It was an honest mistake not even a mistake. It was just an accident instead of them saying hey sorry bring it back another day or we have to keep it for longer. We completely understand that personal things come up, sometimes at the worst times, but handling something like that in front of customers just isn't very professional. From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were exceptional. When Jay came outside to inspect my systems wiring, he immediately noticed that the other shop had failed to secure the wire to my battery properly--it actually came undone just from him slightly touching it! Jay quickly wrote up a service agreement, and got my vehicle into their garage for the installers to give everything a thorough inspection. They properly fastened the cable to my battery terminal, checked the ground connection, and cleaned up the messy cable management left by the other shop. Additionally, they inspected the rest of the wiring to ensure there were no other issues. Knowing everything is now secure and professionally installed gives me such peace of mind.
