We have tried a variety of flavors and our favorite so far are: Garlic Parm, Original BBQ, Cali Rub, Peking, Sriracha, Dragon, Original Buffalo, Louisiana Rub, Malaysian Curry, Peanut butter, Mango Habanero, Lemon Pepper, Thai Chili and Korean Kick. The thai one is my absolute favorite, topped with green onions. I believe when we tried to Korean kick, it was a very similar flavor to the thai, minus the green onions. For the sides: Regular fries, seasoned fries, chili cheese fries, tater tots, chili cheese tots, zucchini sticks. We usually end up with fries. Last time we tried the seasoned fries, which we were hoping and hoping that they weren't too seasoned, being that the wings already have lots of flavor. Let me start by saying I live about five minutes from the Fire Wings on the East Side of San Jose, but I'll gladly make the 20-minute drive to this location every time. The difference in quality is honestly night and day. From the cleanliness to the food itself, this place just feels like a completely different restaurant. Everything tastes fresher and better prepared. The wings are always solid with plenty of flavors to choose from. My go-to order is the salt and pepper Korean or lemon pepper wings.
