I never felt pressured to buy tanning lotion or any of their products. Everything appeared very clean and the little eye goggles were provided for free. I ended up doing medium and some spots look like there is no tan at all and I didn't do the rinse until hour 10. My legs I did a double spray look barely touched, it's so splotchy in some areas with tan and not even sure spray came out in others. My face neck, chest, look untouched. I did as I've always done follow the guide and prepped as you should and never had an issue like this before. Girl working desk wasn't super confident in her knowledge or setting it up but was friendly and trying so not sure if it was done correctly but glad this was only $10 for first time going there. I also questioned the hydration spray not being at the end, she said it was built in which where I go it's done at the end. Even family today said they can't at all tell I had it done. I would not go again to this chain and really bummed since I leave for a birthday trip tomorrow and wanted a nice glow. Just bad overall, which I've never had an issue with the spray tan machines before, always been pleasantly surprised but this place was not it for getting it done.

After a few weeks I was a nice natural golden brown. I don't tan often but should the need arise again in the future I would definitely come back here! The only thing I don't like about this place is the parking lot. There are so many driveways and sections of parking, it's always so busy & the location of the store isn't really super close to any parking spots.

Wow! tanning has gotten incredibly expensive. I walked in thinking I could buy a package for 35 or…read more40 or maybe even $50. I just need to build a base tan. I understand that this isn't 15 or 20 years ago and we aren't going to get a 25 or $30 tanning package however it blew my mind when one of those lower cost options was still over $100 lotion is now up to $70 and I'm actually mind blown the tanning salons still exist in this economy. I can't imagine that many people are coming here enough to keep a business open. It doesn't make any sense to me. Livonia is not the demographic to have an extra couple hundred dollars each month for tanning.?! what about in the summertime when everyone is outside anyway? The lady was semi nice kind of stern seemed increasingly annoyed that I wasn't going to drop a few hundred dollars. I told her I wanted a single session or maybe a package but they don't have anything less than 10 visits. I thought I could buy maybe five visits or something, but they don't have that option. The beds all seemed very high-quality and everything was very clean unfortunately even though I make well above minimum wage, I don't think this is even anywhere near "in my budget" i'm flabbergasted and wondering what people do for work that they are able to afford such a thing like this ‍ also know that TJ Maxx is closed I feel like they would get so much less foot traffic they also had multiple people working which I can't fathom that they can warrant that I would give a 3.5 if I could I may be back next winter earlier in the season. It's almost spring time now so I can't justify paying for a few months at a time or a package. When I don't know how many sessions I would use. She also informed me that I would have to come multiple times a week to see a noticeable difference she said really the only good way to do it is if you buy the monthly package which is incredibly expensive. I'm so shocked that so many people are still doing this in this economy.

I gave it a try for a month, thinking the tanning beds might be a higher quality than the ones at the gym, but I honestly didn't see a difference in that regard. Also, I hate to say it, but the facility itself is not very clean. Maybe they clean the beds, but they may not have a vacuum, based on the amount of gunk in the carpet. And if you need to use the restroom while you're there, it's basically the employee restroom, filled with supplies and extra bulbs, just not very welcoming for a customer. Even if you're not planning on working out at all, I definitely would recommend looking at gyms in the area for your tanning needs.

One of the owners even referred to me and others as "monsters," and I have the messages from their own staff to prove it, along with screenshots of their employees gossiping about customers. They constantly mess up their own work, and when their system glitches, they get rude and aggressive like it's your fault. Their prices are ridiculously high compared to other tanning salons, and the experience definitely doesn't match the cost. They try to make the place seem welcoming, but it's all fake. Multiple employees have overheard the way they talk about customers as soon as they leave. To top it all off, many of the beds aren't even cleaned properly (you can see the sweat of others on the lay downs and on that stand up it's all slippery) wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
