Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Alpharetta was absolutely delicious! The food was cooked to perfection...flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. You can really taste that wood-fired flavor in every bite. From the appetizers to the entrée, everything was seasoned just right and came out hot. Definitely a go-to spot for a great meal and a nice atmosphere. I'll be back!

Came in for a Sunday Brunch prior to a concert. The first impression as you walk in is pretty impressive. It looks more like a fine dining steakhouse than a casual steakhouse. But then you are seated.... Ugh the tables....They are SO gross. They are so sticky you have to ask to keep a menu so you can rest your arms on top of them instead of the table. We asked the waitress if she could get us a wet rag so we could wipe down the table. She did that, but it didn't help. I attempted to clean it with a napkin and hand sanitizer and that didn't help. I have no clue what is ingrained into the wood but whatever it is....sand it off! LOL Many of the tables are super old looking with rough top surfaces. The table next to us actually looked like there was food all over it or stuck to it but then someone was seated there and we realized the sun shining into the window was basically showing how damaged the table top is. Please refinish the tables. Cleanliness.....yeah this is not a strong suit...At least that Sunday it wasn't. There were more tables that hadn't been bussed after a party leaving than there were with people sitting at them. Plenty of wait staff kept just walking by these tables and I never saw one of them get cleaned off. The food... the deviled eggs were good. We both ordered the brunch burger. I ordered mine to be medium and my friend ordered medium rare. We both ended up getting rare. It was so hard to eat and not be grossed out. The sear on the outside was perfect, but the inside was barely cooked. I don't live in the area so don't have many opportunities to go back to see if they were just having an off day, but I also wouldn't go out of my way to go there.

Parking is very limited. The staff is very attentive. I never had to ask for a refill or wait too long for my server. I can see why this is a popular spot for business groups but It probably is really nice for a date night as well. We were having girls lunch and it was super busy. We ordered the mushrooms, fondue lobster queso, bread, lobster bisque and a Smokehouse BbQ sandwich. All the food came out promptly. I thought the dishes were flavorful. The fondue had maybe three pieces of lobster, at $19 it was yummy but lacked the lobster meat. I would give them another try but probably stick to appetizers and maybe a burger.

I've been to Firebirds plenty of times, but never for one thing in particular. In my experience, it's been great for whatever you are in the mood for whether it be: appetizers, salad, burgers, pasta, steak - you name it. This Firebirds is located across from Avalon (an extremely popular Alpharetta shopping center). It offers both indoor and outdoor seating and the interior is quite appealing for any guest. I haven't been here during an evening weekend, however during any of the times I have eaten here there is always a large crowd. On my most recent visit I ordered the Three Course Menu for $39.95, while my husband ordered a burger with a side of scalloped potatoes. My three course meal consisted of a side Caesar Salad, Grilled Sirloin with a side of garlic mashed potatoes, and a slice of Crème Brûlée Cheesecake to end with. The food was amazing and cooked to perfection.

This is such a great date night place or to come for drinks! Their black diamond martini is insanely good! The service has always been so good!

Our waiter Austin was great and offered suggestions when asked. The overall ambiance is relatively upscale with classic steakhouse decor. All of the food was fantastic. We went around 5pm and by the time we left the restaurant was packed. It's definitely a local favorite and I understand why.

Another perfect experience on New Year's Day dinner. We asked for our waiter we had last time Spencer. Did an amazing job as well and as always, the food on point. Best lemon cake ever!

The service was great I really enjoyed our waiter. The food was pretty good but could have been a little more impressive for the price. All together it was a good experience and the place has a nice ambiance.

Black diamond pineapple martini was fabulous!

I love Firebirds for their Cajun ribeye, BLT salad, great happy hour drinks. Whenever I'm in town I go for the treat. Tonight my $50 ribeye was burned and tough as leather. They usually do a fine job of well done, tender, seasoned, juicy ribeye! When I sent the steak back, the manager came over and tried to explain the cooking process for a ribeye and I let him know I am well aware of how to cook a ribeye and they missed the mark tonight. Rather than apologize while looking at the charred steak, he acted like he did me a favor to cook a next one. I didn't appreciate that energy. When he brought out the tough replacement he seemed annoyed and still never apologized for their goof. Pineapple martini was epic.

