They made my 2020 Silverado that I used for a work truck... look better than when I first purchased it off the lot! They removed deep scratches and oxidation. I took in My 2015 Ford F-150 King Ranch after some kid had side swiped one of my fenders. It was mostly paint transfer, but they were able to get it all off and get rid of 99% of the scratches. Can only tell if you look really close and know exactly where to look. I was "Very Happy" with the outcome. I scheduled an interior detail for a mini van with cloth seats. They were very thorough and everything came as clean as new. No strong perfume odor just a clean scent. On top of that they hand washed the van and shined up the wheels. They were very careful about making sure it was dry when done, kept it over night with fans and into the afternoon. So glad we don't have to worry about a musty smell. The owner is very friendly and helpful. read more

If you're ever in the area and driving down Midland to take the shortcut from the Marketplace to the Boulevard, look to the right past the Headlight Special sign and you'll see the backside of Elite Auto Detail, which ALWAYS has a car (or three) in the bay. Out of curiosity I stopped by one day. It's located in a small business complex off of Midland. I spoke to the owner's son. He was very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the various packages, which range up to 300.00. With a special on both the full detail and a headlight cleaning, I got my Honda Element detailed for 270.00 (a savings of 60.00) plus tip. The detail is definitely a five-star detail. The hard paneling on my Element was impossible for me to clean because it had remnants of duct tape and other crap on it - I gave up a couple years ago (other than simply running my car through car washes) and the paneling looked horrible. After Elite worked their magic, my panels look brand new. The door jambs are sparkling, the vinyl floor looks new, the engine looks like it just dropped out of the sky, Grease-style, to be in encased in a see-through housing so John Travolta could sing a song to it. The guys working there are super nice and they told me that they get a lot of business from local car dealerships. Just know that it really does take all day to detail your car. I dropped off at 8am. I got a little antsy because I knew they closed at 6, and we hadn't heard from them by 5:30 so we drove over. When I mentioned this to them they laughed (it's obvious they stay late to get the job done) and reassured me that they would (have) called me when it was done. My car was still in the bay so I left to give them time to finish it. I'm very happy with Elite Auto Detail's customer service and their work. I think it's time I get a new pair sunglasses so I look fresh to match my new ride! read more

Just received my 2003 Lexus back from Elite Auto Spa. It looks better than it did at the time I purchased it new. The job is over a 10+. Everything done, and done better than I ever expected. Dave is an expert at making something old look new. He is also extremely fair, conscientious, and explains everything he can and cannot do for the customer. This company really showed up! I have never gotten my car detailed before because I'm cheap and have kids so I figure what's the point? I wanted it detailed for Christmas. After many phone calls, I decided to go with this company- mainly because the man was so nice on the phone. They were able to get my car in within a day. When I picked up my car, they had detailed inside and out- I had only asked for the inside. I was worried they would charge extra, but they didn't. Instead, they just said. "Oops!" And told me how much I'm going to love the product! Well, since then, it has snowed, rained, and hailed, and my car still looks brand new. I'm sold! I'll be back regularly. Brought my 2009 VW Jetta in before we sold it. I would say overall they did a great job but communication wasn't fantastic. The car wasn't ready when I came to pick it up, there were still stickers that weren't removed and we had discussed them being removed. The car felt decently wet inside, which I was surprised about... and there were two new things I noticed about the car that weren't the case when I dropped it off: the material on the drivers side door was pulling off (which I assumed they just were a little rough when cleaning) and there was a new large scuff of dirt in the backseat of the car, which was noticeable since I rarely used the backseat even with owning the car 10 years and it had been pretty spotless. I would recommend this place to others, but I was a little disappointed with a few things... especially for the price I paid. We had multiple interactions with the guy who owns the place and he was really nice. read more

We hired Elite Auto Detailing to detail our 8 year old RV. The RV was badly in need of some TLC. It took James and his crew 2 full days but it was definitely worth the wait. After reviewing their website I was totally snowed by their banter. I purchased the most expensive detailing package and dropped my truck of for the service. When I picked the truck up I was thoroughly disappointed in the work. The pockets in my fender flares were still dirty, around the vehicle decals hadn't been touched, the motor compartment hadn't been cleaned (they just sprayed dressing all over the engine compartment), and above all there was still bugs on the windshield. That's just plain unacceptable. The interior was decent but again they just sprayed dressing over dirt to obtain the illusion of clean. For 300 dollars I expected so much more. I received a hundred dollar detailing at best. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I never write reviews, but this place has earned it. And they kept my floor mats read more

Took my car in for an interior cleaning and customer service was good on the phone and in person. Over Facebook messenger they said the interior takes 5-6 hours so I assumed the hand wash took 1-2 hours which is no biggie. I went took my car in @ 8:30 & asked around what time it would done, the man said 6-7 so 2:30-3:30 it would get done. I scheduled everything around this appointment because I'm trying to sell my car ASAP. 2:30pm rolls around and I had not gotten an update. I tried calling, but no answer & mailbox was full. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they're busy. I called again at 3 and a man answered, so I asked around what time the car would be done since I haven't gotten updated. He puts me on hold for a minute to ask and comes back saying it'd be done at 5:30pm. It ruined my whole schedule and I had to borrow someone's car to get to work. They gave me an inaccurate time and it made my day very stressful. You might assume "Well your car must've been really dirty!" It was definitely not even close to where it would take 9 hours to clean. I mainly came here to get stains out and only a few were able to get out. Everything else on the dash and in between seats was clean and nice. However they didn't do a very good job hand washing. It's like they sprayed soap and water then dried it & then called it good. There were spots on my hood I was expecting them to clean off, but I had to scrap it off with my nail after I got my car back. Honestly not worth $150 to me, but I'm trying to be as nice as possible here. read more
