9/13/2025 6:20pm Not a good experience. Was not greeted when we came in, the 4 workers kept their heads down and were very quit. The person on the register did not greet us, he stood there and looked at us, it was really odd. We ordered then grabbed our drinks. The pop machine and condiment area was really dirty and sticky and the rest of the dining room oiled pretty unkept. My hook and ladder was lacking meat and did not have any onion or tomatoes. I was going to take it back up to the counter but one of the young men came out and started straightening chairs. That would have been great EXCEPT he was wearing his food gloves! He straightened chairs then went right back behind the counter and started making sandwiches, he never changed gloves or washed his hands. I watched the other employees handle the register and also had their food gloves in. Gross! Please management retrain this group of employees!

These are pretty good sandwiches. I didn't get a chance to snap my sandwich unfortunately. I got a small Hook & Ladder sub. All sandwiches seem to come toasted and are served with a side of a pickle spear. They serve Coke products. And have a large assortment of chips. They sell salads and other items as well. The customer service was nice , quick and efficient. The store itself was pretty clean and you can order ahead and pickup your order with no contact. I will have to come back and try out other sandwiches for sure.

Is it me or is this place S.L.O.W.? As much as I love Firehouse Subs, their lack of friendliness and speed is a bummer. I've gone two tunes- once during the lunch rush (which I can understand the wait a little bit) and then again at dinner when there were only 2 customers besides myself there. Maybe delivery or ordering ahead will be a better plan moving forward.

Worst customer service that I've ever had. Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. We will not be back.

Excellent Happy Hour deals and variety of wings, tenders, salads, sandos, and apps. Big fan of the 2-fer Happy Hour. The atmosphere is good and a chill vibe. I believe they good in beef tallow...I'm not a fries guy but the fries are great and I don't feel weighed down after eating a hearty fried meal. Great self-served drinks with sweet tea, so you know it's legit. Only thing I would change is maybe a wider range of healthier options, but ditto that for any Chicken place or fast casual. You can still eat healthy and they have a choice of sides such as Mac/cheese, slaw, etc. This one in Aurora was a Jim N Nicks BBQ and I swear they make the same muffins. Delish!

First, when we walked in, there was nobody in the front so we were just kind of standing there waiting for someone to greet us. The young man who did eventually greet us was nice and asked us if we were ready to order. Since we'd never been there, we didn't know that the concept is to order your food before you are seated and since we were totally unfamiliar with the menu, we were holding up the people behind us so he gave us some menus and we just kind of stood to the side until we knew what we wanted. The order counter is off to the side of the entrance and seating area and is kind of in the bar area which I thought was oddly placed. We ordered the onion rings as an appetizer and they were big and pretty good. My husband got the two piece dark chicken with collard greens and Mac and cheese, and I got the tenders and potato wedges. He remarked that the chicken was okay and the collard greens and Mac and cheese did not have much flavor. I tried his Mac and cheese and it seemed old and lacking in cheese or sauce. The chicken tenders were good but the potato wedges tasted old and not hot. The worst part for me though was that the tables are sticky - not because of something that was spilled but rather because of the varnish so it gives the impression that they are dirty. Also, when I used the women's bathroom, it looked like the stall doors have never been wiped down which totally grossed me out. Even though the food wasn't necessarily bad it isn't remarkable compared to any other chicken establishment, and the hype about the sauces seemed unwarranted. The BBQ and honey mustard sauces were way too sweet and the jalapeño ranch was devoid of ranch in my opinion. However, he main reason I wouldn't return is more because of the sticky tables and dirty bathroom stall doors.

When we got inside there was one couple in front of us and one other couple waiting for their order. The couple in front of us ordered 2 cups of chili and 2 baked potatoes. The kid working the register was clueless. He didn't know if they had potatoes, forgot if they were eating in or taking it to go, and he forgot to give them the butter and sour cream they asked for. We had to wait while this kid was trying to figure out what was going on. Then, after we were more than ready to order, the same kid just walked off and went to the back. Meanwhile, the first couple was STILL waiting on their food and obviously getting pissed. No manager insight. "Clueless" returned, after laughing and joking around with the other employees in back, with a very unfriendly "what do you want?" One positive thing I can say is that after a ridiculous long wait, our order was correct. The first couple still hadn't gotten their food by the time we sat down. The lack of interest and the utter glacial speed of the employees makes me doubt we'll be stopping back at this location any time soon.

Ted's was near one of my errands so I ducked in. There wasn't too many people in there. Happy Hour was from 4-6pm. I sat at the bar and ordered a 3oz bison burger , margarita, and their house made potato chips with onion dip. Then offered Coke products here. I met 2 other friends and they ordered similar items. We were served by Dillion , he was awesome. Very relaxed, friendly and on top of our service. The burgers that came with fries were just enough to make me full along with some of the chips and dip. The environment was quieter and we were able to catch up and watch some baseball. If you sign up to their customer emails , you get a free birthday appetizer and dessert ! I will mostly likely come back and try their HH menu again as it was a good offering.

I do want to mention that I've dined at other Ted's Montana Grill locations multiple times in the past and have always had good experiences, which made this visit even more surprising. From the start, service was very slow. It took a long time to receive both our drinks and appetizer, and our drinks sat empty for quite a while because our server was nowhere to be found. To make matters worse, our appetizers were dropped off and our entrées followed almost immediately, so there wasn't even a chance to enjoy them. The food was the biggest disappointment. Three of the four of us ordered steaks (two medium and one rare), and every single one came out well done, cold, and overcooked. I ordered the salmon with mashed potatoes, and both were ice cold. To top it off, there was a large bone in my salmon. We weren't even able to tell our server about the issues because he disappeared for most of the meal. The next time we saw him was when he came by asking, "Everything good? You're full and need boxes?" At that point we explained everything, and he brought over the manager. The manager was kind and did end up comping about a third of our bill, which we appreciated. Even so, we still spent over $250 on a meal that was cold, overcooked, and incredibly disappointing. Three of us have worked in the food industry, and it takes a lot for us to complain or leave a negative review. We understand that mistakes happen. But for a meal at this price point, we expected much better food and service. It was a really unfortunate experience and not one we'd choose to repeat.
