My bathroom was very outdated and probably hadn't been updated since the house was constructed in 1960. I met with more than five contractors and from the start, Yovel proved he had experience, a point of view on what would work for us, and an easy going manner. LB's quote was fair and they were upfront about potential change orders or other costs that might come up (not surprising for such an outdated bathroom!). Throughout the project, Yovel kept me updated on progress and sought my opinion when different options were available on how to proceed. In one instance, he came up with a great way to cut the tile so I could avoid paying for a whole extra box. The updates were particularly important for me because I didn't stay at the house during this renovation, because this was my only bathroom. I gave me the peace of mind that everything was under control when I couldn't personally be there to oversee things or give input. The bathroom turned out AMAZING and it's easily my favorite room in the house now. I would happily work with them again on my next home renovation.

I'm a new homeowner and Stephanie was great in acknowledging all my new homeowner concerns. Susan was great to work with: planning out the kitchen, keeping the feel of my house into the new kitchen. I had them do a total kitchen remodel: taking down a wall, expanding out the kitchen floor plan. The only thing I kept were my major appliances. Alex and his crew are beyond fabulous. Alex is so meticulous, constantly checked in with me during the entire process to make sure I understood what was happening, what was coming up, and if I was happy with the current state. Alex was always available for questions/concerns. From beginning, during, and to the end it was Alex and his crew. I never felt like they were working on another project. The kitchen was completed on time and if there were any hiccups, I didn't know about it. There wasn't any hidden costs or additional costs at the end. Definitely recommend them for any home project.

Exceptional Quality and Professionalism!…read more We recently hired Bay Quality Construction for a major master bathroom remodel, and the results are absolutely fabulous. Before choosing them, we carefully evaluated several other top local vendors, based on Yelp Reviews. After comparing their responses, pricing, and project approach, Bay Quality Construction was the clear choice. One of the major deciding factor for us was that some of the other vendors expected us to directly work with the subcontractors. In contrast, Bay Quality Construction managed every single subcontractor seamlessly--we only ever had to deal directly with them, which made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. The quality of the craftsmanship is top-notch, but what really set them apart was the experience of working with Diego, Benny, and the rest of the team. From day one, they proved to be incredibly knowledgeable. They patiently answered all of our questions and provided fantastic suggestions throughout the process. Diego, in particular, had some valuable ideas for our linen closet and other design elements that completely transformed the functionality and look of the entire bathroom. He also handled the city permit process seamlessly, which was a huge relief and something I highly recommend letting them manage. Their work ethic is unmatched. They went completely out of their way to ensure every detail met the highest standards. Even the small things didn't go unnoticed--like how meticulously they cleaned up the workspace at the end of every single day. I know Yelp reviews helped us, so I am putting our experience also here to help other viewers make decision. If you are looking for a reliable, skilled, and professional contractor in the San Ramon or Tri Valley area who will handle your project from start to finish without the headaches, I highly recommend Diego, Benny, and the Bay Quality Construction team! High Level Work Completed: a. Tile Flooring b. Glass Shower and Shower Wall Panels c. Cabinets and linen closets d. Heated Floors e. Door Replacement f. Fireplace demolition g. Painting h. The primary project goal was to customize the home interiors to work better for the family living arrangement and bring more daylight into the home. The budget was fairly tight but there were lofty design and detailing goals. It was difficult to find a contractor that was interested in a project of this scale, who could deliver the level of finish expectations, and meet the clients' budget and schedule goals. We were introduced to Matan, who ended up being the perfect match for the project. Matan was thorough and transparent with his estimates in the initial budgeting stage. He carefully reviewed drawings and asked questions to make sure the design vision was being executed to a high level. He was very communicative about progress and construction issues, to ensure the project went as smoothly as possible. When unforeseen conditions were discovered, he addressed them quickly and fairly. The family moved out of the house during construction, but with young kids, they were eager to get back in as quickly as possible. Matan prepared an initial schedule and attentively managed the project to stay on track and get the family back home on time. In the end, the project was a huge success thanks to Matan and his team.

Their Project Manager, Eleazar (Eli), won me over with his straightforwardness, trustworthy personality, knowledge of the business, and expertise without bluster or high-pressured salespitch. He listened to what I wanted for my kitchen and we quickly agreed on what can be done. On top of that, he gave me a fair price compared to the 4 other bids/offers from the others. He assisted me in every aspect of the project, from identifying the scope, purchasing of the materials that will not only look good in my kitchen but also save me money and drawing a reasonable timeline of completion, and even financing. As Project Manager, I immediately sensed his dedication to the project, making sure we are meeting the schedule for every step/phase, that the workers he sent to me performed the tasks at hand efficiently and in a timely manner. They were polite, and accommodating and kept my premises clean and "undisturbed" unnecessarily. Eli checked on the status with them all throughout the day, making sure nothing falls thru the cracks. He responded quickly to every phone call or text message, answering my questions, or fulfilling my minor or major requests, etc. Communication is not a problem with him at all. He made me feel that I am his "#1 Customer" even though I know my project is small compared to EcoStar's other big-budget renovation projects, and has many other projects going on at same time. He and his team quickly addressed any concern I have - big or small. In short, I found Eli very easy and comfortable to work with. I would say Eli and his team gave me EXCELLENT service, from Start to Finish. Now, I am enjoying my "refreshed" kitchen - I love being in it more than any other room in the house! :) Thanks to Eli, his team workers, and EcoStar!. I highly recommend them to others . In fact, I intend to call them back for any other project I am going to do in the future- i.e. be it housepainting, landscaping, roofing, fencing, remodelling, etc. for I am now 100% confident in their quality of service, trustworthiness, and focus on customer satisfaction.. Thank you, Eli R. and team for your hard work. You are certainly a STAR of EcoStar!!!
