Multiple neighbors congratulated us when they saw, which was unexpected and kind of funny. The ambient difference is amazing. My first experience was for a cracked window replacement. The team arrived right on time and completed the entire job in about 15 minutes. Their professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy were immediately evident. It was fast, seamless, and stress free. The second project was far more extensive and showcased their craftsmanship on another level. They removed an outdated garden window and replaced it with a stunning new one, installed a sleek sliding glass door, and removed a large window to install a beautiful garden window measuring 6 feet wide by 3 feet high. Every step was handled with precision and care. Watching such a substantial window set perfectly into place was impressive. It required strength, coordination, and exact measurement, and they executed it flawlessly. They even repaired the siding afterward, leaving everything polished and clean. Joe, Jesse, and Frank worked like a perfectly tuned crew. Their communication, teamwork, and pride in their craft were obvious from start to finish. They maintained a positive attitude throughout and made what could have been a disruptive project feel smooth and even enjoyable. I also want to recognize Tahnie, the project manager. She coordinated everything beautifully and stayed in touch throughout the process. She was personable, attentive, and genuinely a pleasure to speak with. Her communication made the entire experience feel organized and reassuring. From small repairs to major installations, TN Glass Install LLC delivers exceptional results with integrity and professionalism. I would recommend them without hesitation.

It's now been 10 months since completion and we've experienced zero issues whatsoever, which is testament to the quality of the work. From the start, Kirill was responsive and responsible. His bid was competitive, and he was extremely detail-oriented. Since we wanted to order our own windows from Dunn Lumber, we had multiple conversations to ensure the measurements were exactly right. His thoroughness paid off -- all the windows arrived exactly as planned, avoiding delays or returns. During the installation process itself, Kirill and his crew (Ivan and Ivan) were always on time, courteous, efficient, and professional. They may be the ONLY contractors we've ever worked with who finished within the timeline that they laid out. Overall, we really enjoyed working with Kirill and would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to replace windows or doors. It would be nice if they also offered finishing services, like drywall touch-up and painting, but the quality of the work that they do specialize in is absolutely impeccable. Don't think twice about hiring Cascade!

We had issues with the bay window that started a few months after it was installed. Signature was very responsive, and replaced the window free of charge. Unfortunately, the issue ended up being with the construction of the window itself, so the 2nd window also had issue. Replacement #3 was also free of charge, but we didn't figure out the cause of the issue until after window #3 was compromised as well. Signature replaced the window again, #4, but this time with a different brand of window, upgraded from the original - again, at no cost to us. So while our journey isn't typically "great", it's refreshing to work with a company that stands behind their work and products they sell. They were responsive every step of the way. I generally judge a company by how they react to problems, not just by the fact there were problems. And Signature earned my 5 stars. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I got bids, and was the most impressed with Danny L at Signature Windows. We had a tight deadline because the home was going on the market and access to the window, especially in the rain, was really challenging. Meeting the deadline, and the safety of the installers, were non-negotiable. Danny came out the very next day to measure the Window From Hell and, not only did he give me the best price, but his company was the only one that had all the scaffolding equipment readily available at no extra charge. The window arrived sooner than expected, and installation was quickly scheduled to meet the deadline. Then we hit a snag: some epic rain made the cedar roof too slippery for safe conditions. Brent and his crew of expert (and very brave) installers rigged up a safe way to haul this brand-new Mother of ALL Windows up to the second floor and install it using very long ladders, secure scaffolding, and harnesses. I think we had 4 or 5 installers for this job. It took all day to get the old Window From Hell out and the new Mother of All Windows installed. But what a job! Perfect caulk lines, perfect cleaning of the glass, perfect clean-up of the job site, indoors and out. Job done ON TIME, SAFELY, and at an excellent price. If Signature can handle my Window From Hell, I am very confident they can install ordinary double-hung windows that exceed your expectations for quality, price, timeliness, and workmanship. I highly recommend Signature Windows.
