I took my wife's MDX in for a detail, polish acid wash and paint touch up. After picking the vehicle up I noticed some things had been missed. Headliner had not been done. Acid wash was incomplete. Scratches not removed amd Paint chips missed. Spoke to the tech about the issues. There were a lot of excuses and no apologies. I agreed to bring it back. Picked it up the second time and the acid wash was still incomplete. Still no apologies for waistline my time. Tech gave no response when My wife and I thanked him for finishing the job. He just walked off. He seem irritated that we waisted HIS time. That's not the way it works kid. Overall I was not satisfied with my $400 service. read more

I had my suv detailed here recently and was truly disappointed. Read all the great reviews at the time (since have seen some negative ones) and decided I would schedule my appointment. I was told what time to return to pick up my suv and when I got there it was incomplete and they wanted to leave it at that! The owner was rude, don't know if he was having a bad day or what but as a business owner that's just not how you treat people especially if you want return business no matter where someone is from or their race. I might not have been born in Idaho but have lived here almost 20 years, and have never been treated like I didn't belong before this joker. Spent way too much money for this business to truly not deliver the "5 star" service they claim to have. Would recommend checking out another place in Boise that won't waste your time and money. My car didn't even get fully cleaned after spending $270+... They said they would clean it if I brought it back in, but everything should've been done the first time without me having to drive clear across town to fix mistakes they made. These guys did a fab job on my wife's X5. We drove all the way from Phoenix with Chuck the white lab who was in full shed mode. When Christian and his crew turned the car back you couldn't find a white hair anywhere on the black carpet. The rest of the car was beautifully detailed. I enjoyed working with Christian. Took girlfriends car (BMW X5) in for a complete detailing. We went over the different plans they offer. Decided on the platinum. Also asked to get the headlights cleaned (plastic covers discolored). Guys were very polite, and took the time to discuss options and expectations. Got car back late in the day. Car loos great. I got the Titanium Package detail on my seven year old Mercedes. The paint came out looking like brand new, other than a few scratches and marks that aren't going to buff out. I looked over the entire car under my garage lights and the paint was like glass. The reason for four stars instead of five is that the Titanium Package is supposed to include a light engine cleaning and it was obvious that they didn't do that. Update - the owner called me within an hour or so of seeing the review to apologize and offered to get the engine detail taken care of. I definitely would be taking my car back anyway, and would have mentioned it at that point, but the follow-up called earned an upgrade to five stars! read more

I took my car here for a fairly expensive detail and was shocked. They don't even hand wash it there. They took it down the street to a drive through car wash. Then they don't do much by hand. All spray bottles where everything gets messed up by overspraying. It was a mess on the inside. They sprayed something inside that got on the inside of my windshield and I can't get it off. Tried everything. Overspray on my info screen on dashboard. I mean, how amateurish. Found a couple spots on the outside where they just missed whole areas. They won't see me again. read more

Worst customer service ever by owner Chris M. One of the tag line under History is, " We are customer based." Ha! Far from the truth. He spewed profanity and insults bordering on misogyny. All because I asked for a discount on an incomplete job. The Titanium Package was $369 and for that price I expected everything to be spotless. There were still cob webs left on the inside of my door. Inner door panel and lower door pillars were crusted with dirt. A couple of the rims had brake residue. The exhaust tips were still black from soot. The headliner still had stains in a couple of places. Chris made a few attempts to clean it but was unsuccessful. Given all the issues, it was not unreasonable to ask if he could extend a discount, (I didn't give a percentage or a figure) but this unhinged him and went into a vitriolic rant and called me garbage and a moron, which made me very uncomfortable. His conduct was very unprofessional, vile and downright intimidating. Customer based indeed. Oh, if you're from California, he hates you--he said as much during hate filled tirade. Do not patronize Dynamic Detail. You've been warned. read more

We were able to get an appointment on short notice and was very pleased with how efficient our check in and check out were. Carlos detailed our daughter's car, as we were doing it as a surprise for her birthday. The car was beautiful when complete. Most impressive to me, was that there was money our daughter had in the car, and we didn't even know about it, and it was left in the same spot. Now that is an honest business in this day and age. They did a great job Friendly, responsive and fun! When I called for quotes he took his time with me and explained all the packages clearly. They made one error (forgot my trunk) but we quickly responsive to my call and send a guy out here to my house with equipment to fix it. Reasonably priced for the job. This a sole proprietor with a few employees and I love to support local. My car was filthy. My 6 year old ruined my back seat. I'm sure it took them some time. They got scratches out that I thought I was going to have to get body work done. They saved my a chunk of change! Chris and the team at Dynamic were great to work with from the start. They helped us from the beginning to determine what services would best fit our car needs. We had to make a reservation change very last minute and they accommodated our schedule change professionally and kindly. We had our 7 year old car completely detailed for the first time and the results are great!! The carpets look like new. The leather feels great. The cleanliness of the inside is crazy! We have dogs and they got all the hair and "snort art" off of everything. The car looks showroom ready and shines under the sun. We forgot that the blue car was blue... well this blue. After working to clean the undercarriage of my 1970 Ford van for a while, the technician stopped, had me come over and look at his work, and said he wasn't sure if he was going to be able to get the under carriage completely clean, and he didn't want me to have to pay for something I wasn't satisfied with. I don't think this has ever happened to me. Talk about customer focused. Suffice to say, he had already removed the vast majority of the gunk under my car and it looked great. Definitely clean enough to work on now after having sat in the dirt for 12 years. By the way, in the bay next to the one where they were working on my van, there were two big trucks they were detailing. I have never seen trucks sparkle like that before. The paint looked like glass. I am not kidding you when I say these guys do amazing work. You can't go wrong with folks company. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. read more

I have a 2015 GMC Denali HD Truck with about 50k miles of backcountry roads. I took it in to the guys at Dynamic Detail and purchased the Platinum package. They went above and beyond providing rides to/from work and spent the better part of a day on my truck. On the outside, they removed all of the blemishes and brought the paint back to the new truck shine. The interior was spotless.
