It came out perfect and he does a 2 week checkup on the work to assure it stays perfect. Best of all, Chris is super nice and easy to work with. He communicates very well and is super responsive. We brought our vehicle to In-depth…read moreDetailing just before Christmas last year and were "sold" on their PPF solution as the very best of the best solution to 100% protect our car. Being told it had an industry leading warranty. Spending nearly $3,000 with the understanding that this was the very best product to protect our car and again that it had a phenomenal warranty. Fast forward not 5 months later and there is significant damage to the hood of our car. Going through the PPF and damaging the paint underneath. From what you ask, a rock. The one guaranteed thing we were sold on couldn't damage our car with this PPF. Upon taking the vehicle in to see what they could do. They offered to replace it with a new piece for upwards of $800-$1,000. Stating it wasn't covered under the warranty. Or they could cut out a triangle or square from the hood of the PPF to lay it flat. Thus not fixing the problem, only leaving the hood exposed to more potential damage. I asked why this wouldn't be covered under the warranty we were sold on and was told it just basically is what it is. The warranty ONLY covers manufacturing defects. Meaning it doesn't do a thing once they put it on the car. You're just simply out the money and have to hope damage doesn't occur like we've already experienced. I was referred to speak with STEK themselves who led me down the same rabbit hole of no options without spending even more money and being told I should be grateful for all the damage I can't see since I have this PPF. Frustrating yes. Disappointing even more. Unfortunately we got the short end of the stick and are left with a product that doesn't do what it claims to do. A shop that cannot help come up with a solution that takes care of a customer and what's even worse I have damage to my brand new car. Avoid being scammed like we were. They are phenomenal sales guys. I'll give them that. But when it comes to a problem, they don't stand behind what they sell or install. They quote policy and take no action to try and work with customers to find solutions that are at a minimum of what they are happy to sell you on in the beginning. I would recommend avoiding the shop.

It was very easy booking Kellen, our appointment was only 3 days out from our booking date. Kellen arrived right on time and after a quick vehicle inspection, he was off and running. Our Cadillac's paint is black and had some swirl marks and scratches. Our interior had some minor scuffs on the plastic and leather seats. Kellen did the most amazing job removing all of the swirl and scuff marks. 99% of any minor scratches were buffed out. The black paint looks like a mirror now. It's absolutely beautiful. I really hate leaving bad reviews, but sometimes it just calls for it. I contacted Auto Oasis for a…read morequote on interior detailing. I told him upfront that there was a lot of pet hair and dust. He quoted me $160. Before going in I put about 3 hours into it myself getting all the big areas so that he would focus and spend more time on the details and hard to reach places. I brought the car to his house. He took a look at it and said "it wasn't too bad." I said great and left the car there. The next morning I came to pick it up and they guy tells me "I know I said $160, but I didn't realize how bad it was. It's going to be like $200 instead" Starts telling me about the pet hair between and under the seats. I'm like "I know! I told you about it to begin with!" We start having an argument over the meaning of the word "quote." In this guy's mind a quote is just a ballpark price and he can change the price up on you after the service if he feels like it. After a little back and forth he relents and decides to just charge me the original agreed upon price. But now tensions are high, he's pissed off, I'm pissed off, and he hands me the payment processor asking for a tip. Which I would of if not for what just happened. As uncomfortable as it was, I had to no tip the guy right to his face. I left there feeling like a POS. After I got home I started looking the car over and realized I was actually glad and very justified not tipping the guy because he did not even do a great job. He missed a lot of the "details" I took the car in for in the first place. He did a good job on the big areas and a few of the hard to reach places, but not the attention to detail I was expecting. A lot of creases, corners, vents, and other hard to reach areas still have dust and dirt in them. I'm going to have to spend some time in there with a little brush, cleaner, and some compressed air getting to all the "details" myself. I'll include some photos of what I mean, you can be the judge yourself. In conclusion, if your car is new and pretty clean to begin with, by all means, he's your guy. But if your car is really dirty or needs extra attention in the hard to reach areas, you probably need someone with better tools/skills and a bit more pride in his work. About the only thing I liked about his service is that the car does smells nice after whatever products he used. Other than that, a very stressful experience for me in every way possible. Also on a side note. I felt very uncomfortable having to input my debit card's pin into his payment processor as he's holding the device and watching me do it, like dam man can you at least pretend to look away or something as I'm putting in sensitive information? So use a credit card or cash if you don't want the guy knowing your card's pin... Left there feeling like I need change my card and/or pin.
