First time here and I'm impressed!!! I like that I can see the choices for the sauces, meats, veggies, cheeses!!! And I like the individual size. I ordered pepperoni, salami, red onions and fresh mozzarella with tomatoes sauce. It was PERFECT! The sauce is slightly sweet which I love, cuz it doesn't have that acidic side, plus it goes soooooooooooo good with the meats and veggies! The fresh mozzarella was a bonus and complemented my selection nicely. Hubby ordered the Meaty Italian with spicy sausage, along with the Naked Caesar salad. I snitched a bite of that and the dressing was very good! His pizza was as yummy as mine!! One thing he pointed out was, the pizzas arrived to our table HOT, cooked thru , but it wasn't the Hot that burns the top of your mouth... in other words - Papa Bear said it was, "Just right!" Well, first of all, it's not pizza, though it is a healthier option than fast food. It's a step above Domino's, but not by much. By no means does it deserve anywhere near four stars. Went in on Saturday night and the place was run by about 12 teenagers. Really hope there was a grown up somewhere in the back... The assembly line concept is okay, but not when ingredients start to get mixed in with others. Maybe that's because the kids were throwing food at each other. One girl was wearing gloves, but then adjusted her hat and didn't think to put new ones on. That's lovely. And another, who wasn't wearing gloves was replenishing the pepperoni with more and took the last remaining ones out of the old container with her ungloved hand. Gloves for a reason, girls. We've been looking for a better pizza place for delivery (our stand-by has been good, but not outstanding) and decided to try fired pie, which we've driven by 1000 times, but never gone in. We ordered four pizzas, one topping each, and an order of garlic pesto rolls. All four of us got their house made crust, which is extremely thin, which made this pizza more like flat bread with a crispy crust than pizza. The flavor was outstanding, The pepperoni and spicy Italian sausage have a real kick. The red sauce wasn't overly sweet. Overall, we all really liked our choices. They do go light on the toppings, but the flavor is there. I found half a pizza is a light meal, and it reheated pretty well the next day. On the other hand, my teenaged son ate all of his in one sitting and was still hungry. The order of garlic knots was outstanding, but over priced. The only real negative I can think of is that they missed my side of ranch. I really want to give this place 4.5 stars, but it ain't an option. The bottom line, this is really good artisan flatbread/pizza at a decent price. But, if your looking for thick greasy pizza, this is not the pizza you're looking for. read more

Don't recommend unless you want little kids making your food. Literally teenagers, who are playing around with brooms and laughing over your food. The boy making my salad threw my toppings on. The manager is also a child who offered no solution, as she was also playing around with the other staff. They were rude and didn't care about my concerns of how sloppy they were making my food. We eat at this location frequently and the staff and pizza are great. However the other night we took our grandson (who loves Mac/Cheese) to the restaurant for dinner. We order him a M/C and also a couple of pizza's. When they dished up the M/C I was astonished. I asked is that all you get for $7.95. I told her that must be the most profitable item in the restaurant. You get about 5-6 spoon fulls of M/C with lots more cheese than pasta. We love the restaurant but no more M/C for us and our grandson. Red Robin has M/C with free refills for $2.99 and Donatoe's Pizza . I understand everyone needs to make a profit but Fired Pie goes overboard on the M/C. read more

