I've been to this location a few times over the past several years. The main selling point is the patio seating overlooking the lake. The patio is nothing special, just your standard metal tables and chairs on the West side of the restaurant, but it overlooks one of the neighborhood lakes and gets good sun exposure during lunchtime. The pizza here is pretty good for the BYO quick-fire variety of pizza places. Usually they have a lot of toppings to choose from but went here for dinner and they were out of several meats and vegetables I typically add to my pizza. Still the toppings they did have were fresh and tasty. The people making the pizza were friendly and attentive which is always nice, and they apologized for not having some of the normal toppings (it's not their fault of course). They were also out of lemonade so I couldn't mix myself an Arnold Palmer. I normally go with the pesto sauce base as it's one of the few places I can get this. However their pesto has changed and it's not as good as it once was. They have alfredo and other non-marinara/pizza sauce choices which is one of the perks of the BYO joints. Still an enjoyable experience overall. Hope the lack of topping options and available drink options was just a one-time thing. There's so many decent pizza options around it's the little things like this that may prevent future visits. read more

We often visit this location as it's nearby our house. Today, I placed an online order for the convenience factor and was met with a ton of issues. My husband went to pick up the order and saw they made our order incorrectly. He spoke to the manager, Amanda, about it and she said the order was placed incorrectly and that she was not remaking it. My husband informed me of what was going on and I drove there myself to speak with Amanda. I stood there waiting for a while as Amanda was obviously avoiding us. When someone else acknowledged us, I said I needed to speak with Amanda. Amanda said she'll be with us in a moment and continued making us wait. When she finally came to speak with us I asked what was going on. She proceeded to say that I placed the order wrong. After a lot of back and forth she said "she'll correct it this time" lol. While they were re-making our order, another customer came up because they messed up her order too. Amanda started arguing with her as well. How many people are you going to argue with before you realize your mistakes, Amanda? The only reason I'm not giving a 1 star is because of the employee, Raegan, who handled everything beautifully. She apologized, corrected the situation, and offered a small treat as an apology. Meanwhile, Amanda went to hide in the back. Ironic because earlier she was cussing and talking about how busy they were and that someone else got fired (so unprofessional). To upper management: please look into proper training at this location. I have the entire interaction on video. Amanda is not a bad person, but she lacks training and professionalism. Everyone could learn a thing or two from Raegan (who IMO should be promoted as she leads by example). All in all, I wish this mistake was corrected in the first place when my husband initially brought it up to avoid this from escalating further. Please do better. Updated review based on response: I'm not sure how ignoring, cussing, and telling your customers "I'm not remaking your order" is a "great new addition to the team." When I'm in a hurry and there are several of us all who like different things on our pizza Fired Pie is my go to, especially when meeting people for lunch. I always say it's like the Subway of pizza but that's not meant to be an insult. You pick a crust an then your sauce and type of cheese followed by meats and or veg. You can put on all or nothing if you like. You can even pick one of their suggested combinations if that's how you roll. This has absolutely nothing to do with the service, the employees were absolutely incredible and so kind and went above and beyond to help me. This is for the owner. I placed an order of 5 pizzas through the slice app which I was directed to from their website, I got multiple text updates including "your pizzas are ready" and went in and they never received the order, asked me if I used slice to which I said yes, and they explained that the orders through slice do not come through and haven't for some time, and had to rush to get my 5 pizzas together which they did very quickly and were very apologetic. The pizzas are delicious and the service is incredible, but knowing that there is an issue with an ordering platform and continuing to subject your customers and employees to it is just unfair. read more

We had some friends over and wanted pizzas for dinner. We had never tried fired pie from this location and wanted to give this place a try. We ordered from their pizza creations and went with Margherita, Mediterranean, and veggie pizza. The pizzas are 11" and thin crust, if you are very hungry you can easily eat the whole pizza. The Mediterranean was our favorite, the flavors were rich, and the olives, and veggies everything went well together. The price is about $11 a pizza. Overall we love the pizza's from here and always have gone with build your own but their signature pizzas are definitely worth a try. read more

We live right across the street and glad we have Fired Pie right here. Yes this is not a fine dining or NY pizza place but it does the trick and the place is clean! They can use another place to throw out your trash inside but to me it's a non issue. The staff and service were good. Start off by saying the place was an absolute mess, food on the floor dirty tables. Been going there for some time and I have to say it has gone down hill. I felt like the staff really don't know what they are doing. Salad was wilty and not cut enough. Asked for the pizza to be extra crispy and got home to discover it was not as I asked. I had really hoped that this was going to be a fabulous pizza. I love woodfired pizzas. It had a moderately decent taste. The toppings were ridiculously small. The pepperonis were size of a nickel. And I'm not exaggerating. We also ordered the field greens salad. I felt the spring mix of greens was on the edge of past it's due date. On their website. I had no idea how large the pizza was (only one size) and I was not able to order extra toppings. I guess I can say I tried it but unfortunately I don't believe I'll be going back. Ok salad, also had their pizza biscuits, served with hot with COLD marinara sauce????? They were not like Floridino's which were super good and served with HOT marinara. Got there at 12:30, not a sole there but place was dirty? I don't think they had enough business to account for the ALL dirty tables, napkins, chunks of others meals.... Etc. I had to find the least trashed- one that I can self clean with very thin cheap thin dry napkins, while 3 employees tended to the 3 new people who came in. The soda drink and condiment area has probably not been cleaned or dusted down in way more than 5 days (guessing) but apparently not a priority. I should have taken pictures...... Sad, we know COVID can add complications but cleanliness, no excuses given Covid. May not go back....... hope the owner takes some actions to look around the place and think what he/she would expect from a Resturant. It's not that hard, pick up the place, clean it so customers don't have to look at 15 tables and pic the least dirty to decide I'll sit here..... after I clean it myself. read more
