Called Chris after getting into town following a long drive from LA. I had so many bugs in the front of the Tesla you could hardly see the paint. He gave me a great price to clean it up and it looked brand new when he was done. He also gave me a super deal on ceramic protection and PPF. It came out perfect and he does a 2 week checkup on the work to assure it stays perfect. Best of all, Chris is super nice and easy to work with. He communicates very well and is super responsive. When I originally called and spoke to Chris the owner he quoted me between $6,000 and $7,000 to do a full PPF and Tint on my brand new BMW X5M Competition and said it would be done in a week. We scheduled an appointment and I spoke to him multiple times throughout the week before my appointment to make sure we were on the same page with scheduling and other details. When it came time to drop the car off his employee Rob told me he couldn't give a firm price until til he ordered the materials and knew the cost. They refused to give me a firm quote even after I dropped the vehicle off on Thursday 8/1 and left on my week long vacation (this was one of the many thing I spoke to him about). My dad reached out to try and get some prices emailed over to him. They refused to give him a firm price for the vehicle, after arguing with them for hours my dad was able to come to a price of $7,000, and they should have started the PPF, and Tint by Friday 8/2 at the latest. They never once updated me on the progress! And then today 8/8 when I reached out, because it has been a week and I hadn't heard anything, Rob told me the vehicle wouldn't be done until Wednesday of next week 8/14. We had a short phone call after hearing this where Chris, the owner, was extremely rude to me and told me to "just come get your car I'm done dealing with you I'll take the loss on the PPF already cut". We drove strait there and had to stand and wait 45 minutes for them to ceramic coat the car "as a courtesy" because in the week they had the car they hadn't even touched it. We were standing in the waiting room and we heard them slamming doors and throwing things around, after they shut all of the doors so we could no longer see inside the shop. Neither the Tint nor the PPF were even started. When talking to them on the phone they said they decided to take Sunday off because they needed a day to cool off from this whole situation, then in person they told us they hadn't started it yet because the materials weren't there, then they changed the story and said an admin was having personal issues. The customer services or lack there of was astounding I dropped my car off a week ago, and not one thing was different when I picked it up. I highly do not recommend this business!! read more

I am "repurposing" a cart and the nylon on the much-used cart I bought was REALLY dirty . It is an old cart, but I wanted to see if it was possible to achieve "somewhat" clean. A lot of shops might have passed on such a small project because there is not much in it for them financially, BUT, boy oh boy, Muriel and Chris embraced the challenge as through I was offering them the opportunity to clean a fleet of vehicles! Upon first meeting I was greeted as though I was a long time client. I think how a business treats the "little guy" tells you a lot about their commitment and Chris and Muriel impressed me. When I arrived there were vehicles "in progress" in their place of business, so they asked me leave it with them and they promised to have it ready in an hour. I was a little surprised and thought I would need to pick it up another day. I returned in an hour to find a VERY good outcome. Good work, great staff, very reasonable pricing. I purchased a truck a few months ago during bad weather and thought the paint was just dirty. Once I could finally clean and wax her I found that this paint was beyond repair. I scheduled a full interior and exterior detail and ceramic coat for my car Friday 9/2. I dropped it off at 10am as they requested and told them they could have it for the full day. I had borrowed another car and worked that out so they could keep my car. They don't close til 7pm. They call me at 4pm telling me my car is done and to come get it. I get there and pay them and tip them, then they tell me that they didn't finish the exterior and that I would have to come back another time and it would take an hour for them to do that. Being as it was 4 and they don't close til 7 I have no idea why they didn't just finish the job I paid in full for on the day of my scheduled appt. I tried to be understanding and asked when I could bring it back, they said anytime. I had a family member hospitalized and had to be at the hospital several hours a day plus I am moving so packing and getting storage and moving furniture also on top of working full time with several deadlines to meet. I'm busy. I don't have time to just go sit there for an hour. So I planned to take my car there today after work and pay for an Uber to take me back to Nampa to pack more and another Uber to drive me back to meridian (2 additional expenses that never should have been considered because they should have done the full job when it was scheduled and paid for). So I get there this afternoon and the guy tells me they are too busy and asks me to bring it back tomorrow at 4. So I wasted another 40 minutes driving back to meridian and then back to Nampa. I am not going to bother wasting more time, gas, and money tomorrow and am just taking the loss on the exterior detail I have already paid and tipped for. I will never return here or recommend it to anyone I know. They have no regard for your time, gas, and money. read more

Look no further. This is the place you'll love. We called Chris, in a panic, after dropping a huge mess on the fabric seat of a brand new car. Liquid went in all the cracks and crevices. Horrible mess. Chris calmly said to bring in the car; he'll be waiting for us. What?? This was amazing--the best detailing shop in the Valley and we get top-notch and immediate treatment for a spill? Yes. You know why? Chris could tell that this was an important--really important--issue for us, and we needed him to help us get through it. Worst car wash ever! Definitely not worth over $350! They had my husbands truck for 9.5 hours and it isn't any cleaner than when I dropped it off. Seats still have crumbs on them! Floor mats weren't even hosed off. Thick film on windows making it difficult to see through. There was no detail attended to. This was a high priced car wash. We were told at pickup that if he "had it for longer" he could have gotten more done. 9.5 hours wasn't enough?! And they told us it'd be done at 5 and we're sent away at 5 ( the exterior hadn't even been touched at that point!)to be called an hour later to pick it up. read more

I drove three hours to have the work done at Indepth and then drove it all winter without a wash. Still looks new, so I actually upgraded to the lifetime coating based on how well it's performed. I took my F150 Supercab to get the Ceramic coating on it. I opted to go for the top of the line service. It has been almost 1 month since I had the work done. The product does NOT perform the way I was told it would. Water beads somewhat but still a lot of work to wash. I have tried four times to reach out to Chris and he tells me nothing is wrong. I wish that I would have saved the $500 and the headache this has become. I personally do not recommend this service or the so called customer service I haven't received from them. I had a very negative experience with In Depth Detailing. I hired them to detail a small SUV that I was getting ready to sell. The owner, Chris, promised the technician would be prompt. However, the morning of the detail, the tech was more than 30 minutes late, making me late for a meeting. The technician also did not do a thorough job. There was plenty of dirt and grime inside and out after he finished. I discovered later that he tripped a circuit in my garage, which would have left him without power. No wonder the vacuuming job wasn't very good. The tech also used a product that left light discolored splotches on the beige cargo area carpet. I was extremely unhappy when I came home and reviewed the work that had been done. I took photos and immediately notified Chris. He came to inspect the vehicle. He agreed that the detail job was poor, although we both tried to give the tech the benefit of the doubt since it had been a cloudy, rainy day and there was a lot of pet hair in the vehicle. However, Chris argued with me about the discoloration, stating that it wasn't their fault. He provided some scientific literature about how the chemical works and continued to claim it wasn't their fault. Bottom line, I had vacuumed that carpet the weekend before and it wasn't discolored. I don't care how their chemicals work, they created a discoloration where there wasn't one before. I did not pay for the detail job and was offered a comp detail from Chris. However, he fell through when it came time to schedule the comp detail job, claiming his equipment had been sent to Australia and putting me off on scheduling the complimentary detail. At the end of the day, I don't know if I would have been 100% comfortable letting them work on another vehicle of mine anyway. I ended up detailing our other car myself the following weekend and did a much better job than what In Depth wanted to charge me $230 for. I found In Depth to be an unprofessional outfit in all aspects of the way this was handled and I would not recommend them. Given my experience, I am also very suspicious of the legitimacy of the 5 star reviews they have received. read more
