They told my parents it was dead and needed to be replaced. I gave Advanced a call and Jay went to the VA to check out the situation before buying a new battery. He was able to jump start their vehicle. What a relief! My parents didn't have to buy a new battery and pay for the install. Jay is one of the good guys! He could have just bought the battery, installed it and then gone on his merry way. But no. He didn't want folks to have to shell out that money if they didn't have to. My dad said that Jay even thanked my father for his service. As a Vietnam Era Vet, that means a whole helluva lot to my dad. The people are nice and efficient, they know what to do and run through checks on your car to see if anything is amiss and if you want it fixed.
