I was greeted right away and the tech was available within a few minutes. The front was very clean and tidy. Things went downhill after that. The work station of the tech who did my nails was filthy - covered with dusty and crust. The longer I sat there, the more I saw and the more frustrated I felt. Tools like nippers for cuticles seemed to have been used on other customers with old cuticle on them. I'm so embarrassed that I didn't get up and leave. The tech used an efile to tear up my nail beds and then buffed them out anyway. This seemed to be a substitute for actually cleaning the old regular nail polish off. The nail polish application was sloppy with the tech applying way too much for each layer. No base coat was used, so my nail beds will be stained now. This tech applied the polish like it's gel and not like it's ordinary nail polish that needs to air dry. It's got bubbles and streaks and is cracking where the top doesn't quite cover the color. Especially strange was that I was asked to pay and tip before my service was finished. I won't be going back and I wouldn't recommend.

However, the service moved much slower than expected -- about 40 minutes in, polish hadn't been applied yet, and it became clear we'd go well over an hour. Since I was short on time, I asked to skip the hot stone portion. I was still charged full price (which I could understand...), plus $5 for gel removal even though I only had gel remaining on half of two toenails. When I got home, I noticed clear top coat had been applied to only one foot. I called about fixing it and was told I could return, but the response came with an attitude. I never made it back in due to my schedule. Overall, I won't be returning. In all my years, I've never experienced some forgetting to apply top coat...Then to charge me add-on fees? An unfortunate, poor experience.

My toes were on fire. So much that I had to go to CVS and purchase Mederna because the burn hurt and was clearly noticeable on my toes. I told the person that filled my nails and said,"He should have apologized." She didn't apologize either! She laughed and said, "Next time when it hot,take your foot out slowly." I was flabbergasted! It is their fault for making the water too hot, and they didn't apologize or give me a discount for the inconvenience. Furthermore, how should I react when something is hot? You don't know how you are going to react in a situation like that. I will not be back again.

They try their best to get you into a chair ASAP. Of course it really depends on heavier traffic times than other times. You can make an appointment, though. I just use walk in time. The facility is clean. I've always felt the tools are clean. I am a repeat customer.
