The staff at the entrance were very welcoming and kind. He was pleasant to chat with while he was taking my payment. The car wash didn't seem to do a great job at getting my car clean. There was still a lot of dirty spots in it when I so I wasn't too pleased with the quality of the wash itself. They are reasonably priced and there are a few different options for washes. The vacuums are great though! They were able to pick up all the small dirt from hiking and had great suction. I think it's an older car wash so could use a tune up to get the cars a bit cleaner. I'd prefer to go to the downtown location since that one does get my car pretty clean. read more

I consider this major in regards to reviews. Out of all the reviews I have written over the years not one time I can say that an establishment damaged or cost me huge expense. This is the first ever. I brought my truck to get a basic exterior wash. No problems until I drove the car out of the car wash and decided to place my antenna while I was still on Mister Car Wash property, and made sure my satellite antenna was secured. What I found was an absolute horror. The car wash during the washing process destroyed the paint of my truck. The back end tailgate was nicked throughout and my front driver side had a big spot where the paint was chipped. My license plate front end was bent and damaged as well. Of course everything was shrugged off so I decided to leave upset and aggravated. If you love the paint job on your vehicle do not get your car washed here. Avoid this establishment like the plague. Now I have to decide where to get my truck redone for a paint job. Pictures for this review, but my tailgate pictures didn't come out so good so I decided not to post those. You can see the damage from the good pictures I posted. Really stay away from this place. Looks like the car wash itself damages the back end of the vehicles with nicks. I have been taking my car here for over a year. The staff has always been pleasant and while there can be a wait on busier days there is a big lobby as well as outdoor seating. They have free wifi and so if they look busy I just take my laptop to one if the tables and get some work done. Normally, I get a standard wash but got a detail last month and I was shocked at how clean they were able to get the seats. There were old stains and I have tried to get them out myself but they were stubborn. When I picked up my car, there was this weird uniform beige color.... I thought the interior was brown. Weird. It's like driving a new (to me) vehicle. Also, there was a 20.00 bill sitting on my seat. I asked the guy that did my car if he had dropped it and he said he had found it in the back squished between the seat. I regret ever having a membership here. They do not even have the proper cleaning supplies to remove the mess that their own membership sticker left behind and referred me to go buy different products elsewhere. I cancelled my membership just for the winter after having one for 8 months, but I won't be coming back to get a membership here next spring. The touchless wash itself is Nice but the only reason to come Here for exterior only is bc they dry off your mirrors and windows as you drive out. Today I learned that corporate has discontinued that practice - so I might as well pay $6 for a chevron drive through! Employees can't control corporate policy but the way I was rudely waved away by 2 employees made me angry. Sad to find out after driving out of my way to this location that this is not full-service anymore since COVID. This and the Broadway location were some of the last ones that did it and I am so sad they changed it. My wash wasn't very good either, it's still got several dirty spots and the vacuums weren't strong. It was definitely not worth $15. read more

It's nice to know there are still business that care about customer service. I went there today for a basic wash in and out. The clerk that helped me was extremely pleasant to deal with and very informational. I drive a convertible and unfortunately left the top down the other day under a tree. Lo and behold a car full of leaves. He informed me for an extra $10 they would not only vacuum everything but clean and wipe down the entire inside of my vehicle. It was well worth the $10. I want to start off by saying I really thought the people at the Fairview Location do a very good job. My problem isn't with the staff but with the fact that you go through the car wash your car is somewhat dry. Then at the exit there is water coming off the roof so your windshield gets wet right in the area of the driver side. Unless you have something to wipe it off which in my opinion you should not have to do that you're stuck with a spotty windshield. Because as you may or may not know they have no towels on the premises. Something needs to be done about the roof. read more

So I saw all the cars out front being wiped down by everybody and everything looking really good so I wouldn't paid for the expensive wash that was supposed to come clean my wheels also from their black brake dust. So I went through the car wash and when I came out my car was still dripping I pulled over to the vacuum cleaners. Use them to vacuum my car and then had to get out my own personal chamois to wipe down my car because it was still dripping all over. My chamois came out black from the dirt left on the car. And I inspected my wheels to see if they got the black brake dust off and not even 50% of it was taken offSo I would not recommend this car wash it would be much better to go to the rocket car wash. read more