Ordered my pizza online for pick up and came at the set time. Once I arrived I let the designated person know at the cash register I was there for an online order and she said ok it would be a few mins. Unfortunately, I watched several people come in and order and get their pizzas and I was still waiting. 10 mins go by and I decided to check in again and let them know I was still waiting. I watch the worker go and get my pizza from a warmer that I saw had the pizza in it since prior to when I first arrived. I mentioned that I had been waiting and the pizza had already been completed and the worker mumbled sorry. If I wasn't hungry and already had been waiting for a while, I would of asked for a manager. First time to this location on a Tuesday eve around 5pm. Not too many people eating inside but lots of people waiting to pick up pizzas. The scene was chaotic behind the counter but the nice young lady took my order and my pizza was in line for the oven. There were probably a dozen pizzas ahead of mine but we were dining in so knew it would be a little wait. No biggie. The young guy running the oven messed everything up and nobody could get the orders right for the people waiting to pick up. The pizzas were also burned and people got the wrong orders. Some people walked out not happy and I don't blame them. When I saw someone who came in after me get their pizza, I figured I better check on my pizza. It was sitting on the counter and badly burned around the edges. The poor young girl who gave it to me was so stressed and embarrassed and did offer to make another. I declined because I felt so bad for those young kids. She was asked if there was a manager around. No manager, only during the day. The owner/manager of this franchise needs to pay attention to their business and be there for the young workers! What a bad example! I was amazed by the great customer service and teamwork I observed at this location! When my family and got to the window it seemed that they had a big internet order. Alissa and Lexi greeted us and apologized for a little wait. Which was not long at all. They were so efficient and fast. Alissa had a great smile and attitude. So first I want to say I love fired pie. I think the vegan options are excellent! That being said the only reason I give you guys 3 stars and not 5 is because .... you guys are stingy as heck. I don't eat meat and vegetables are fairly cheap to buy especially since I am sure these vegetables aren't organic! So if my main source is veggies I would like to have a good amount on my pizza so I don't just feel like I eat just crust! I spend $50 dollars each time I visit and would love to see a change. The last time the lady put cheese on my sons pizza I should have taken a picture. I mean it was ridiculous! It was maybe half a hand full if even. I am also not a person who complains much especially if it happens once or twice. However I been there 4 times and every time they were super stingy. I know not every location is this way because a friend of ours said that where he lives they do a great job! Hi Fred, so I went back the other day and they did much better. You were talking about the store using a measuring cup for cheese which is true and everyone fills up on regular cheese very well, however you guys do not use a measuring cup for the vegan cheese and I think that is the issue with people not knowing how mich to put really on the vegan pizza. Food is okay, but service is less than desirable. The last two times I went they completely messed up my order (in house) and then "lost" my online order (forgot to print it out, yet 3 others that came in with online orders got their food without any issues). I have to come this location a couple of times before tonight and had good experiences. I came around 9, realizing it's close to closing as I have worked in the restaurant industry for years myself. There were at least 8-9 people behind the counter and I was baffled when I wasn't greeted right away and then told "I would be helped in just a moment", because everyone seemed to be doing closing stuff/distracted. I read other reviews and agree that there needs to be stricter management in place to train teenage workers. I understand it's fun working with friends but they were all chatting with each other while I was ordering/waiting for my Mac n cheese. I was given the Mac n cheese pretty much straight out of the oven in no sort of bag and it was burning me, I'm surprised they have not been trained to directly hand customers hot containers as this is a health hazard. I've always had mixed experiences here, more negative than positive. One time I went in and it was right before rush hour. I go down their line, and wait. I wait, and I wait. After wondering where the hell my pizza is after 20 minutes, I keep track of who orders and when they got their food. After someone who got their pizza 15 minutes after I had ordered mine first, I asked them where my pizza was. They wrote the completely wrong name, and instead of maybe asking around, they set the pizza behind the register. They gave me my pizza 50 minutes later, and I was said "well it won't be warm." The man working said "oh, it will be fine," and I got home and guess what? It was cold and I had to reheat it. Another time, they forgot to make my 'pookie.' At least then, they gave me a coupon for a free pizza. My last bad experience was during lunch time on a weekday, and one of their workers was giving me sass because I 'ditched' school (I had no class that day, which I mentioned when she asked me how my day was.) Apparently, she is my mother and believes I should've gone in. The pizza is good, if a bit hard/crispy most the time. I would definitely pay extra for crust like Dominos or Barros. I come here when I need something quick and easy, but for pizza quality/taste there are many (chain) places nearby that are a lot better, if a bit more expensive. read more

The pizza here is very good, and ingredients are fresh, but there is always trash on the ground when I come in here. Either in the form of unclean tables, food all over the floor, or a huge trash bag leaking questionable fluids all over the sidewalk by the front door (talk about inviting for customers!). I like their pizzas, but the place always seem to be run by high school age students and customer service is usually not good. I was at fired pie last night and the pizza maker Jordyn was such a nice gal! I'm vegan and I have been eating the gluten free crust under the assumption that it was Vegan. When I asked vegan cheese she quickly let me know that the crust was not vegan. She immediately offered to make me something else when I told her I couldn't eat it. We gave them a go again tonight, and my husband literally text me from the restaurant several times with... "this fired pie sucks" "they are so unorganized" "just a bunch of slow moving teenagers with NO management" "hopefully our pizza is ok." We probably won't return unless the employees are trained properly and start taking their job seriously. It's really not that hard to make a pizza and execute it effectively. I understand the majority of the employees are teenagers and thats fine, but there needs to be some sort of leadership present at all times (assistant manager, manager, team leader, etc.).
