Although I initially wanted lamination, they couldn't do that day of as they had a large order just before me. BUT they printed my poster on thicker paper and with a beautiful gloss. The colors turned out amazing, and the quality -- I've never seen it in a poster before. Absolutely perfect. Even more, when I printed off my poster, I had some really deep blacks. We began rolling the poster up into a tube -- that they provided -- and noticed the ink hadn't quite dried, and it started to rub off. Edward printed off 2 more just to be sure, let it sit a bit, tried a lighter black and it came out still beautiful. They customer service is 10/10 and make sure you're satisfied with your product. I stopped at the bank on the way home and of course noticed I was short changed ...it was only 10 bucks but it's still 10 bucks !! I called the store right way ...This is where it gets good ....One of the cashiers answered the phone , without hesitation the cashier got the manager on the phone ...The manager Mary was so responsive it was amazing She offered to count the drawer right then and there ...I told her it wasn't necessary because I had to go in the next day to pick up my copy anyway The manager called me back in about 15 minutes ...Left a message telling me yes the drawer is over ...I put your 10 dollars in an envelope pick it up at your convenience ...Way to go Mary !!!! I cannot thank them enough for what a huge favor they have done for me. I had a last minute…read moregraduation stole that I needed embroidery for. Many places in the area did not provide the type of service I was looking for, or they needed to have a minimum of pieces to be embroidered. I sent an inquiry through Yelp and received a response from them right away letting me know they are able to do it. I loved that they were flexible with when I am able to come in to drop the graduation stole - since I was in a rush, I went in right after work on the same day. They provided me with a quote on Yelp and I was very thrilled with it. When I dropped it off, they were very thorough with what they are able to do with their expertise. I was able to choose the font of the embroidery and the location of where I wanted everything. They were so accommodating despite how little time they had with this and were SO kind about it. After I told them how I wanted everything, they gave me an estimated date and I did not have to leave a deposit. The next day or so, the staff emailed me a draft before having a final approval. I was very pleased with it and gave her the final OK. Less than a week later, I received an email saying it was ready.... way before the estimated date which was even better. Words cannot describe what a great job they have done. I highly recommend coming to them because they really do a fabulous job with accommodation and the embroidery itself. This will be my go-to place for embroidery from now on.

Friendly and helpful and patient when I was less than on point, dropping into the store randomly to throw improperly formatted files at him. When I received the large-format, finished prints on coroplast, the color was perfect, the material was cut to exactly the right size, and he even dropped off the finished posters directly to my client just 'cause he was going to be in the area anyway: not because I was an old client or spending thousands of dollars, but just BECAUSE, which's a level of service I've never gotten from a printer in the past. This is mainly why I'm writing this review: the folks here treated me like a VIP when I had never set foot in their shop before this job. As an artist, I'm lucky to have Signal right in my neighborhood for all of my future printing needs, and I'll be recommending them to everybody, including you.

I've reported this post office multiple times to the USPS and several city offices. Their customer…read moreservice is atrocious, their employees are rude, and they just can't manage to do the one job that counts in a post office - successfully sending and receiving mail. They've lost several packages of ours when we had them sent to the post office specifically for safe keeping, and, my personal favorite, they get angry when we return looking for the same package (which they lost) more than once. One employee in particular - Janet - should be fired immediately. She yells at her staff and her customers publicly, curses frequently in front of customers, and once - when we said that we would wait until they found a package of ours that they lost - threatened to call security and have us forcibly removed. A real winner, that one. Honestly, this post office is one of the top reasons I want to leave Allston and they're the only reason I will never ship USPS again. Avoid it any way you can.
