Kellen...you're a rock star! We hired Eagle Elite Mobile Auto Detail to detail our "new" 2021 Cadillac XT6 that we had just purchased days ago. It was very easy booking Kellen, our appointment was only 3 days out from our booking date. Kellen arrived right on time and after a quick vehicle inspection, he was off and running. Our Cadillac's paint is black and had some swirl marks and scratches. Our interior had some minor scuffs on the plastic and leather seats. Kellen did the most amazing job removing all of the swirl and scuff marks. 99% of any minor scratches were buffed out. The black paint looks like a mirror now. It's absolutely beautiful. He's absolutely right, he said our car will look better than it did on the showroom floor. I will say this, we have purchased our fare share of new cars. NOTHING we have ever purchased has looked as great as our Cadillac looks today. Our 3 year old XT6 looks like it is brand new again and we couldn't be any happier. We are genuinely amazed at the final product. Kellen, you did some amazing detailing magic and we are throughly impressed! Car was still dirty after he finished. Upholstery, carpets, headliner were not shampooed as promised. Inside windows were not washed. I was in work and paid him in cash when he said it was finished. I tried contacting him but my number was blocked. Called from a friend's phone and that was blocked too. read more

I wanted an inside detail for my mom's car, because the surgeon wanted her and her clothing and bedding to be clean before her surgery, and I didn't want to drive her to surgery in a dirty car. Eagle Elite detailed the car at the assisted living facility using their generator. I couldn't stay until they were done, so I left them there and told them the doors would lock if they closed them. I arrived the next morning to a beautifully detailed car and a bag of personal items I had missed when clearing stuff out. Great service and value! read more

Kellen Leib showed up 5 minutes before the appointment with a full compliment of equipment to clean our car (RAV4). He was very polite and cheerful. He was very detail-oriented, every corner of the interior received his attention (3.5 hours), and the finished product was virtually spotless. There were a couple stains on the front seat (passenger) that were worse than I remembered. He applied a stronger cleaning solution and warned me that the cleaned fabric upholstery might be lighter than the surrounding material. He was successful in removing the stains and the seat upholstery looks almost new again with no fading. Kellen is earnest in his work and we received great results at a fair price. Thank you Eagle Elite! I had three cars done...one just exterior ....Kellen helped get some bad tree sap off! Our truck got interior and exterior wax...looking new again and third one got the works. Interior, exterior with ceramic coat! Makes my old car seem new again. The wheels looked amazing. Days later I had to drive down a dirt road and with the ceramic coat a light spray down with water (it just beaded off) and a quick wipe down and it looked fabulous again!! read more

At the time I got my vehicle detailed, they were still a fairly new company so i thought i would give them a shot and see how they do. They were very communitive through the entire process from answering questions to the exact time they would come out and how long the process would take and what all would have been taken care of. I did a full detail (inside and outside) and i am highly impressed! Before we bought our car, the dealer detailed it twice and couldn't remove a few major stains. These guys worked their magic and got rid of about 80%+ of the stains other detailers could not get rid of. Essentially the car looks brand new and smelled great. Only 2 downsides, they cleaned it up so nicely I can see where my paint job has been chipping due to living on a dirt road for years but that's just because the dirt was concealing it, they did amazing. And this isn't really a downside, just a heads up, they use your faucets instead of a portable water tank so if you get your car detailed in the winter time when outdoor faucets can freeze, you'll need to blow them out again or post pone a blowout till your detail. Overall, I will definitely be using this company again when i get my next detail. read more

Kellen was easy to work with but did a subpar job. Rather than informing me my extra dirty car would require extra work and thus extra cost (totally reasonable), he did half a detail and left without saying anything. Didn't even dust the dashboard. When I called him out on the incomplete job, he admitted he too "wasn't satisfied with the results." He then offered a discount, which would have been great, but then didn't follow through. I can't recommend this business unless your car is already clean. read more
