My wife waited around as long as she could for them to show up but they never showed. Days after the appointment no show I got an email from the owner apologizing which I appreciate. He stated that my reservation came in while he was on vacation and he failed to add it to their schedule. This is just very disappointing for a company to not honor an online reservation. If you don't check and confirm online reservations just don't offer them as an option.

Pip's/Gear Head is a premier detail shop with the facilities and know-how to restore your vehicle's appearance. In my experience it is unusual to find a detailer with a good, high bay shop that works on paint issues (without painting). I like how they worked with me, giving me an estimate not to exceed and charging me only for the time worked. They also applied a paint sealant application which I needed since my last wax was last year. All the work only took one hour - very productive!