After coming here for a couple years, I've given up any hope that service will improve. Last winter, I placed 2 calls to "management," a corporate office. (Neither call was returned. A sure sign of their commitment to poor service). I left complaints that they were failing to pre-spray both sides of my car. The attendant would only spray the side of the vehicle they happened to be standing on as I approached. Driving up and down Bogus Basin daily, the car was covered in salts. If it didn't get sprayed, I would have to run through a second time and verbally request they spray the other side. Twice this winter, they have failed to have an attendant at the end of the wash to dry and polish. I'm moving to Jays Ultimate Hand Wash. A little more money, a lot better service! So I've been going here for years and paying for the unlimited washes. When I came in today they were slow, disorganized and when they couldn't figure out how to ring me up they wanted to charge me $30 more for what's normally a $10 or $15 upgrade. I canceled my membership immediately and was then told they were going to bill me for another 30 days. To add insult to injury he then asked me "should I put financial hardship as the reason for canceling ?" I think my jaw hit the counter. UPDATE: I'm updating my previous review because in recent months, the customer service at Mister Car Wash has improved. Still not stellar, but they rate more than 1 star with me now. 1-Star Review: It's unfortunate, but the level of service at the Mister Car Wash on Fairview as declined to the point I will not be using them in the future. I didn't mind paying a little extra so long as my car is clean, inside and out. However, this last visit on 6/13/2015 was so bad, it was like throwing $30 out the window without stopping. I told the check-in gal that the car had been on a road trip and there were lots of bugs in the grill. Considering the long line of cars in the express line, I was pretty surprised my car went through the car wash so quickly, considering it was supposed to be vacuumed, washed and waxed. I didn't take a good look at the results until I got home, but I found the bugs were still all over the front of the car and in the grill and there was dried bird poop on the front window and hood. read more

Sunny fall Friday, on my lunch hour so limited time; no one in line ahead of me when I pull in for a full service $14 wash. Slightly long wait for my car to get thru the wash then the guy drove it out and let it set while they dried another truck then 4 of them gathered around another vehicle; only two were drying it...I waited and watched for 15 minutes before I had enough waiting and had to get back to work so I walked over and grabbed a rag and started doing it myself...I had the inside front wiped down and the windows and door frame before someone finally came over to give it some attention to which I said No Thanks because I was basically done. Employee asked me what wash I received but offered no compensation, except a fragrance! For $14 and no line, I don't expect to have to do the work! I'll go to J's next time :( read more

I had a free car wash and I was so excited so I go and get my car washed and during the washing, I see something fly up but for a split second so I didn't think anything of it. Then I heard something hit my window but didn't really care. When I got out to vacuum out my car I see a piece of my car missing. I did tell them and showed them what I was missing and they couldn't find it. But driving back home my mirror on my passenger side won't move to the right or left but it will move up and down. So these guys are usually really good about things but yesterday changed all that for me. I own a dealership and always took my cars there. Yesterday I took one that was exceptionally muddy. They have a $7 basic exterior wash, $10 where they do exterior and tires, and $15 which is platinum. I went for the exterior $10 wash like usual. I get to the guy at the front and he trys to sell me a $15 wash saying that the $10 wont get it completely clean. I told him that is ok and still took the $10 wash. He said I can not come thru again, I said that was ok. I went thru and as expected didn't get the vehicle completely clean (which i was fine with). So here is why Im giving a 1 star review. When I got to the part where they wipe the vehicle they began wiping it and someone came out of no where and told me to roll down the window. So I did and he said "hey tell them I told you you can take it thru again, just go right ahead and come back around". So they didnt even finish wiping the vehicle or doing the tires. I did what the guy said and went back around. When I got back to the window at the front I told the guy someone told me to come back around. The guy at the front said "yeah if you want to pay again". I told him "yes I know you said I couldnt come back again but they didnt even finish doing the tires or wiping". I let him know I paid for the $10 wash where they wipe your tires as well. He kept arguing with me saying I have to buy the $15 one. I even said "OK can you refund me my $3 or can you shine up my tires like I paid for" ..... Long story short he just kept arguing with me back and forth. I have a pretty short temper and didnt want to cause a scene so I just left and decided I would write this review. I really feel like I got ripped off on that trip.I just wanted the service I paid for and needed it with those dirty tires. Especially because I usually go out of the way for Mister car wash when Js car wash is down the road from our dealership. Mister car washes have really started to nickle and dime the patrons. I have an unlimited service with them for the exterior of my vehicle. When I want the interior service, I just pay a little extra. I had been pretty happy with this until recently. First they decided to stop the manual drying process, after coming out from the blowers, when 2 employees finish the drying the blowers did not get. I was disappointed as the blowers do not do a good job, at all. So now I have to towel dry it myself, or accept all the water spots. Ok, whatever, I guess. I then, when I decided to pay the extra for the interior, I found out the it only includes vacuuming and cleaning of the dash. If I want the seats and console cleaned, I have to purchase the "finishing touch" package. Today, I decided I would get that package. Come to find out, it is $30 on top of what I pay monthly. WOW! Well, I wanted my seats and everything else cleaned, so I paid it. When I was told my vehicle was ready, I inspected it, only to find out that NONE of what I was told the "finishing touch" included was done, absolutely none of it. My leather seats were not cleaned or conditioned, nor anything else. I spoke to the manager and he took care of it, thank goodness. Hopefully they will get their s@*t together soon. read more

We tried to get our car washed today. Got in line and the young man came over to say the full service was closed because labor laws say the staff has to get lunch. This carwash is a joke. 1. My car still has dust all over the dash!! And I paid $30 for a car wash? How is that possible. 2. I noticed they had my hood up. I thought that maybe they were cleaning the leaves under my hood, they weren't. My car wasn't starting and apparently they just let me drive away without telling me.
