My wife waited around as long as she could for them to show up but they never showed. Days after the appointment no show I got an email from the owner apologizing which I appreciate. He stated that my reservation came in while he was on vacation and he failed to add it to their schedule. This is just very disappointing for a company to not honor an online reservation. If you don't check and confirm online reservations just don't offer them as an option.

Seemed a bit much. And although I had an appointment they had to keep car overnight as they were "extremely busy". Not a big deal for me but could be for some. Shouldn't appts take priority ? When I arrived there is no clear point of contact. Finally left my keys with one of the guys and hoped it would get in on time. Great seating area and clean restrooms. Other than coffee, seemed sodas and waters were at a cost. Paying $395 for detailing you think more comp items would be available. Overall detailing looks great. Missed vacuuming out center console. Can't find a detail of what was actually done for that price (and a tip on top of that). In the end I'm not walking away feeling like I got a great deal but it got the job done for a chuck of change.

She explained clearly what my options were and was not being pushy at all for the monthly membership. Car was cleaned inside out, they even took off all weather floor mats and scrubbed them. Be aware that the wash took about an hr but they did a really good job of cleaning it inside out. This is not one of those quick car washes that will be done in 30 minutes so do plan it accordingly to your schedule. While waiting for the car being washed, I paid attention to the hard working crew which mostly comprised of young kids having a summer job and they are working hard under the heat and sun. I saw Juliana and the other girls who work at the greeter stand walk around passing cold water and ice cream to the crew to keep them hydrated and cooled. They're also handing out cold bottled water to customers waiting at the customer lounge area as well. That tells me how much management caring about their crew and customers. And to top it off, I met with Adam, one of the owners, working along with the crew to make sure everything is in order and he's actually doing final touches to every car before releasing it back to customers. In the end, I was completely satisfied with my visit and impressed with the way the business operates. Can I wash my own car? Yes, but I'd rather go back and pay extra to support this local business and support the young kids to let them know that I appreciate and tip them nicely to encourage them for their hard work.
