I just recently bought a 2 week tanning package there and I love everything: the fact you can take your time putting your lotion on and not having a set amount of time. But Kayla is rude, so not personable, and had a major attitude when I was in there a few days ago. I'm surprised they keep her there. I was there earlier today and asked the nice woman working when she works so I can make sure to come in when Kayla IS NOT working. The rest of the staff has been super friendly and helpful every time I've been there. I don't normally leave reviews but I strongly felt the owner needed to know how horrible Kayla's customer service is. The business itself I give 6 stars. Definitely check them out, but make sure to avoid Kayla. She's horrible.

I ended up doing medium and some spots look like there is no tan at all and I didn't do the rinse until hour 10. My legs I did a double spray look barely touched, it's so splotchy in some areas with tan and not even sure spray came out in others. My face neck, chest, look untouched. I did as I've always done follow the guide and prepped as you should and never had an issue like this before. Girl working desk wasn't super confident in her knowledge or setting it up but was friendly and trying so not sure if it was done correctly but glad this was only $10 for first time going there. I also questioned the hydration spray not being at the end, she said it was built in which where I go it's done at the end. Even family today said they can't at all tell I had it done. I would not go again to this chain and really bummed since I leave for a birthday trip tomorrow and wanted a nice glow. Just bad overall, which I've never had an issue with the spray tan machines before, always been pleasantly surprised but this place was not it for getting it done.

Do not sign up for the automatic withdrawal. Mine declined once than I somehow tanned for an entire month without anyone telling me, than they double charged me the next month. I started pulling up my bank statements and the elderly lady cut me off and pulled out paperwork being super sassy when all I wanted was it explained to me. What a mess. Over priced and the beds are super outdated and they never have new bulbs. Go to planet fitness their stand ups rock and always have new bulbs!! you get that AND a membership to the gym for 20$ a month. Way more worth it. I'm opting out after months of loyal service to desert lights.
