The dining area was clean and well maintained, with spotless tables and restrooms, which always makes a great first impression. We ordered two chicken shawarma plates: one with fries and hummus, and the other with salad and rice. Everything was seasoned perfectly. The chicken was tender, juicy, and full of flavor, the fries were crisp and well-spiced, and the hummus was smooth and delicious. We also tried the C1 combo Arabic style, which came with half chicken, half beef, and two sides. Both proteins were excellent, and the garlic sauce was a standout--we absolutely loved it. We couldn't help but notice many other customers enjoying salads, all of which looked fresh and generously topped with crisp vegetables. Portion sizes across the board were very good, leaving us satisfied with some to go. Overall, the food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable. I couldn't stay and eat the sandwich there, but you best believe I devoured it in my car. It was absolutely delicious and wish I had gotten an 8-inch instead. Everyone enjoyed lunch. Prices were reasonable. It started getting quite busy while we were eating, probably as the church crowds arrived. They may even have been on a short wait by the time we left, but I doubt that is typical for most other days of the week. We had eaten at another location of the PP a couple of years ago. Both visits were good, and if I lived in Phoenix I could see adding this to a regular rotation of dining venues.
