I chose Final Touch Auto Detail primarily because of their high star rating on Yelp. Their quoted price of $400 was significantly higher than other estimates I received, but after speaking with the owner we agreed on $350 with the clear understanding that the results would be exceptional at that price. Unfortunately, when the job was finished my wife and I were extremely disappointed. We found multiple spots on the paint that came off easily with just a fingernail. There was also a small scratch area on one of the doors that had not been buffed out -- we had to point it out ourselves before it was addressed. The "ceramic coating" they applied was so ineffective that I ended up using my own ceramic coating product afterward just to get the level of protection and finish we were expecting in the first place. We learned an expensive lesson. High ratings and a higher price do not always equal quality work. read more

Washing my car is so much easier now. Besides the bugs, the (resealing) oil that comes up off the road washes off with very little effort .

Andrew (FTAD) did one heck of great job on our 32 ft RV trailer. I appreciated the frequent communication to keep me updated on scheduling. Once the work was completed, it's looked like it just came off the showroom floor. I almost hate to take it out on the road, but I will Lol. I booked an appointment online and never heard back on confirmation. Even tried emailing the night before the appointment to confirm, still never heard back. My wife waited around as long as she could for them to show up but they never showed. Days after the appointment no show I got an email from the owner apologizing which I appreciate. He stated that my reservation came in while he was on vacation and he failed to add it to their schedule. This is just very disappointing for a company to not honor an online reservation. If you don't check and confirm online reservations just don't offer them as an option. read more
