My wife and I stopped by for lunch at this location. It was our first time trying out Firehouse subs and I have to say I was impressed. People working there were very friendly and patient as we tried to figure out our order. It also looked clean and very organized. I would not hesitate to go back, if I ever wanted a good sub. read more

I'm hung. That is, hung between giving firehouse 5 stars and 2 or 3. Exceptional food in taste, quantity of food in the sandwiches and those wonderfully tasteful sauces. My sandwich is always hot...that is, if I'm not ordering cold, which I did one one occasion. Honest mistake them making a hot sandwich when I ordered it cold, but equally, it's a simple request/task, which I made clear upon placing my order...to go. What made it so bad, the cold sandwich I ordered was for my wife, and this husband dares not enjoy his meal if his loving other has found her order to be incorrect. It would be best for you to find some complaint in your own meal, if she's dissatisfied in hers. Simply utter a complaint of your own...and quietly devour. One evening at 8:25pm exactly, I stopped to silence my hunger pangs. The door was locked. I shook it to make certain. I looked at the 'hours open' sign...'9pm'. Several people inside looking as though they were cleaning up for the evening. 35 minutes before closing?! I gave a good rapping on the door. I know the girl had already seen me when I shook the door. It took a good pounding on the glass for the look of disgust on her face to accompany her shrugging self to the door. She clearly made me feel guilty that I hadn't assumed they were closed and just left. As I entered I immediately understood why she hadn't heard me. I couldn't tell if the music was heavy metal or rap. I've since surmised that at a certain level, one simply cannot tell the difference. Well, I ordered my meal and added an iced tea. Once paid and waiting, I found the tea was empty, which I mentioned to the young lady. She said she could make some fresh but it would take a while. I envisioned leaving with a hot sandwich getting cold if I decided to wait for some iced tea. I told her I'd pass on the tea. I was not offered a refund. Oh by the way, I also mentioned that they got my previous visits order incorrect, as I was once again getting a cold sandwich for my dear one. My mention went ignored. Anyway, I was not about to secretly enjoy another meal while I watched the wife eat in disgust again so I double checked my order before leaving. One does not enjoy that risk more than once. I will not and cannot accept that discolor upon my character again. I mean, I'm up for review in a few weeks... This place has the right idea, and the quality of the food is spot on. But the commitment to customer service the establishment most surely has set forth falls far short of even your lesser than average fast food drive thru. Firehouse needs to invest the same quality in their employees as they do their product or else a very good thing is going to go very bad...very quickly read more

You will not find a better tasting sandwich anywhere else. Pricey, but so worth it. Employees are pretty bland, but I never expect great service from anywhere anymore, but they are good at making sandwiches. read more

To be honest, I never really gave a second thought to visit this place but my husband wanted to try it out. I figured, what can be so special about a sandwich shop. Well, I was wrong. This place has the freshest ingredients and not to mention friendly service. I ordered the tuna sandwich and my husband ordered the pastrami sandwich. We ordered the combo and I thought it was pretty clever that they offer a variety of options for different combinations. For example you can get the usual drink and chips or you can get a drink and brownie, drink and side salad or drink and chili (haven't tried it but it's supposed to be the top thing on their menu). Plus this place has that cool soda machine that gives you endless soda options. If you're a fan of hot sauce, they have a variety of hot sauces (at the entrance) that are labeled with numbers. The higher the number the hotter the sauce. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

They have delicious subs. I recommend Hook & Ladder and Firehouse Hero subs. Their salad is always freshly made. The only thing is sometimes the wait time during lunch could be a little long because they are training new crew. read more

We tried Firehouse for the first time. Staff was friendly and all smiles. They were knowledgeable about the food. Took order to go and we all enjoyed the sandwiches. We had 4 different types, all good. The spicy sauce was good, almost as good as mine. I would recommend. read more

The employees at this location are so friendly and helpful! We love coming in here! Great food!

I'm Never going to eat subway again. Firehouse subs are so good, i love the hook and ladder, and their special firehouse sause, i cant remember the name of it but they have bottles of it in the front of the store is to die for, read more

This is my favorite sandwich place, and that's saying a lot given that I'm not even a big sandwich person to start with. The food is fresh, hot, and delicious. Pick anything off the menu - you can't go wrong. I also highly recommend the sauce they have available on the side. Yum. read more

After driving by it so many times, I finally stopped in to try this sandwich shop, not knowing what to expect. I ordered the Turkey Salsa Verde and my partner got the Pulled Pork on Hawaiian roll. We split both and to say we were delightfully satisfied when we left would be an understatement! Both sandwiches were good, but the turkey sandwich was DELICIOUS! Everything on the menu sounded yummy and I look forward to returning to try them! The staff was extremely pleasant and greeted us upon arrival and the restaurant was very clean. Do yourself a favor and go try this place! read more

The service is great! The food is always good. My family always looks forward to the chance to go to Firehouse Subs.

