. He also got a side of chili and said it was pretty good. They bread was delicious! It was soft and tasted fresh. They have a huge variety of hot sauces as well. read more

Usually one of my regular spots, the food is always great. But customer service is very disappointing. Every time I order on the app it's never ready on time, and everyone in line still gets their food before mine. This particular time they told me "they don't have a ticket" for my order and therefore can't make it, even though I had gotten the confirmation email and the money had already been taken from my account. Just ridiculous, and on top of that the lady was so rude and acted like it was my fault. I asked for a manager which they never got. They ended up finding my ticket "in the back" and eventually made my food, never got an apology or anything. For someone who works in customer service I just have basic expectation when I choose to dine somewhere, I will taking my money elsewhere. read more
