I had the torta, which I'm still trying to find a great one, this one was close. Bread was soft, meat was tasty. Maria had the tripas street tacos. Very yummy. Going to try this place again. Can't remember the town--maybe Blanco?--but I know the young man said his family has restaurants there and while he's here earning a degree thought "why not try a food truck?" Today (Saturday before 10am) for under $5 after tax/before tip I got two fat little breakfast tacos and I'd even added an extra ingredient to one. That's a great price and certainly met my breakfast needs after tending a big pack of dogs. First time order of 3 was a mixed experience: I dearly love bean/cheese but both of them just tasted *off* in a way I can't put my finger on. Fortunately the egg/bacon was SOLID. I waited a while but had to come back for a second try. Today I had potato/egg/cheese and a bean/chorizo and they were perfect. It's very nice to have the nearby option again of a hot breakfast before work conveniently next to a storefront where I can grab a soda or anything else I find I need for the day.
