In CA our memberships were $17 and $20 a month for our two cars, respectively, but did not do as good a job as Rocket. Rocket charges $25 a month for the basic membership, and $35 a month for the next best, which is the one we would probably want. The sales manager, who I believe said his name was Isaac, met us at the kiosk. He was very friendly and helpful, and no pressure as far as the memberships, just provided information. We purchased the next level up from the basic for $15, about 30% more than in CA, but the system did a great job of cleaning and drying our cars, which had just been transported from CA on an open transport trailer, and were filthy. In addition, they provide damp rags for drying and wiping down, along with powerful vacuums. I think that if we lived closer to this location, at the corner of Chinden and Linder, we might purchase memberships. As it is, we are probably 20-25 minutes away, depending on traffic, and might not make it weekly, which we would have to do to make the membership worth our while. Still, I can see us coming here once or twice a month, at a cost of $15-30, less than the $35 monthly membership.

He immediately informed me that they were not responsible and that if I filed a claim that it would just be denied because they don't cover aftermarket items. The shield was not aftermarket, it came with my car! At any rate I will NEVER go back and I hope that everyone that does, is prepared for the possibility that if the wash breaks parts on their car they won't be responsible.
