I understand that this isn't 15 or 20 years ago and we aren't going to get a 25 or $30 tanning package however it blew my mind when one of those lower cost options was still over $100 lotion is now up to $70 and I'm actually mind blown the tanning salons still exist in this economy. I can't imagine that many people are coming here enough to keep a business open. It doesn't make any sense to me. Livonia is not the demographic to have an extra couple hundred dollars each month for tanning.?! what about in the summertime when everyone is outside anyway? The lady was semi nice kind of stern seemed increasingly annoyed that I wasn't going to drop a few hundred dollars. I told her I wanted a single session or maybe a package but they don't have anything less than 10 visits. I thought I could buy maybe five visits or something, but they don't have that option. The beds all seemed very high-quality and everything was very clean unfortunately even though I make well above minimum wage, I don't think this is even anywhere near "in my budget" i'm flabbergasted and wondering what people do for work that they are able to afford such a thing like this ‍ also know that TJ Maxx is closed I feel like they would get so much less foot traffic they also had multiple people working which I can't fathom that they can warrant that I would give a 3.5 if I could I may be back next winter earlier in the season. It's almost spring time now so I can't justify paying for a few months at a time or a package. When I don't know how many sessions I would use. Even when I said I did not use lotion she continued to lecture me about how it harms the beds and they can crack and I will be charged $2000 if they do crack. I absolutely did not use any lotion, and will not tan there again because I had no way of proving I didn't and was being accused. This happened in front of other customers. I left and said I would not be back. Sad because I liked it there.

Each time I visited I was able to move up a level (levels 1-3) and I could choose between a bed and standing booth. The front desk staff was always very friendly and helpful. I never felt pressured to buy tanning lotion or any of their products. Everything appeared very clean and the little eye goggles were provided for free. My 3 visits got me a decent tan but I decided not to return because I thought the monthly packages were too expensive. I'll come back when they have good specials on their website.

This place is honestly terrible. The staff has no clue what they're doing, and they're two-faced…read moresmiling at you one minute and talking badly about you the next. One of the owners even referred to me and others as "monsters," and I have the messages from their own staff to prove it, along with screenshots of their employees gossiping about customers. They constantly mess up their own work, and when their system glitches, they get rude and aggressive like it's your fault. Their prices are ridiculously high compared to other tanning salons, and the experience definitely doesn't match the cost. They try to make the place seem welcoming, but it's all fake. Multiple employees have overheard the way they talk about customers as soon as they leave. To top it all off, many of the beds aren't even cleaned properly (you can see the sweat of others on the lay downs and on that stand up it's all slippery) wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I said so you don't have anything u would recommend for someone starting out tanning? And she proceeded to ask me have I ever been tanning before? Like I was dumb and I was inconveniencing her. I was so uncomfortable it upset me that I just wanted help and couldn't get it. So I left and didn't try anything. Not great for potential new business. Beautiful establishment.
