I will say we absolutely love firehouse subs and the food and service has always been great but we went today and my husband was complaining about his stomach after the first half of his sandwich. Which I thought was odd so I checked his sandwich and noticed the ham. I don't know if this color is normal for firehouse subs to have their meat but next time make sure to check your meat before you eat it ! read more

Absolutely disgusting. We ordered and had to wait 30 minutes for our order when there was one other order ahead of us. While I was there, tea was leaked all over the counter. The fountain was disgusting. I don't know how they don't have a terrible grade from the health department. When we got our 1 sandwich it was completely soggy and inedible. Absolutely disgusting. We will never go back. read more

Two people behind counter waited 13 minutes to acknowledge us. No one in front of us. Both employees wearing headphones, attitude. Waited 30 minutes. read more

This was an awful experience. We were here from out of town and excited to try Firehouse for the first time. When we walked in, no one greeted us. We stood at the register for several minutes before someone came to help us. Again, said nothing. Just stared at us from the register until I said "are you ready" and he just nodded. I assume he was new because he had to relay every single question to someone else. We ordered 4 sandwiches and a kids meal. All 4 sandwiches were wrong. We checked the receipt and he typed them in correctly which means the girl making them just didn't care to read it. The kids meal was just a sandwich in a box so I asked if it came with someone else like the photo. The girl sighed and said we can pick chips or a Rice Krispie treat. I then had to ask if we also get a drink for it. Luckily there was a stack of fire hats on the counter so we could continue to make our own kids meal. The place was so dirty. It wasn't crowded, yet almost every table had trash on it and under it. The floors in the whole place were so dirty, the soda and tea machines look like it's never been cleaned. So with the wrong sandwiches, the disgusting restaurant, and the rude service- I wouldn't recommend this place if you paid me read more

Love the sandwiches but the service at this location has really suffered lately. Why would a restaurant like this run out of soda products? Twice. Same thing on my last visit. Last time I was in the help was hanging out in the back and I had to yell to get someone's attention. You can always tell when the boss is not hanging around. And who ever manages the beverage orders needs to get it together. read more

Great sandwiches, fast service, clean and nice. I mean it's a fast sandwich place how much more can you say, but I'm short characters so I'm just typing away. read more

This is one our go to places when we come to Saint George. That being said, we walked in today and the place was filthy. Trash on the floor, appeared to be mold on the drink machine, dirty on the counters by the drink machine. We turned around and left. Disappointing as this place use to always be very clean. read more

Food was good but doubted the sanitary value of it because the place was filthy. Out of five girls standing behind the counter not one of them took the time to clean the disgusting door after I made mention of how filthy it was let alone wiping the soda machine, tables or walls and the bathroom was filthy too. They were too busy visiting to clean or make polite conversation with customers. If you have time to lean you have time to clean is definitely a value they have not been trained in or kept accountable to. Will NOT be returning. We couldn't believe how dirty the store was when we've been to several other locations that were good to eat at and very clean. so sad. read more

This is the second time I've been in there within a year, the kids that are working there don't say nothing to you when you come in the store.I walked up to the counter to order said hello, how's it going, with the response what can I get you and that was it,when they called my name to come get my sandwich,I grabbed it and said thank you and again nothing!! Don't get me wrong I don't expect a big party for me when I come in but at least say hi or welcome or something other than just standing there.SO WHEN IT ASK FO A TIP ON THAT SCREEN DONT EXPECT ANYTHING. read more

Sandwich was soggy. My wife hated it. It was dripping liquid when I was handed it. I guess that I should have gone to Jersey Mike's.

On Monday March 4, 2024 3pm we stopped by our favorite sub place, Firehouse Subs. There were three tables occupied when we ordered but every table in the place was dirty and had not been cleaned in a while the floor had not been cleaned either. The glass door and all the storefront windows were really dirty, too. All the employees retreated to the back room when not taking orders. Please have someone do their job as no one wants to eat in a dirty restaurant it makes one wonder how clean the kitchen is. There were four employees there just talking and laughing among themselves. Even if they were not properly trained you would think someone would notice the dirty tables. read more

I have had the subs here a couple times but wow things have changed from the last time I was here. Not really friendly or caring you are there, no sense of urgency, and looked a little questionable in the cleaning department. Tables had stuff for who knows how long. I would like to give it a higher score but with waiting 20 minutes and cleanliness I give it a 3! Food was ok this time. Just missing something from the last couple times I have been there... read more

Ordered the brisket sandwich to go! Took a bite and this "hot sandwich" was pretty much cold! Big bummer

This place used to be good. The place is filthy and the workers are very rude. I did a pick up orde. I arrived on time for my scheduled pick up had to wait 20 minutes. When I got home part of the o was missing and my hot sandwiches were very cold. shame on you!!!!! read more

I've ordered here several times for my employees. They like the food, but the ordering experience is extremely frustrating. The phone seems to be turned off... been trying to get through for days! I also tried calling corporate and their phone also does not get answered, simply directing you to go to their website. I've read that since the acquisition, their customer service has all been outsourced overseas. I was told over email that I would have to go to the restaurant to place my order (for a future date). The staff is very uninterested in doing their job. Unfriendly and bothered by their patrons. You're better off going to any of the competitors in town. This chain has really gone downhill. Cannot recommend. read more

