They are now wearing name tags also so I met Sophia today who checked me in. Very nice girl! The manager was there also but I forget his name. He has always been wonderful also! If the prices are above your budget, what I do is usually catch the holiday sales, Black Friday is a great one. They also reward you with discounts, free lotion packets, upgrades when you hit a certain number of visits. I don't live in Oxford, so I buy the visits & they work great for me. Not only is she the most knowledgeable, she's also incredibly caring of her clients. The salon is ALWAYS clean, you'll never have to worry about an un-sanitized bed at this location. The employees are helpful, friendly and personable. IF there's ever an issue with your experience Kristen will make it right. Lastly, the salon has been remodeled and it looks better and brighter than ever.
