Definitely an awesome salon! It's a pretty cool location with several tanning beds and the woman is really friendly. The other review must be tripping a little bit because I think that I would definitely come here for tanning if I lived around here. Lovely little local place and a great way to keep your money in the community if you tan.

The owner seems like she wants to have an upscale tanning "resort", but it's not quite there. I experienced two distinctly different front desk personalities, and both of them irritated me. One girl acted like I was interrupting her texting when I came in, and the other never stopped talking about her personal life, to the point of keeping me standing there forever. The absolute worst thing about this place, and the reason I stopped going? The bird. Yes, I said bird. I'm guessing the bird was brought in to try and enhance the tropical theme. It's one of those birds that talks....sorry, I don't know my birds, so I can't say what kind it is. Anyway, this bird SHRIEKS random stuff. It screams "hello" and other words, but it also just screams. So you're laying in your tanning bed, trying to relax, and all of the sudden it sounds like the bird is being choked to death. I just couldn't handle laying there for 12 minutes and half-falling asleep, only to be jarred awake by that damn bird. Would I go back if the bird were gone? Nope. I've moved on to a better place.

Everything looked enticing, from the herbal soaks to the massages. I decided on a massage and waited anxiously for my appointment. Tucked away in a place that you could miss if you didn't know to look for it, the simple and luxurious interior was a world away from the busy street that it sits on. I was warmly welcomed when I walked in and quickly slipped off my boots and into some comfy slide sandals. After a quick intake, my masseuse allowed me to slip under the drape onto the toasty table. Just over an hour later, I was kneaded into a relaxed state and I floated back out int the real world. Treat yourself to something new and special and stop into Jessica's Apothecary. I hope you'll find it just as great of a tonic as I did!

I've been a few times, once recently for a microdermabrasion and Vitamin C facial. I do my best to care for my skin every day (sunscreen, retinol, Vitamin C serum, glycolic acid), but I was hoping for a little boost with the microdermabrasion and facial. It felt good and the aesthetician was knowledgeable, but the results were underwhelming. For my next trip, I decided on a pedicure. It's hard to go wrong with the relaxing foot soak and the tiptoes that look like a perfect 10 for weeks afterwards. The massage chairs are some of the best that I have ever used at a nail salon - the pressure and range of the kneading hit the spot. As it kneaded away, I chose my color of OPI polish. I loved having the aesthetician shape, soothe, and polish my feet to perfection. She had a great touch and the end result was perfect looking feet. Radiance Beauty Lab is truly exceptional. The owner, Lisa, is incredibly knowledgeable,…read moreprofessional, and genuinely invested in helping her clients achieve their skincare goals. I've been seeing her for nearly five years and cannot say enough positive things about my experience. For years, I wanted to establish a better skincare routine, but it wasn't until the pandemic, when I developed severe acne, that I finally decided to seek professional help. Working with Lisa has completely transformed my skin. Now, in my forties, I have the clearest, healthiest, and softest skin I've had in my adult life. Over the years, I've completed a series of microneedling treatments followed by BBL and transitioned to a medical-grade skincare regimen using products recommended by Lisa. I've also had Hydrafacials and Geneo facials, and I've been consistently impressed with the results from every treatment. Katie is wonderful as well. I've seen her for several treatments and have always had a great experience. She is friendly, skilled, and makes every visit enjoyable. Jamie is an exceptional injector and the best I've found in the Ann Arbor/Saline area. She is highly knowledgeable, takes the time to thoroughly explain treatment options, and never makes you feel rushed. Unlike some other practices I've visited, where appointments felt transactional, Jamie focuses on education, patient comfort, and achieving natural-looking results that align with your goals. I highly recommend Radiance Beauty Lab for anyone looking for expert skincare treatments, injectables, or overall skin health guidance. The entire team is professional, welcoming, and truly dedicated to helping their clients look and feel their best.
