One of the owners even referred to me and others as "monsters," and I have the messages from their own staff to prove it, along with screenshots of their employees gossiping about customers. They constantly mess up their own work, and when their system glitches, they get rude and aggressive like it's your fault. Their prices are ridiculously high compared to other tanning salons, and the experience definitely doesn't match the cost. They try to make the place seem welcoming, but it's all fake. Multiple employees have overheard the way they talk about customers as soon as they leave. To top it all off, many of the beds aren't even cleaned properly (you can see the sweat of others on the lay downs and on that stand up it's all slippery) wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Nobody else charges an activation fee to get a membership!! The equipment is broken down far too often with no discounts on the monthly fee when you can't use what you are paying for and nobody cares about making it right. Never again and I have been a loyal customer for years and should be treated as such!!! I would give them zero stars if it was an option.
