Ordered three subs through the online app and was told 30 min to get them. Okay. So that was a little off because they were so swamped and app doesn't count crazy good deals I guess. So , lady says sorry. Found your order but we haven't made it yet because we're backed up . Anyway. 15 mins later I get my subs and I drive home and the subs are all right except one is not what we ordered. We ordered a #9 but got a #7. I've been there. Sometimes a 7 or 9 can be similar. Problem is a double meat club sub is way better than a double meat turkey. There's just not any comparison. A # 9 is approaching perfection at this jersey mikes. So I call them up and tell em I know y'all are really busy today and feces happens but my son ain't gonna be cool with a #7. Just ain't. Manager says come on back and I'll remake your sub and went over my order specifics to make sure it was perfect. I drive back and sub was ready and he hooked me up with a little something something for my trouble. Also apologized for my inconvenience. Yeah. Dog tired and been swamped all day and still excellent customer service and retainment. I will be back and jersey mike , y'all need to step up and reward these employees for all their hard work and dedication. Mine was ordered hot, and it was still warm when received. The first few bites I had no turkey at all, but the rest of the sub did have a little turkey in it. However, it was not only the turkey that was sparse, the lettuce and tomato was barley there too. The bread was good, not too think as some other places, but that was the best part. Others thought their subs were ok too...no one was singing praises, but it filled an empty spot. I would not order from here again due to the lack of fillings.

They are very friendly and work hard to get your order exactly right. My favorite sub is I think #14 the Jersey Devil. It has soooo much meat. The first one I took home I weight it and it was 3lbs. If you go to Subway you are lucky if your sub is half a pound and pretty much costs the same. There is a photo of one on the scale topping out at 2lbs10oz. The subs are so big I always have them quarter them for me and they pretty much make four meals. The most epic thing I did once was order one for a motorcycle trip then I rode straight to the top of Mt. Mitchell where I enjoyed one of these subs. My only beef I have with them...they have a loyalty program. I always get the Jersey Devil which is one of the most expensive subs at $17 (was $13 when they first opened). This is not a problem because it's so much food. So I was in there and went to redeem my free sub and I had my kids and they usually get a small ham sub or a turkey sub which is about $8. I checked out and went on my way but didn't notice until I got home that they redeemed my free sub for $8 instead of the big one!!! Of all the places Ive ever been with loyalty programs they always give you the most expensive one for free....I guess here you have to make a separate order to do that. Felt like my loyalty got taken advantage of. Lesson learned.

On to the turkey pot pie, tasted just like the pot pie without all that breading but they do give you crackers if you want to put that in your soup. Now the creamy pasta salad that's what they call the pasta salad there is another pasta salad you can get there but that's another type of pasta salad that's listed. I usually don't like creamy things that look too Mayonaiseeyy but this pasta salad might be some of the best pasta salad I've had in years! The Caesar salad romaine lettuce was all crispy and fresh all bright green loaded recruitons cheese and they gave two portion size of dressings which was really nice it wasn't the package kind of dressing either it looked like a homemade kind in the little cups.
