I worked with Itay on a complete renovation of my San Francisco condo -- new bathroom, kitchen, floors, lighting, electrical, and everything else in between. Renovations are never simple, and unexpected things will always come up. What's important is having a contractor that you can trust. I appreciate that Itay does things by the book and is committed to keeping his clients happy. Whenever an issue came up, I knew I could always talk to Itay to figure something out. That made the process much more manageable. I am very happy that I chose Itay and his team to partner with on my project. They did a very high quality job, and I'm very happy with the work they did. Thanks Itay! read more

I cannot recommend TRD enough! We recently hired them to remodel our kitchen and dining room, which involved knocking down walls to create an open-concept space. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. What really set them apart was how they handled the "unexpected." As with any major remodel, a few hurdles popped up once the walls came down. Instead of delaying the project or overcharging, Itay and the team came to us with creative, out-of-the-box solutions that actually ended up improving the final design. We are so happy with our new space! read more

Working with Itay Snof and Top Remodeling was great. We interviewed several companies for a full house remodel (new kitchen, new bathrooms, new floors, new stairway, construction, new lights, the full job!) While other companies sent designers who wanted to "tell us what we should get", Itay came himself, and wanted to know what WE wanted. If we weren't quite sure on a certain room, he would make suggestions and show pictures of other jobs. He offered a very reasonable price as well as time estimate, which he hit down to the day. We also used his company's design services and computer models to better picture the best ways to re-do our kitchen and bathroom, which was a huge help. One of the best things about Itay is his communication skills: he was at the house nearly every day, calling me to make sure they do everything the way we wanted (down to things like grout color), which we greatly appreciated. If one of his employees made a mistake, he would make sure they fixed it, so it wouldn't fall onto me (and no nickel and diming!) I highly recommend going with Itay and Top Remodeling if you have a project coming up! (Pictures attached of before and after for kitchen, master bathroom, and stairway) read more

These guys did a great job and got it done on schedule. They came back at our request to correct a few few things immediately. Aiver the job manager was easy to communicate with and always answered every call and corrected all things that I asked Aiver returned again to make sure the last few details were taken care of. And he worked with me until I was satisfied. Aiver also performed a final day inspection and clean up 30 days after so we had time to inspect everything. I would recommend this company for building your decks and outside wood work of any kind. Satisfied customer Point Richmond California read more

We remodeled our master bathroom completely. Good experience. Great crew, efficient, knowledgeable, responsive. The only suggestion that I would make is to have all of the finishing materials delivered before starting construction. We had a couple of lead time issues with materials even though they were ordered well in advance. If the materials are all ordered, delivered, and accounted for, the process will go fast. If you start construction and then experience material lead time or delivery issues, it will stretch out the project. The entire staff from Itay down through the organization are polite and flexible. read more

After 40 years, I decided it was time for a kitchen remodel. Itay listened to my ideas and wishes and designed the kitchen of my dreams. They made sure each and every detail was perfect. They consulted me frequently to ensure everything from electrical outlets to cabinet shelves were exactly where I wanted. The subcontractors for the countertop installation, hardwood flooring, and electrical upgrade were also top notch. I really cannot say enough good things about Top Remodeling and Design. They would meet with me any time I needed to make a change or just get an update on the progress. I felt that they were so attentive and gave me honest feedback when I would come to them with ideas. Working with Itay at Top Remodeling & Design was a great experience. We hired them to remove a window, adjust the framing and put French doors in. Louis and Marco were amazing! Itay showed up 10 mins early every time we met and his crew were respectful, clean, thorough and worked quickly. They even went so far as to work in their socks at one point (once it was safe) so they weren't wearing their shoes in my bedroom! To me, this is above and beyond. Top remodeling by far is the best company I have ever done business with. If you want a quality job, by very honest people, hire this company you won't be disappointed. I started a bathroom remodel with another contractor, he had a contractors license but he hired unskilled workers who destroyed my bathroom. The problems started soon after they started, the tile was installed incorrectly, the plumbing was not code, etc., they wasted materials because they could not make proper cuts. I asked the contractor to stop. The bathroom was out of service for approx., 6 months . I was really scared to hire another contractor because I did not want to make another mistake. When I met Itay snof and Nimi from top remodeling, they put my fears at ease. They were professional, they explained the process and what they offered, they showed me pictures of previous jobs so I chose them..They are about doing a quality job for their customers. They were very responsible they came to the job site every day to make sure things ran smoothly, his workers were skilled, and courteous, they showed up on time everyday. These guys are the real deal ! Hire them you will be happy. I now have my dream bathroom thanks to them ! My wife and I shopped around several places in the Bay Area that can work on remodeling. We have never been so happy with the choice to go with Top Remodeling & Design. Nimi was very helpful in being responsive every day and hard working in having his team execute all the jobs we worked together on. We were able to have our master bedroom successfully remodeled along with an additional Walk-in Closet. We just completed a kitchen remodel and we utilized Top Remodeling & Design. We are delighted with the outcome. After meeting with a number of representatives of other companies we settled on working with Top Remodeling & Design with Itay. Itay is a very easygoing and low-pressure guy. Itay took time to go over every aspect of the project. While our kitchen is a very small project due to its size, it still is our kitchen and Itay handled each of our concerns professionally with ease. I took an active role in calling into question a number of different aspects of the project which could translate into that I was a pain in the neck client with a million questions but Itay and his team remained professional and were always willing to work with us and provide problem-solving to make sure we were pleased with the outcome. We were very impressed by Itay and his crew's determination to make everything right. Itay showed up every day to the worksite and stayed in communication with us every single day (even on a short vacation). His team of Juan and Jaime were incredible also. Juan always kept us in the loop for any important decisions which we greatly appreciated. At one point I disagreed with the way something that would be behind the cabinet was completed and they redid it to my standards but beyond that, they found a solution that made the outcome even better than I thought could be possible (thanks Juan). Both Juan and Jaime were hard-working craftsmen who transformed our kitchen into something we are very happy with. I see great value in working with a team that is easygoing and patient and with the drive to complete a high-quality project in a timely fashion that addresses individual customer needs. Top Remodeling & Design is just that type of company. Thanks Itay, Juan, and Jaime. read more

(Pictures are coming). I'm writing this review on behalf of my Mom. Itay and his team did a great job on her bathroom refresh. Scope of work included a new vanity, new floor new lighting and painting. The floor was in TERRIBLE shape. We had the shower redone a few years prior so that was already good. Itay was very responsive during the entire process. He talked through the job with my Mom, made sure he understood exactly what she wanted and addressed all of her questions. He fit her smaller job into his schedule pretty quickly, checked in daily and was very responsive as needed during the process. Her bathroom came out beautiful! She was very happy with the work completed and would definitely recommend him. Overall she was extremely pleased with the work. read more

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Itay, Juan, and their team on a kitchen & living room remodel. They were great to work with, they were responsive (always answering and responding to messages right away), professional, and committed to ensuring their work was high quality. One reason we were particularly happy was their knowledge of building codes and the inspection process. We had some additional electrical work that needed to be done. They successfully installed everything that was needed on the electrical and we passed our inspection, not to mention the inspections on the rest of the project, all on the first time. We also had some unexpected structural limitations that could have really put us in a bind. But instead of taking the easy way, they came up with a clever and clean way of handling it and we didn't need to have some hacky patchwork to address the problem that would have looked weird and inconsistent with our design. They were a great partner and we would love to work with them again. read more
