I used to get my dermabrasion with a diamond head, it would take off so much dead skin. I think they got rid of the diamond and replaced it with a paddle. It's just as effective, maybe not resulting in as much visual skin slough. I have had dermal planing, skin chemical peels here as well and I used to buy my Latisse lash serum from here. Rhonda was always amazing and so delicate, but precise and doing extractions if needed. My skin was always glowing after procedure here. They are skin magicians here. I don't come as often, since I bought my own dermabrasion machine for the house. They do have some gifts, like SPF 50 hats and other fashionable items. I bought a couple sun hats here over the years. So we changed it to 2pm. They have a nice set-up and they're located in the Kroger plaza. It's like a 5-minute drive from my parents' house, which is why I bought the Groupon. She did a good job on my eyebrows and my upper lip looks good too, only thing I wasn't really pleased with is that she said I "need" an upper lip waxing (which is true, but geez, lol!). Shortest facial ever. I found out that the person doing this was not a licensed esthetician, and that she was being trained by the owner. Then the owner does not know what a facial amounts to. As a client, I found the…read morestaff personable and because of this I wanted to trust that I would see results over time, but I did not. I did electrolysis faithfully for over a year at EAM and I would say I was left with 90% of my original hair growth. I have since moved away from the Ann Arbor area and resumed electrolysis at a different clinic. The experience of electrolysis could not be more different at this new clinic. They establish a very clear treatment plan and timeline. When a hair is treated you cannot feel it being removed. If a treated hair offers any resistance to being removed, the electrologist retreats it. The results have been remarkable so far. This is not how electrolysis works at EAM. You pay for glorified plucking sessions which are very sadly a waste of your time and money. Seek services elsewhere.