Stopped here before heading to Ameris for a concert. We didn't have a reservation but there were plenty of tables. We sat in the patio. Our server greeted us with menus and water. I initially looked at their menu online and noticed they had happy hour from 4-7 pm but our server was definitely unsure about it. He brought us a bar menu but he just seemed confused about it so we were wondering if we could be served at the patio; turns out yes. We ordered fried cauliflower and salad. The fried cauliflower was shareable between 2-3 people but I could have easily finished it, lol. The sirloin salad was a good serving with a decent portion of steak cooked medium rare. It just took awhile to get our check towards the end. Our server checked in on us a few times. Overall, good food and service.

We had the best experience at Firebirds for our friend's birthday. Our server Sina took fabulous care of. Us and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. We started with some delicious happy hour starters - crispy cauliflower, fired up shrimp, and crab fritters. The classic cocktails hit just right and were great for the price. The steaks were delicious as well, they also have my favorite Caesar salad out of the chain steakhouses. Firebirds has a great rustic setting with a gorgeous bar backdrop that adds a great pop of color. This is a great neighborhood staple.

Delicious 14oz NY Strip cooked rare (I was able to make three meals out of this) and a loaded baked potato.

I did have reservations not sure if it was necessary but none the less I had them. While waiting for my husband to park the car the greeter/waiter let me take a look at the menu. They had bar seats available as well as a closed in patio. I decided to utilize the patio, I told the greeter not to forget about us. lol At the time we went it was not very crowded. There were quite a few people but not overwhelming. There were nice animal pictures on the wall, maybe the head of a bison was there. Lots of Liquor behind the bar on display and part of the decor. The doors were a little decorated for the holiday.Big wooden doors. The patio did have televisions there but they were low so if I wanted to hear I couldn't. There was a football game on so we kinda looked at it from time to time. Even though it was my birthday the restaurant didn't do anything for me. No deserts, no happy birthday, no cheers!!, nothing like that. When celebrating a birthday I look forward to small things like that if a restaurant offers it. I ordered a cucumber martini. Didn't like it so we know we wont be ordering that again. The food was ok, nothing to complain about there. I don't know why I didn't take a picture but I had the B&B Burger with smoked bleu cheese. I would come back when I am in the area. I was happy that our waiter did not forget about us during our time there.

We were immediately welcomed by Jason and seated. He was also our server. Jason made some recommendations as he took our soda orders. We were early so was pretty quiet. However, it was picking up when we left around 4:45 pm. We decided to try several happy hour appetizers to test out the food. We got Maple Bacon (Oh My!), cheesy bread, lemon pepper tater tots and my spouse got the Happy Hour burger. The manager surprised us with some BBQ chips. D was very personable and engaging with us. The food came out quickly. It was very delicious...my spouse says the burger is amazing when you add the maple bacon to it. Happy hour portions and prices are very good. The only suggestion is to verify your check. They bring a pay device that shows your amount. I paid the bill and Jason asked if I wanted a printout. I said yes because I scan them into a rewards app. When looking at the bill, I noticed that the happy hour burger charged at full price. We were heading out to get me home but I mentioned it to Jason so they could fix the system. He offered to get manager to refund but I politely declined as I needed to get home; besides we had a great inexpensive meal. We will definitely be revisiting Lazy Dog many times in the future. Highly recommend the team, food and restaurant.

It was freezing outside, so walking into a warm, cozy, and welcoming space was the perfect start to the evening. The bar area felt intimate and relaxed, ideal for a date night. The bartender was knowledgeable and thorough. He wasn't always right there, but it never felt like an issue -- everything flowed smoothly, and the food came out quickly. Overall, the food was very good. The steak was fairly average, but the red fish was absolutely outstanding. It had a subtle Louisiana touch that made the flavors explode in the best way. I'd definitely come back again, especially for the seafood. A solid spot with great ambiance and memorable flavors.

The bang bang chicken should be drenched in the sauce to give it the kick it needed. Drizzled was lackluster. Lychee martini was good, had a big lychee fruit in it. Pear dream was almost tea-like but good. Wouldn't get again but did enjoy in the moment. Scofflaw cider was ehh. My fiancé didn't care for it, so it was a chug it and go kind of drink. Steak frites had a fine cook on the steak but more concerned with the flavor, which was lackluster. The fries were really crispy, but because of their size, they didn't have much substance. Not something he'd get again. Chilean sea bass blackened didn't have the kick of flavor I hoped for. The sauce was good if you like Asian-inspired dishes. The potatoes were fine. Needed more seasoning. Mac and cheese was cheesy but needed more of a flavor profile to wow me. Overall the sea bass was meaty and cooked well, but the sides were just okay. Didn't hate the meal but didn't stand out so won't be going back again. Food did come out quickly so the service was good. And the music was overall was good for the Valentine's Day weekend.
