I love firehouse subs. This location is going down hill real fast. Terrible customer service by all the employees that I have seen in store. It makes me wonder if the owner really cares or knows how the employee are running the store. Most of the times my bread is soggy. I was told be the store manager to tell them to press my meat extra to get the juice out of the meat. sometime they do press it more and sometimes they don't. There are a lot of time the pickle spear is missing. Sometimes the employee are not wearing their mask correctly. I have tried 4 times once in April , once in late May and 2 times in June to order a deluxe catering platter. and each time I get told by different employees that they know nothing about the platters and how far in advance they need to be ordered. They think 2 days. I would have to talk to someone else. Two times I have left my name and number for the person that know how to do them to call me. I called Friday to try and get a platter for Sunday. I was told the employee that does the platters wouldn't be in till Saturday but they would have her call me between 10:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. it's now also 5:30 p.m. no call. I just wanted one platter for Sunday so we could decide if we were going to order platters for the wedding coming up. I guess Firehouse subs in Lacey Wash. on Galaxy Drive. doesn't want the order. Not as good as I remembered. I got the New York Steamer, but it was lacking in meat portions. Come to think of it, they might of screwed up my order because I don't remember eating brisket. My husband got their Smokehouse beef & cheddar brisket and it looked way better than mine. Love that it comes with a slice of pickle. Their Firehouse hot sauce is super tasty. Parking can be tricky sometimes since it shares a parking lot with many other restaurants and establishments. Good service. Clean. Might go back and give it another go. read more

I've eaten at other Firehouse locations and the sandwiches at this one were delicious as expected. They've got a Freestyle soda machine and their iced tea tastes brewed not canned. Do yourself a favor though, and pass on the brownie. I've never been served a brownie that was more stale and disgusting. Surrounded by Subway, Jersey Mike's, Meconi's - my friend and I decided to order take-out for the beef and cheddar & meatball, Newbie workers fumbled so not surprised. The meatball medium sub went into a styrofoam container and my beef and cheddar was tightly squished in paper. 1/2 hour to home and the meatball sub was in perfect condition. My beef and cheddar was squished flat with greasy residue. Have to admit both were tasty. Next time I'll bring my own reusable containers. Now I need to mention Firehouse would do us all a favor by putting their to-go subs in environmental friendly containers. If you visit Firehouse for take-out please bring your own container that will not impact landfill. read more

Firehouse Subs is the best Sandwich spot in Olympia, Lacey area by far. Good ingredients, good bread and an awesome hot sauce selection. The only thing missing is a good beer on tap. The interior is large and with a bright open airy feel. Friendly staff, looks like good management. The steak and cheese sub (Philly Cheese Steak) with sautéed onions, peppers, sautéed mushrooms and pickled jalapeños with a few dashes of hot sauce, HEAVEN!!! I will be back way to much! This is a new franchise in town and I truly enjoyed my experience here. The store is clean, spacious and has great customer service. The menu has a line of healthy lower calorie sandwiches that I tried. The combo lunch was perfect. They provide a really good pickle for the lunch combo and that's important to me. They have an environment hat is community oriented and I liked the respect shown to service people here. Others patrons told me I shouldn't walk by for lunch next door. This place makes a great sandwich but why they opened a store in this strip mall is beyond me. Parking is terrible because Red Robin is a few doors down. Trying to get in and out of the place is insane with all the traffic. We would go here all the time but because of the location and because there is no other Firehouse Subs around we don't go. The hubby and I wanted quick food tonight and decided to give this place a try. The husband ordered a sandwich with mushrooms, turkey, and cheese and it was delicious. I ordered the chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich and it was so good! We both got medium sized sandwiches, and it filled us up. The cheddar broccoli soup was delicious as well. The interior is clean. Workers are fast and thorough. The manager walked around, making sure everyone was satisfied with their food. We are definitely bringing the kids by to try sometime soon! read more

Saturday, August 4th was out first visit to Firehouse Subs. We were very disappointed. There were 2 people in line in front of me and 4 employees working behind the counter. I ordered 2 sandwiches and it took 23 minutes to get my food to go. A person who ordered after me got his sandwich before me. When we got home to eat the sandwiches barely had any meat on them and looked so far from the picture it wasn't even funny. The taste was good but with the poor service and lack of ingredients we probably won't be returning. read more

Don't waste your time or money! We paid $40 for a kids meal, a vegetarian sandwich, and a chicken sandwich. They didn't give us the side or drink for the kids meal, and the veggie sandwich was missing half the ingredients and was completely soggy on the bottom, so bad it was barley edible. I understand mistakes happen so I called to just let them know and the employee told me to call back the next day when the manager was working for a refund on the items that weren't correct. I called EVERY DAY FOR A WEEK and it went to voicemail. I tried all different times of day and no one answered. Today I called again, no answer. So I thought I'd try something... blocked my number and called back a minute later and they answered the phone. They had been screening my call! The manger Tamera was instantly defensive and started making excuses for everything. She didn't solve the issue and I will not be getting my refund. First, their sandwiches are usually pretty good, add service is slow, but respectful, and good. I enjoy that I can make a donation to firefighters with my meal. This review is on my experience tonight. Behavior tonight was pretty disappointing though. I work retail, and I know it sucks when customers come in right before close. I got to this location tonight 12 minutes before they closed (I happened to be that late because I stayed 45 minutes after my store closed to help a customer). I could see the 2 younger employees cleaning up the dining area (not the usual super buff dude who is always awesome) and went to enter to find the door locked. I waived at the employees and they pretended like they didn't notice and put their heads down and continued to mop/clean the counter. I stood outside the door yelping for an open place while asking my wife what she wanted, and watched 3 people get the same experience. If there was some emergency or something no big deal. I ordered a Hook & Ladder chopped salad with onion ad an extra. The salad I received had 60 of these center stems from the head of lettuce! That was the MAJORITY of the lettuce in the salad! I also didn't get the onion!!! I brought it to the manager's attention and, to her credit, she asked if I wanted another one made. I did not! She said that the lettuce comes pre-packaged in a bag.
