The young lady behind the counter recommended I do a lower level since I 'didn't have a base tan'. I told her as I laughed that believe it or not this is a base for me, I just started out super pale. I could tell she wasn't use to a response and I made her uncomfortable so I chose the lower level knowing I could go for max time. I have been to this Zip tan before, I know that there are larger rooms available, she put me in the smallest room and the smallest stand up. I couldn't move, I'm a larger woman and in that instant I felt so disgusting and fat shamed. When I walked out she was laughing at my clear discomfort .To the young lady behind the counter, I hope no one ever makes you feel how you just made me feel.
