It was very easy booking Kellen, our appointment was only 3 days out from our booking date. Kellen arrived right on time and after a quick vehicle inspection, he was off and running. Our Cadillac's paint is black and had some swirl marks and scratches. Our interior had some minor scuffs on the plastic and leather seats. Kellen did the most amazing job removing all of the swirl and scuff marks. 99% of any minor scratches were buffed out. The black paint looks like a mirror now. It's absolutely beautiful. He's absolutely right, he said our car will look better than it did on the showroom floor. I will say this, we have purchased our fare share of new cars. NOTHING we have ever purchased has looked as great as our Cadillac looks today. Our 3 year old XT6 looks like it is brand new again and we couldn't be any happier. Unfortunately, when the job was finished my wife and I were extremely disappointed. We found multiple spots on the paint that came off easily with just a fingernail. There was also a small scratch area on one of the doors that had not been buffed out -- we had to point it out ourselves before it was addressed. The "ceramic coating" they applied was so ineffective that I ended up using my own ceramic coating product afterward just to get the level of protection and finish we were expecting in the first place. We learned an expensive lesson. High ratings and a higher price do not always equal quality work.

I booked it for 10 days down the road and took it in. My 4Runner headliner was A MESS from dust, water and who knows what being sucked in through the back window. Headliner looks great, carpet restored to new, vinyl looks amazing, and the tired leather has it's original luster. Go see Chris and his team, they did a fantastic job. He even offered me a ride home when I thought I'd have to use Uber, so I added a little "thank you" to his fee.

Do not use Xclusive Reflections or Warren in Garden City. Complete waste of time…read more I replied to their Facebook ad, sent photos of my F150, got a quote from Peggy, and booked a mobile detailing at my house for 3:00 PM Tuesday. I cleared my afternoon for this appointment. At 3:03, Peggy texted that they were running late and would be there by 4:30 at the latest. After 4:30 came and went with no one showing up, I messaged to reschedule. Peggy just ignored that I needed to reschedule, saying Warren was "15 minutes away." I had to tell her multiple times that it didn't matter where he was, I no longer had the time in my schedule for Warren to detail my truck, we needed to reschedule. They finally booked me for Thursday at 11:00 AM. I cleared my schedule again. On Thursday (the day of my new appointment, 45 minutes before the appointment time, Warren himself texted me saying he was cancelling because I was "rude" for canceling the first appointment (that they were over an hour late for) complaining that he drove an house and was only 10 minutes away. Zero accountability. They were late twice, wasted my time on two different days, showed zero respect for my schedule, then attempted to blame me when they bailed last minute. Terrible communication and unprofessional as hell. Stay far away from this business. Also, this is my second review. I had to re-post it after they made a new account following my initial poor review. No integrity whatsoever.

I really hate leaving bad reviews, but sometimes it just calls for it. I contacted Auto Oasis for a…read morequote on interior detailing. I told him upfront that there was a lot of pet hair and dust. He quoted me $160. Before going in I put about 3 hours into it myself getting all the big areas so that he would focus and spend more time on the details and hard to reach places. I brought the car to his house. He took a look at it and said "it wasn't too bad." I said great and left the car there. The next morning I came to pick it up and they guy tells me "I know I said $160, but I didn't realize how bad it was. It's going to be like $200 instead" Starts telling me about the pet hair between and under the seats. I'm like "I know! I told you about it to begin with!" We start having an argument over the meaning of the word "quote." In this guy's mind a quote is just a ballpark price and he can change the price up on you after the service if he feels like it. After a little back and forth he relents and decides to just charge me the original agreed upon price. But now tensions are high, he's pissed off, I'm pissed off, and he hands me the payment processor asking for a tip. Which I would of if not for what just happened. As uncomfortable as it was, I had to no tip the guy right to his face. I left there feeling like a POS. After I got home I started looking the car over and realized I was actually glad and very justified not tipping the guy because he did not even do a great job. He missed a lot of the "details" I took the car in for in the first place. He did a good job on the big areas and a few of the hard to reach places, but not the attention to detail I was expecting. A lot of creases, corners, vents, and other hard to reach areas still have dust and dirt in them. I'm going to have to spend some time in there with a little brush, cleaner, and some compressed air getting to all the "details" myself. I'll include some photos of what I mean, you can be the judge yourself. In conclusion, if your car is new and pretty clean to begin with, by all means, he's your guy. But if your car is really dirty or needs extra attention in the hard to reach areas, you probably need someone with better tools/skills and a bit more pride in his work. About the only thing I liked about his service is that the car does smells nice after whatever products he used. Other than that, a very stressful experience for me in every way possible. Also on a side note. I felt very uncomfortable having to input my debit card's pin into his payment processor as he's holding the device and watching me do it, like dam man can you at least pretend to look away or something as I'm putting in sensitive information? So use a credit card or cash if you don't want the guy knowing your card's pin... Left there feeling like I need change my card and/or pin.
