The guy answers and checks on the order and states, "oh, the driver want able to find the place so he came back." A phone call to ask for clarification. We had a great experience here. The drive thru line was into the Main Street but it moved very quickly. The staff was nice, food was good. My only complaint is every time I ask for Mayo packets every single Jimmy John's forgets to put them in, at least now I know to double check.... This is a great location. It has a drive-thru! Hungry after traveling on one of our many trips through Utah we wanted something simple and fast. After noticing JJ's it was a no brainer where we would do that. I ordered my usual #12 "Beach Club" with no sprouts on a french loaf. It has turkey, mayo, tomatoes, avocado spread, cucumber, lettuce and provolone cheese. It only cost $5.50! The bread was so good! I could have just eaten the bread. The veggies were very fresh and the flavor of the sandwich just came together well. My man tried something new. He had the "J.J. Gargantuan". This one is packed with a lot! It had salami, capicola, ham, roast beef, turkey, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo & Italian dressing. This was also on french loaf and cost $7.50. Like the locations where I live in Las Vegas, this one delivers. They had a cute yellow VW bug outside with their logo on it. You can also order online for pick up and delivery. They also cater. You can get gift cards starting at $5 up to $100. I recommend "liking" JJ's on Facebook. I have been able to get in on some really good lunch deals by promotions that have posted. read more

Used to love this location. Last time they over charged me for my sandwich so I called them and the manager was so nice and gave me a credit for a free sandwich the next time I came back to that location. The manager said all I have to do is come in and explain my situation and I would be taken care of. I was so happy with the customer service !! Then, today when I go back for my free sandwich the lady said I did not have a credit for a free sandwich and that it didn't exist. She said it may have expired. I asked her to look under my phone number and she said there was nothing. I was so frustrated because the only reason I drove to that side of town is because of my free sandwich credit. Today my wife picked up two sandwiches, one ham and one RB, on her way to meet me in Snow Canyon. When we unwrapped these sandwiches there was nothing in them except a slab of meat in a dry baguette - no mayo, no lettuce, no cheese, no anything. This was our second experience with Jimmy John's in St George, the other was at the one on River Rd a few years ago, and it was subpar. I don't know what it is about the Jimmy John's in St George but I wIll never go to one again. The ones up north, including in Vernal where we live, make great sandwiches, but not here in St George. This was very disappointing to me because I was quite hungry after biking all the way from Bloomington to the upper picnic area in Snow Canyon. We could not eat them until we returned to my In-Laws in Bloomington, later in the afternoon, where they had condiments that we were able to salvage the sandwiches with. read more

Extremely underwhelming. I've really tried to like Jimmy Johns but I truly don't understand the hype. Hubby convinced me to try again yesterday and to get the wheat bread instead of a sub. While there seemed to be more meat than on the subs (I'm sure due to the much smaller size), it was the most tasteless sandwich I've ever eaten! For a second I thought am I sick??? No I tried one of hubby's chips and wow flavor! I'm also not sure why they continuously use white lettuce on the sandwiches. Last time I checked lettuce was green! The menu does not show what condiments are available or come on the sandwich so it was a complete surprise it came slathered in more Mayo than I've eaten in a year because it wasn't noted. A bit of mustard for flavor to offset the pile of Mayo would have been helpful. I've given this place numerous tries and it's just not for me. Ordered food online at 10:30 to be delivered at 12 on a Saturday. There was a convention that day and a lot of orders were made plus people coming into store. At 12:30 I called to see where our food was and they said my order was being prepped to go out. It came at 12:43. I didn't want to punish the driver so I still tipped her $8. They didn't include the 2 pickles I paid for and no napkins I requested. I called the manager and she said she would give me a credit for the $2 pickles that I could use at the store. I said how about back on my card, and I think you can do better than $2 since we sat through our whole lunch with no food. She said I could come into the store to get cash. Then as a nice gesture the delivery-man brought $10 to me just as we were heading into the next session of the convention. So the food that we scarfed down was good. The delivery men were nice (I didn't take my frustration out on them, but I told them it wasn't acceptable, the girl driver offered to remove her tip, I declined). But it was a nice thing that they brought cash to me for the pickles and the value of the tip, instead of taking it from the driver. read more

Jimmy Johns is SO GOOD. I love getting their Italian sandwich. It had so many flavors in it. For their Italian they add capicola which is SO DELICIOUS. I try to come here when I can . The only con is that their food is a bit expensive. The sandwiches are worth it but I don't suggest getting a drink because it ends up being a bit expensive. Their JJBLT is delicious. In my younger years I would always get the JJBLT. It is a great bite to grab. read more

Freaky fast? Yeah right, it only took them 45 minutes to deliver my sandwich. Keep in mind that I work about 5 minutes away. After waiting for 30 minutes I called, and simply asked what was taking so long, then the employee on the phone preceded to make excuses left and right about why my sandwich has not been delivered. Then when the driver arrived, he didn't acknowledge the length of time of the delivery and simply said "Fill out the top copy please." This place is so boring. There's no variety. Most of the combos on the menu are just the exact same sandwich with one changed ingredient. I got some sort of sandwich, I don't remember what kind, whatever it was, it was meh. My wife ordered something, and we got home, and her sandwich was completely wrong. Just go to Subway. If you go during the day shift the food is good and the service is good. Don't chance it at night. The crew is always screwing around and you get marginal service and food. I recently asked them to cut my sandwich into quarters and you would have thought I had asked them to slaughter the cow and prepare it instead. They not only did not cut the sandwich at all, but the one who made it threw it five feet through the air and the other caught it. When I got ready to eat it they had gathered up all the bad ends and made the sandwhich with just the gristle part. A couple of pieces I could think was an accident, but the whole sandwich of it had to have been on purpose. Don't ask them to do anything special as you will pay the concequences. read more
