i got a spray tan at this location and i get them all the time and did all the things you should before and after. they did 2 layers of tan to where after i was dripping with tan and within a day i looked like this all over and i have NEVER had a tan turn out like this. Worst spray tan I've ever gotten! As soon as it came out it was like dripping down my body. The instructions were not clear and I didn't sign up for a hydration mist and it made it even worse. I rushed home to go rinse it off. I tried to wipe off as much spray tan as I possibly could there. I get spray tan's quite a bit by the versa company but something was off. I do not recommend this store. Update: my hands are stained very ORANGE. Looks like I stuck my hands in a Cheeto bag. Please don't get spray tans here. These beds are decent but I have to say, the staff, hands down, are the most unfriendly, snobby employees. These middle aged women, attempting to dress and look like high school girls, could really use some training in politeness and customer service. Don't employers and their employees know that there are websites like Yelp, where customers can rate the type of service received? Give me a break ladies. I have tanned here on and off for years. It used to be good, until this year. Horrible customer service, the girls are snotty, and the beds are unsanitary. I actually pointed out lotion on a bed, was told, "That is just the bulbs." I said touch it, and you get a film on you. "Oh, that must have been from the customer before you.." JUST GROSS!!!! I have asked for the owner to call me, to no avail. Restroom sink was equally gross, either coffee, or tan lotion.. Rude, dirty and just save your money... read more

Called and asked for information on their weekly packages as they fail to put it on their website clearly. I was talked to on the phone with disrespect, and with an awful tone. I asked about if they had weekly special and how much a single day costs. and she told me to hold and came back and told me "I have a ton of customers and i can't sit here and answer a bunch of questions" clearly this individual shouldn't be working with the public... over all the tanning experience is fine besides the god awful service and the employees they hire. read more

I bought a tanning package and was NOT told it had an expiration date. I stopped by this morning to tan and wasn't allowed to. I asked why wasn't I informed of expiration date when I bought the package? Lauren said, I don't know and don't care and won't do anything for you. I was embarrassed by the way I was treated and will not ever go back. Shame on them for lack of class handing a simple situation. Maybe "corporate" should train their employees to be nice and use decorum when speaking to an adult. When I do tan I tan here. Their hours work amazing with my schedule and I do like the beds (I never go below a level 3). That being said I do feel like a little bit of a face lift would be nice or a really deep clean to get all the dust and accumulation of dust out of the fans and nooks and crannies. The stand up was particularly full of what's its. If you can get over that though this place will get you a great tan before a vacation or if you just need a little faux sun. read more

The staff is very RUDE. I wanted a spray tan and the young woman working was very rude and nasty to me when I asked questions about the difference between the 2 spray tans they offered. She kept repeating to how this was their busy time. I understand that but when I walked in no one else was waiting and I was a paying customer also. read more

Please beware, this salon does not honor its packages. I paid for two spray tans but when I went back for the second, they would not honor it. The manager obviously had no customer service training and was completely unhelpful. She had me call a 1-800 customer service line which when straight to a recording. read more

I've been coming here for years but I have to say I may be looking for a new place. The attendants are not very helpful. Music is so loud you can barely think. I like to relax when I'm tanning not dance! The girl at the front desk is so overly tanned she looks like leather not healthy. Not sure if there has been a Management change. read more

I also tan here all the time. They have decent tanning beds however theirexpensive tanning beds have malfunctioned for over 1 year. They continue to charge the higher prices for these extravagant beds that do not operate correctly for the price they charge. I've complained over a year and nothing has been fixed. read more

I've tanned here many times. They have nice equipment and good prices - the spray tanning is also a plus since they have a person that does airbrush. The girls that work there are a bit rude and act like typical teens that aren't extra friendly or go out of their way. read more

I like it here but at the same time i dont. When i first walked in i notice the THOUSANDS OF SIGNS of notes listed every where. Its odd and trashy....which i know this is a random comment but who wants to be in a business with a thousand rules all over the place? Lol. And the beds are ergoline if i spelled that right...which i loveee! But the problem is they arent in good shape....and its not the cleanest either...which ia gross....but i feel like they do change the bulbs often. read more
