I have since seen other reviews of people who have been cancelled on day of etc. That day they had me call your scheduler who was looking to see if anyone could come in after not hearing back for 20 minutes I let her know we needed to do our own hair and I was told you would refund me. 2 days later and no response to my confirmation email of a refund I reached back out. You were combative about giving me a refund and wanted to do a call. I wanted your promise of a refund on text as this whole thing was a mess. Those were the only calls missed, in the middle of our text conversation. I hope you can take accountability for yourself and your business as this was a terrible experience!

I had never gotten a spray tan before and had heard wonderful things about Bronzed Indulgence. I can say I was pleasantly surprised with how amazing it turned out! It was a natural color and was evenly distributed which made it look like a natural glow! Not only was the spray tan awesome, but so were the employees. Multiple employees have overheard the way they talk about customers as soon as they leave. To top it all off, many of the beds aren't even cleaned properly (you can see the sweat of others on the lay downs and on that stand up it's all slippery) wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I gave it a try for a month, thinking the tanning beds might be a higher quality than the ones at the gym, but I honestly didn't see a difference in that regard. Also, I hate to say it, but the facility itself is not very clean. Maybe they clean the beds, but they may not have a vacuum, based on the amount of gunk in the carpet. And if you need to use the restroom while you're there, it's basically the employee restroom, filled with supplies and extra bulbs, just not very welcoming for a customer. Even if you're not planning on working out at all, I definitely would recommend looking at gyms in the area for your tanning needs.

The owner seems like she wants to have an upscale tanning "resort", but it's not quite there. I experienced two distinctly different front desk personalities, and both of them irritated me. The absolute worst thing about this place, and the reason I stopped going? The bird. Yes, I said bird. I'm guessing the bird was brought in to try and enhance the tropical theme. It's one of those birds that talks....sorry, I don't know my birds, so I can't say what kind it is. Anyway, this bird SHRIEKS random stuff. It screams "hello" and other words, but it also just screams. So you're laying in your tanning bed, trying to relax, and all of the sudden it sounds like the bird is being choked to death. I just couldn't handle laying there for 12 minutes and half-falling asleep, only to be jarred awake by that damn bird. Would I go back if the bird were gone? Nope. I've moved on to a better place.