On our way through town .... I usually love firehouse but this was the dirtiest one I've ever been in. Floors, tables, bathrooms! Slow service and they messed up my order put bell peppers on my salad so I had to throw half of it away. I didn't notice till I got on the road. Very disappointed! Our sandwich had very little sauce! I've always liked Firehouse Subs which is why I stopped there on a trip through town. This is by far the worst Firehouse I have experienced. The sandwich was decent but the service was slow and it was one the dirtiest restaurants I've ever experienced. The restaurant wasn't busy and there seemed to be plenty of help, but most of the employees were outside talking to friends. I guess it shouldn't be a surprise it wasn't busy. read more

Definitely not ideal to have to reach into a toilet bowl to flush. Especially with all the viruses going on. Pretty bummed I already ordered my food. The cleanliness example here makes me question the kitchen and staff. read more

The kids that are working here didn't not wear their masks properly. Hanging over their mouth with no nose coverage. They are also sweeping the floor right next to the guy who is preparing my food. This place definitely needs to stick with some proper training. read more

Such a bad experience here. First time in St. George. The young lady at the register could care less about you or her job. Smile, please. The prices were expensive to start. After we ordered, we sat down to have lunch After 30 minutes of waiting, I asked if our order was going to be ready soon. Three workers looked around and said they were working on it. After another 15 minutes, I asked for the order to go as we were late for our event. They could care less about you, me, or anyone. I'm glad I don't own this location. High prices, bad service. Great business model. read more

Another great experience at Fire House Subs. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Sandwich was made to order. Restaurant was clean and well maintained. Cashed in on some FH rewards. Worked great. I now seek out Fire House when I'm looking for a sandwich that is nothing less than awesome. read more

Firehouse Subs has always been a fave of mine. Sadly, this location was an utter disappointment. My large sandwich was completely screwed up. No mustard (asked for extra), no onion, two small bits of pickle and one slice of a peppercini (I asked for of both). They also don't offer the famous relish!! If in the St. George area, skip this joint and head to Cafe Rio across the parking lot. The subs aren't worth the $10 price tag. read more

I would be absolutely embarrassed if I had an affiliation to this location. Brought my family for a quick bite and we were the only ones in the store. The employees clearly looked high as a kite and their lack of interest in serving us was clear. The floor and drink fountain were unbelievable filthy and sticky. Employees (6 of them) could have cared less about the stores appearance and two young men working (blonde and brown hair) were focused on their phones every time I looked up. Congratulations St George, you did it!!! You have been awarded the filthiest FireHouse Subs that I have ever seen with employees that could have not given two craps about representing your location and brand. read more

Horrible service when dining in. Perhaps they are understaffed or simply slow. Watches about 4 to go orders get prepped and sit on a shelf while all others who came to dine in sat and waited. They need a new system. read more

I got food poisoning from this place. Avoid at all costs. The employees are teenagers that really just stand around and talk. It took 30 minutes for my food and the food was not properly made. Sub was soggy. Watch you for the short fat chubby kid with long semi curly hair. Just bad service. Can't believe the owner and manager allow this. This place is a joke. There are plenty of better options than this place. read more

i'm so disappointed! i love firehouse but the last couple times i've come in they've messed up my order, no matter how specific i am! went in today and the worker (all highschool age) were running around, throwing stuff at each other, and being so crazy loud. there was only 2 tables with customers, & one table was full of their friends, who weren't workers, just there to hangout. ended up switching our order to get it to go because it was super loud, annoying and unprofessional. left & realized they again, made my order wrong, & all i got was a sandwich. so sad. read more

This has to be the worst firehouse subs I have ever been to. As a former restaurant GM I am generally critical however this location all management should loose their jobs. The place is filthy and SLOW 35 min from time order was placed to when they finally called my name. The cashier was clueless and to top it all off our food was cold by the time we began to ate which was 5 min after we walked out. Steer clear of here. read more

If I had given this review on my last visit I would have given it a 5 star Today however was freaking disappointing to say the least I payed $6 for a sandwich only 3 inches in length and a piece is paper thin meat!!!! You have got to be kidding me ! Disgusting and gouging the customer I know for a fact the sandwiches standard for the company was not met and I was overcharged for what I received I have visited the franchise several times This store should be ashamed of themselves!!! read more

The last couple times I've visited it's happened to be on Sunday. I'm not sure if this is a day management is off but,I'm guessing so.... I always get my Cajun sandwich and it's missing half the condiments,EVEN THE PICKLE! Unfortunately I order online and pick up or I'd complain in person but, going out is a rare treat with us especially lately but Firehouse will no longer be one of my go to's any longer. It's getting harder and hardest to pay $100 for a meal when the quality is no longer there read more

Terrible service. First time ever getting a sandwich here and there were two people in the entire store and four employees working and it took them 23 minutes to make one sandwich, there was no apology for the wait either. I will not be back at this facility nor will my family. Two of the employees had AirPods in their ears. And the sandwich was an absolute disaster when I opened the package, not much flavor either. Save your money and try Port of subs much better sandwich and way friendlier employees. read more

Avoid. Here's why....I told them I was allergic to dairy so I didn't need any dressing and I did could not have any cheese on my salad. They acknowledged this. They were busy and took forever to complete my single salad. This put me behind so I had to hurry home. I got home and there was cubed cheese tossed in my salad. LAME. They didn't answer there phone and did respond to my review offering to remake the salad and provided no way for me to take them up on the offer. Then somehow my prior review was taken down. So double check your order before you leave with them and allow plenty of time for slow service. read more
