We waited over 45 minutes for our sandwich, there was people left and right demanding refunds, as I walked up to get my refund they yelled they're bagging it up at me, I would not recommend this place for anyone who's wanting mediocre sandwich for an hour wait, go elsewhere they do not care about the customers and their concerns. This has been our go-to sandwich store since it opened. We often ate-in before Covid. Over this year we have ordered and picked up at the window. Every time there is something wrong with the order! A few weeks ago they left the chicken off my salad. Tonight they left the meat and cheese off my husband's steamer! We had to ask for the chips we had already paid for. Of course, we didn't discover is it until we got home! You'd think they'd at least offer you a coupon for the aggravation! read more

I'm going to start with saying that the only reason I am even giving this place two stars is because the subs tasted amazing, but we were also super hungry. However, after ordering from the drive up window my husband and I were told it would take ten minutes for our subs by the shift lead who took our order. 20 minutes later we finally got our subs. When the girl handed us our subs she told us "I forgot to put the ranch on your turkey bacon ranch sub, so here's a side of ranch" we waited twenty minutes and they somehow forgot the ranch on a turkey bacon ranch? The food is good. It always is at Firehouse Subs. But I'm a bit of a "service snob", I guess. But I am paying for the experience, after all, so I don't think it's bad to expect good service and good food. Anyway, don't waste your breath trying to get onions or other condiments added or removed. Your cashier (in this case a male signed into the register as Cheyenne) will just nod and serve it any way they please. Same with drinks. You can say small, but you're gonna get charged for and receive a medium, anyway. So, is the food so much better than every other option out there, good enough to put up with being ignored? Not in my opinion. But hey, I'm particular about how I spend my money. read more

The service was absolutely horrible. Not only was I not greeted but when I asked a question to figure out what I wanted on the menu, the hung over girl behind the counter looked at me like I was stupid and said a snarky comment along the lines of just read the menu it is on the menu. I'll start by saying I'm not sure if this is a location specific or franchise worthy review. Staying in a hotel nearby for 2 weeks for work I wanted to try as many nearby and/or local restaurants as I could. I went to this location firehouse twice. First trip I learned the hard way , unlike nearly every sub shop known, they do not do the 12" sub, small is 6" large is the 12". Ordered a small and got this tiny 4 bite sandwich. Huge rip off playing with the sizing. It's like getting a frozen pizza labeled as 40% less fat per serving and learning it's the same fat content with 40% smaller serving sizes in small letters. Burn me once, shame on you. A week later in a rush I went back learning of the sizing tomfoolery. I got a *fingers air quoting" "medium" engineer. The first bite was the most extremely bland sandwich I've ever had. Ever. Every subsequent bite was hoping I had somehow missed the flavor area. Nope. Bland. Bland, bland. While walking there I was reading their online menu and it listed they had a nationwide pickle shortage so every location may/may not have pickles. A pickle shortage, I found that hilarious. Luckily this location DID have pickles. If not for that singular pickle I would have left with only a bland sandwich. Fool me twice, I will never return here or other locations. read more

Meh. WAY too expensive for what you get. I got the beef and cheddar brisket sub combo and paid more than $11. It was smaller than expected and very bland. Service was a bit slower than ideal. All in all, you get a better value and speedier service at Subway. read more

OK I had the most awesomest sandwich....which said limited time only....it was a slow cooked pork with slaw.....oh my god. Was devine.... i went back for another....and what? it's gone, I was like OMG,WTF,BIB,ASAP. BIB Is bring it back BTW. YOLO, so let me fill up on slow cooked pork and slaw sandwiched....but no you did like the McRib and said farewell... but for real...so that sandwich alone gets a 5 star review.....the Engineer is 2nd best and keeps me from hating you guys. I don't think I have ever before been so disappointed. No greeting, the guy behind the counter just stood there and acted like he was bored to death. I go a medium hot sub with the corned beef. There was so much mayonnaise I had to scrape it off - and there were only two slices of meat and one thin, melted slice of cheese. No veggies no nothing. It was 90% bread. Limp, skinny, droopy sliver of a pickle just slapped on the serving tray surface as an aside.
