Then I noticed the reviews were great, so I scheduled an appointment online. As it got closer to the date, I thought I'd check to see if there were any openings, and I was fortunate to get an appointment for the next day with Malissa. Malissa is wonderful. She first asked what I had in mind for a cut, and since I'm clueless as to what looks good on me, I asked for her opinion, which she offered and I agreed with her. I go to sit down at the hair washing station, and I noticed how COMFORTABLE it is. It's at a little higher level, so I don't feel like I have to hold myself up to keep my neck from hurting. Then, as she's washing my hair, she starts massaging my head, which felt great! We get back to the seat, and as she's cutting my hair, we chat. She is very easy to talk with, very informative on her products, the layout of her salon, etc. It was completely comfortable chatting with her. I LOVE the haircut and style she gave me. I told her how much I don't like to use product in my hair, so she styles me the way I would myself. As she turns me around to look at the back, I realize how much I love this cut. I barely had to say two words, and she figured out what looked good on me, and what I would like. I have to say, I think she's amazing. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
