The atmosphere was amazing. The technicians were super kind, but the quality of this tan was TERRIBLE. for $70 I expected to look like a bronze goddess and felt like patchy bitch and I left looking the same as i came in when i asked for the darkest shade range and to top it all off your tan rubbed off on my $200 white prom dress. Mind you i followed all the after care instructions have moisturize religiously and was tanned 3 days before my prom to avoid any issues. Came here last week to get a partial body airbrush tan, which was my second visit to this business. The website is awesome; you can book an appointment on there directly and the business is very thorough with giving you directions both to the business, directions for how to prep for your tan, what to bring to your appointment, and after care. They also email you this information. The ladies here are so nice and efficient at what they do. Both times I have opted in for a moisture locking add on which prolongs my tan. I loved my tan color both times and the color lasted several days without fading or becoming blotchy. I am certainly looking forward to returning here the next time I need a glow for an event!

I have never had a problem at any CPT locations other than this one. I am not sure if the lady I…read morekeep seeing there is the manager or not (middle aged woman with long dark brown hair); but if she is, the CPT owners need to rethink their decision. I have been tanning with CPT for about 7 years now. I started with the 22 mile road location, moved to the Livernois location, and frequent the Mound location as I work out at the gym in the same plaza. Every time I go into the Mound location, I am strictly guided on what to tan in, amount of time, and bombarded with unnecessary questions. Again, I have been tanning for about 7 years and I know what levels I can do, how much time, lotions, etc. etc.. If I want to up my time for the bed by ONE minute, I should be able to do so. I understand if I wanted to make a jump like 5 minutes but ONE?? Not to mention that who I assume is the manager of the Mound location I have seen outside the salon on multiple occasions on her phone and smoking. I feel that doing that is a bad look for the company considering she is on the clock and wearing CPT apparel. I will never go back to this location. It is a shame to have to write this as I love CPT but that location is nothing but problematic. I will be sticking to my Livernois location from now on as they treat me like a human, and not just a person with a dollar sign over my head.