I would give this place no stars if I could. I placed an order for one sandwich. 20 minutes later after all the people who ordered after me received their sandwich I asked about mine. They could not find it. After 25 minutes still no sandwich. I ONLY had 30 minutes for lunch. I asked for a refund and the owner responds was "Sorry, it happens" WHAT?? Thanks to this place, I did not get a lunch. NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!! read more

First time at Firehouse subs. Great experience all the way around. Friendly staff that was very helpful with ordering. Super clean. One of the best sandwiches I've had. I highly recommend the Italian sub. read more

Last week I ordered two sandwichs and took them home. I realized when I got home they gave me the wrong order. I went back and got the right order. They apologized about the error and were very nice. The sandwichs were very good. Tonight I went back to try them again. The young lady that helped me remembered me and apologized again and said the sandwichs were on the house and thanked me for coming back. I couldn't believe she remembered me because I didn't make a fuss about the prior mistake. Again the food was great. Great food and service is hard to find . Great job firehouse subs. read more

I came in yesterday kind of late 4/6. I think they were about to close. But they helped me anyways. And that was awesome! I was sooo Hungry! They were soooo Nice there. The girls Tracy, Destiny were very friendly along with the gentleman that was working there, Bailey. The sandwhich I got was amazing and I just love the taste of their sandwiches! This is a really clean store. I'll keep coming back that is for sure because i need get my Sandwhich fix! read more

I love firehouse subs. Sucks that they never get my online orders and i have to wait 30 minutes for a sandwich. not worth going there anymore. they are too busy, they don't know how to work when it's busy. and the buns are always soggy. read more

Not impressed. Long wait after I ordered. I think that because they are new, staff isn't sure what goes on every sandwich. Lady who took my ordered told me that the Italian doesn't come with mayo and mustard, but it does. The ham they use is way too sweet for an Italian sub. Med sub is small. Togo's is in building next door and still can't be beat. read more

I used to like the place and went frequently on my lunch hour. But recently I've had more problems with customer service than I ever had before. I usually order online and have proof of what I ordered. Several times they have forgotten dressing for my salad, so I started checking every time before I leave. One time I caught it and asked for dressing and the counter guy said its already on the salad, not on the side. So I pulled it out and looked at it, it wasn't on the salad or on the side. This last time I ordered a salad that had chicken on it, I checked it had dressing so I got all the way back to my office and realized it didn't have meat on it. I took it all the way back and the counter girl said she'd get the manager. The manager never came out and just told the girl to remake it, no sorry, no apology for the inconvenience, they just came back and handed me another salad. I wasted a full lunch hour for their mistake and to them it was nothing. I won't be going back. read more

I love the food here and would come here more often if I had a better experiences. I called my order in one time on my lunch break 10 minutes before arrival. I got there and asked for my to go order, the girl at the counter said oh I'm sorry it isn't ready yet please take a seat. The girl seemed to be concerned with some large takeout order and she asked me to sit down and wait and they would get me my order. Mind you, I have a 30 minute lunch break which is why I called the order in ahead of time. I waited and waited, about 10 minutes go by I finally walked up and said excuse me, I'm still waiting for my order. One of the guys behind the counter says what is your name? I said Sondra, he looks behind him and grabs a bag that was sitting there the whole time! I left very agitated. The 2nd time, I went there to order I had left work early since I was sick. I was really craving a turkey cranberry sandwich. I got my sandwich, got home, took a bite, and realized it was not a turkey cranberry. I called upset, said I didn't want to go back and thankfully the owner or manager was kind enough to hand deliver my order since it got switched with someone else's. Tonight, my mom went in to get us dinner, since I have a very crabby 2 year old. She orders me a chicken salad... she comes home with a salad with literally chicken salad mix on top, like a chicken salad sandwich on top of a salad. I'm like where is the grilled chicken? She seemed confused too, said the guy was a dufus who took her order. I was too hungry to care at that point, but really I don't like the chicken salad mix... so then I proceed to look in the bag for dressing, and what do you know, no dressing! Seriously, I'm so frustrated with the service here. You really need to higher better employees. I'm so done with coming here. read more
